Absolutely LOVE this place, been buying shoes here since I was a kid now I buy my kids shoes here. The store has moved but the theme remains.

Omgosh...Do I really need to explain myself? I mean I myself being a shoe buyer I absolutely love this place. They carry the old school styles in addition to the newest styles. There is no way you can walk out empty handed.

I love Show Carnival but this one wasnt that grand. Was greeted at the door but as far as getting some help the girls rather stay up front and chat. Every other store I have visited have employees walking around asking if you need any help etc. Not this one though. Guess the girls had to help hold up that counter by leaning on it. Since I couldnt get some assistance because I cant climb up the shelves to grab what I needed, I took my business elsewhere.

In the store to buy my grandson AIR FORCE ONE NIKE shoes.No one came to wait on us.I had to find a employee to take safety device off so he could try BOTH shoes on...Very disappointed in service there!!@

My wife had bought me a new pair of shoes three days earlier but they were not wide enough for me. When we went to exchange them not only are they helpful they gave us a couple of other ideas that we might like where the shoes were actually on sale. Got a better pair of shoes and got $20 back. You cant beat that.

Went here to get my work shoes,was needing some New Balance Walking shoes 8 1/2 wide. Will they didnt have them,any I bought some, training shoes, no way,they had me trying 4 different.kinds of New Balance and none would work because I walk all day

Customer service was VERY bad. Another customer came to me for assistance while searching for my own shoes and for help. I had to search for assistance and left store because I never found help.
