Aaron is awesome. I can’t say enough good things about him or how valuable his service is. I had never used a mobile mechanic before or considered it, but living remotely has limited options. I asked around my neighborhood group on Facebook and was given his company. Boy am I glad I gave Aaron a try. I first used Aaron two years ago when I had to have my starter replaced. I used him again about 6 months ago to have my brakes replaced and today, it was my alternator. Each time Aaron came to my home and provided those services here, no waiting in a waiting room all day so that in and of itself is priceless. But best of all is the quality and the prices he charges, which is well below what it would cost at a dealer. He really can’t be beat. He is professional and he is honest. This might be the only car mechanic I have ever met that I have trusted. So if you find yourself looking for an honest mechanic that comes to you and costs considerably less than a dealer without sacrificing quality, this is the place to call. Five stars all the way.

Im really not a big fan of this whole review process and rarely write any unless Im giving 5 stars for service. Sorry that this is going to be so long but everyone should know what theyre getting into here if they choose to use Hines in the future.If I were giving a review to Hines for the initial work that they did I was extremely happy with them. Several weeks later we scheduled the 2nd part of the work to be done that required the use of a lift to replace seals, hoses and gaskets. I was informed by the owner that the work would take a few days and he said that they had the lift and asked me to drop the vehicle off on June 24th. Seeing that I wasnt able to just take off of work I had to rent a car until the work was completed. I checked in with the owner on Wednesday the following week and he said that it was just going to take a few more days and told me that it should be done on Friday or the following Monday (5th of July). I asked him to give me a call on Friday with an update but I never heard anything so I contacted him and was told it wasnt done yet. After not hearing anything from anyone at Hines I finally started calling and texting both the owner and the mechanic that was doing the work to get a status. Finally late on Thursday the 8th of July I received a text that the work was completed and I could pick it up anytime the following day. I spoke to the mechanic and made arrangements for the vehicle to be dropped off at my home the following morning. Once the vehicle arrived I asked the mechanic to go through everything they did before I made the payment for the work. He looked at me and shook his head. What do you mean? He told me nothing had been done, that the vehicle just sat in front of his house for the past two and a half weeks. I was really upset to say the least! The rental car alone cost me over $1,000.00 for the 2 1/2 weeks and still nothing was done to fix the issues even though the owner led me to believe that it was just taking longer do to the amount of time some of the repairs were taking and then led me to believe that everything had been completed and the vehicle was ready for me to pick up.I sent a text to the owner telling him we had a big issue and he wrote me back Whats that? I told him none of he work had been done even though he told me differently over the past 2 1/2 weeks. The only response I got back was, Sorry man, take it somewhere else. We couldnt do it. Sorry for wasting your time. So here I am, stuck with over $1,000.00 for car rental and a vehicle that still needs repairs which are going to force me to get another car rental. Very unprofessional and the communication is horrible. All they had to do was let me know right away that they werent able to do the work and we could have avoided all of this.

I have been using Hines Mobile Automotive Repair for many years, and often recommend him to family and friends. Aaron is a phenomenal mobile mechanic that I trust completely. Honest and incredibly convenient -- he always goes above and beyond. I suppose the reason his prices are astonishingly low is because he doesnt have the costs involved with maintaining a traditional brick & mortar shop.He recently completed a complex repair on my Rover just hours before I had a very high altitude road trip though the White Mountains while snowing. As I was driving, the check engine light came on. He texted to assure me it was simply the computer systems resetting and that it should go off, stay off -- and that I wouldnt have any drivability problems. Additionally, to give me peace of mind, he texted that if anything were to happen that he would personally drive out to help! This was beyond comforting as I drove through the snowstorm. Unbelievable great service.Very intelligent tech. Fix problem and even noticed things not done by mechanic at a garage.VERY REASONABLE!!!! Had Hine come a second time to work the air conditioning WOW it gets cold now. Far better than taking the vehicle to a shop or dealership. Honestly it is unbelievable how completely the car is checked over to your satisfaction. The pricing is so much more reasonable than a dealership. Hines mobile repair is great. Their prices are extremely competitive and the workmanship is perfect. I have used Hines for routine maintenance and a few big repairs including replacing a wheel hub and replacing front struts. They even helped when I lost the key to my locking lug nuts. Dear Friends & Neighbors...I wanted to take a moment to thank Aaron and his Dad...for the great service and attention to detail I received. My AC on my Ford F150 wasnt working...so I called Hines Mobile Auto Repair...I had never done business with them before.My call was returned...I explain the situation, and Aaron came out the next day. It seemed my AC belt was worn and has come off the pulley and need to be replaced. Aaron had to order a new belt.A couple days later Aaron and his Dad came out and had my AC going and I havent had any problems with it since. I highly recommend Hines Mobile Auto Repair...and should I have a need for more work to be done on my truck...Ill definitely be calling Hines. I’ll start out by talking price point. We went to a shop and they quoted us just under$2300 (2day job) and we decided to get more than just their opinion. Hines came out and fixed the same issues(in our driveway) for just a shade over $800 and in about 4-5 hours. They were very professional, prepared and courteous. We will surely be using these guys again. Thanks guys!

