I’m not from here, had to walk my tire to the shop — and they made me feel like family. Leon — the manager — and Nikki — the assistant manager — helped me in every way, even getting me some industrial soap to help clean my hands right. They were so kind!No one likes to get their car fixed, but at least you can like the people helping you get you back on your feet!

Called to make an appointment. They let me know theyre doing walk ins. I didnt make it over for another 2 hours. They were still doing walk ins. I told them what I needed, they pulled my car in, and immediately started working on it. No wait at all. They were fast and friendly. They found some other things that needed servicing. They let me know and asked if we wanted them taken care of before fixing them. I highly recommend them.

I been coming at this location for past 5 to 7 years now. I always had great service here and they also stay behind there products with service and warranty. All the staff is always friendly and professional. Keep up the great work guys.

They replaced my front break pads and noticed the lug nuts where bad. So they changed the lug nuts and break pads and rotated my tires and changed my oil in about 3 hours. That is good service 👏.

We use these guys to do our fleet vehicles at work. Theyve always done quick work. They can get expensive, just from other experiences Ive had. But when we have had needed emergency tire work, theyve sent someone out to fix our tire on site. Theyve fixed tires on our pick up trucks, dually pickups, 40 flatbed, forklifts, and moffetts.

Wilks always does great work and they never hassle me. I’m a car person and they always explain the issue well, often they’ll even show me the issue out in the shop. They have always explained the costs and been straight with me. 10/10

Came in and told what I needed. The desk personnel was attentive and found my information even though I usually do my business in GA. Within 30 seconds of leaving the front desk someone was already coming out to get my car to work on it.

They have made the process of getting my car fixed easy! I was there first thing in the morning and they got my car in and called me within and hour and half with a quote! The customer service has been top notch and they explained to me everything that needed to be fixed and why! Really impressed with them! After seeing other tire companies in the area who did a much less thorough job, I wont be going anywhere else.
