I had a superb experience!!! From the moment I walked up to the counter they were ready for me. Had my paperwork and everything ready to go. Handed over my keys and the work began immediately. Service was fast too. Only took an hour. I highly recommend these guys!!! They definitely know what they are doing

The lady at the front desk was awesome . Originally had appointment set for monday since Im from out of town she worked her magic and got me fixed up 2 days earlier. She also gave me a recommendation to a tint place.

Thank you so much Safelite for me losing upwards of $ 3000 in revenue.Left my truck for a 2 o’clock appointment on Saturday at 10 am. At 4 o’clock headed back to pick it up only to find out that they had broken the only one they had putting it in.Received a updated appointment time of Monday at 8 am.Upon arrival Monday morning, found out they would not be able to “possibly” get a replacement the next day.Meanwhile, a trailer load of eggs sits waiting to be delivered.Not to fear though, a local competitor was more than happy to take my business and fix me up so much better!Still lost $$$$ but gained a new vendor for glasswork.

The first time my wife was told she had to bring her Toyota fj to their shop because they couldnt install in the field. She was there for 3 hours. Two weeks later the molding started coming off. Took the truck back and left it for a week. I went to check on it and they said it was finished. I went to look at the work and it hadnt been touched. Four days later they finished the job.

Was greeted as I was walking in the door. The gentleman started asking questions and was very nice, but I just felt a little rushed because I needed to ask some questions about the servicing of my vehicle. So I didnt get to ask questions.

The entire process from start to finish was fantastic. Unfortunately it rained so I was unable to have the service done at home but when I arrived at the site the employees were so helpful and friendly-not to mention the service was fast!! From the front desk (Kristi) to the technician who took great care of my car and installed the blades (Eddie) and Dusty, this experience was my first and it was amazing. I am very satisfied with the service and will continue to support the Florence office!!

Great experience with Timber and the guy who actually fixed my windshield. They had to order my windshield and that didn’t take long at all. Only took about 30 minutes for them to replace and I couldn’t be happier

I when by sat Dec 5 at 8am to get service on a glass and the clerk say they got 10 jobs at head of me,,awooo you just open, and their where no car outside the shop.i guess they select the people they do work to, sow if you are spanish I dont recommend this please at all.i dont know how they would treat color

My car was returned with the bumper all scuffed up, they told me they take b4 pictures of the vehicle for assurance and for liabilities and when I asked her to show me the pictures all I got was a runaround, Poor quality and service getting another issue after trying to fix one!

This was the first and last time I will use them I filed a claim for a windshield replacement because of rock damage and it was sand blasted from traveling. I chose this location and picked the mobile windshield shop because I didnt want to get up early on a Saturday to come into the shop. Well Ive have numerous windshields replaced and Ive never gotten into my car after and had glass shards all over my dash and the seats of my car until Safelite did my windshield today! Unprofessional and just unacceptable! Turners Auto Glass never had this issue! Wish they were still around!

I’ve called and did the online scheduler 3-4 times and it tells me “someone will contact you in 12 hours” have YET to be called back. Clearly they don’t need any business.

Absolute trash zero customer service.

Was suppose to have my windshield replaced in my truck, you sent a tech out to my house. When scheduling the appointment I was asked if I had a garage or car port so your tech wouldn’t have to work in the rain if it was raining. When he showed up he said that it would have to be closed in. By definition a carport is an open sided covering for vehicles. So why even make that an option? Plus, it wasn’t even raining when the guy showed up. So why send him out if he isn’t going to install anything, or is he that much of a wuss that he has to be completely shielded from all outside weather, including wind and sunshine? Will do what I have to avoid this place for my glass replacement. Also going to make sure I hit up one more place to write my wonderful review. Oh and 45 mins isn’t 20, so don’t tell me 20 minutes when it’s going to take longer, I’m sure you have a GPS that told you how long the drive was. Also, don’t tell me where you are and take twice as long to get from there to where I am, I know how long most drives take, stopping off at the store is unacceptable when I’m waiting for you to show up. Apparently I have to give a star in order for this to go through, if I didn’t have to I wouldn’t. Because the system made me, I have to give you one at the very least.

Now only if I could get them to respond to my application this fast...now thats a 5 star rating!!!

I went into my local Safelite just before closing time after my rear view mirror detached from my windshield. The service personnel were very pleasant and accommodating and reattached my mirror even though it meant staying beyond their closing time. Theyll never know just how much I appreciated that. I will always give Safelite my business from here on out.

So I scheduled my appointment at 2pm because that was the soonest appointment available (I live an hour and a half away and did not want to drive home in the dark). Well they come out to look at my truck and tell me they will get to it in a few minutes. so I walk to get something to eat; when I came back my truck was in the same spot and they did not get to my truck till 3:15 and said my truck will not be ready till 4:15 so that leaves me getting home at 5:45 driving in the dark and they could not give me a reason why it took them so long to get to my truck...... this is the worst service ever!!!!!!