The boss (Aaron) was nice on the phone, but is really a jerk in real life! The tech (JR) is very nice. Price was fair, but a job that should have taken a professional 2-3 hours, the tech, after 1.5 days, still wasnt half done, so Aaron was pissed at the situation/tech/me, he wanted to just finish the job quickly (didnt care whether or not it wasnt done correctly, just wanted it done so he can collect his money). Anyway, after he got super pissed, he just slammed down the money I paid (refund) and said, good luck finding someone else to do it, were out of here! Left me stranded. So, I spent the next 3-4 hours finishing the job perfectly. So glad it turned out the way it did. I did NOT want to pay this hot-head to hack/quick-fix/duct-tape the car back together again as he wanted to do. Also, when the tech was on the phone with Aaron, telling his boss that he needed a part and asked his boss to maybe look the part up, I overheard Aaron say IM NOT GOING TO WASTE MY GOD-D@MN TIME LOOKING FOR A PART, HE CAN WASTE HIS TIME DOING, NOT ME!!. Yeah, Aaron is nice to your face in the beginning... but BEWARE... this is just a front... a business front... the real person is arrogant, impatient, just out for a buck, and youd better hope your job goes smooth else youll see his TRUE colors. So, based on the competency of boss/employee, and the owner being truly a jerk, unless you just want a $40 oil change or something, I would strongly suggest using a different mechanic!

Our Hyundai made a loud clanking sound yesterday morning. Called Hines Mobile. Aaron scheduled us in quickly. He arrived early. He looked over the car throughly and gave us the diagnosis. I was amazed that having a mechanic come to my house cost me less than it would if I would have taken it into a shop. Not to mention all the hassle it saved me since the car wont be driven anywhere for a while. He was friendly, knowledgeable. He explained everything so we could understand it and was detailed in his diagnosis. Very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

They have no problem leaving you high and dry in lieu of their 50$ service fee. Purposely putting the job off for another day in order to collect an immediate diagnostic fee. Ex service members deserve a bit better then this and I implore my Service Branch members to steer clear. This isnt what I signed up for.

Nissan armada was leaking fluid and stopped running. Scheduled a next day appointment and Aaron showed up on time and was very honest and professional. Found out in just a few minutes the leak was coming from a damaged transmission hose. Also gave some great advice for other issues I was having as well. Would recommend Hines to everyone I know.

Hines mobile auto is a very professional group of mechanics that really know what they are doing. They are very detailed in the inspection process to target the problem, fix it and follow up to see how my Murano was rummong after they did a major repair. Ill use Hines again for future repairs!

These guys do that, and as for time, they always work hard to fit you into their schedule so that at the end of the day your car is fixed and ready to roll! Now whats more impressive is that Aaron and his team dont overcharge you. They are honest about how much it will cost to fix your car and when they fix it the job is done well. My car is an 04 and it comes and goes with problems and ive probably called these guys out here numerous times, but each time my car is up and going with no reoccurence of the same problem whatsoever.
