They didnt install the oil filter properly and it leaked. Fortunately I checked the oil level regularly and caught it before the engine was damaged. Oil leaks on the parking area were evidence of leakage. The leak got worse and I had to take it to another franchise closer to home. Left an oil spill in his drive through. It was actively leaking by then. Had to get a new oil change. Called jiffy lube location where I got the original oil changed and told the manager what happened. He said he would fill out an incident form for his manager and call me back. Havent heard from them. I think I wasted my money at this jiffy lube.

My wifes experience: went for a simple oil change. They did the oil change and had me in and out quickly. But.....they attempted to sell me a whole bunch of other services that my car needed. One of those services was replacing my windshield wipers that both needed to replaced. Funny thing is we just replaced both wipers within the last few weeks. I felt like because I went in as a younger female by myself, that they were trying to take advantage of me.

Jiffy Lube on Pamplico Hwy is my new go to car service center. The lobby is very clean. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They keep you informed of what is being done to your vehicle and anything that may need looking at. To take all three of my vehicles and I am very pleased with the service.

Connor and the rest of the staff were very courtesy and professional. They took care of my maintenance issues and made the perfect suggestions for my situation. This is the 2nd time Ive used their service in the last 6 months and both times I received excellent care!! I shall return....5 stars all around!

My cousin went to get an oil change but also because she hit a pot hole and wanted to make sure all was well with the tire. When I say all I mean everything that goes into having a tire on the truck. Jiffy told her all was well. 3 days later as she was going down the River Rd the tire broke off. Rim and all. Under the car. Yes they replaced the tire only because she had a warranty. Hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else.

All around good, courteous service. Wait times are a tad long, depending on the time and day. Someone Usually forgets to reset the “change oil light” after the oil change, but will reset upon a return visit at no charge. Good prices on tires, with snap financial assistance if needed with a 3 month no interest payment plan if qualified. Still no discounts for disabled ppl on fixed incomes who NEED discounts. But they have them for 1st responders and teachers.

Very terrible terrible place to 1) work at and 2) to be a customer of. For one my husband worked up at this place for years they messed up 2 of my vehicles and because my husband worked there I never said anything even after they charged us full price pretty much for the engine that they put in my car that then came Off the lot and the vehicle didnt even make it 2 miles down the road and it stopped working. And then just recently I got my oil changed with Jiffy Lube paid full price for the oil change and then went back for a top off about a week ago they left my oil cap off of my car. started a FIRE under my hood my car was in immaculate condition, Because the person I bought it from Kept receipts and everything that was ever done to the vehicle. I have proof and pictures of wires being burned and the top of my hood where it caught on fire and all they did was want to wash it off and give me my vehicle back. Before they knew it was my husband they were more than willing to help fix my vehicle the correct way but as soon as they found out who my husband was they Told us they would just wash the engine off and that will be it. Now my car has Cosmetic issues and stinks And they will do nothing about it. Im not even sure if CHAD himself knows about this and ALL the other cars they have messed up of mine. Very BAD PLACE TO GO ! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wont be going here again but I just wanted to preworn everyone before they mess up your vehicle too! AND THEN, ANOTHER THING, trespassed him off of the property when he went to go pick up the vehicle! What a shame of a place! We kept giving them chance after chance. Mabey it is time for me to contact my lawyer. HAVE A GOOD DAY.

Absolutely awesome service! I pulled in at 5:50 pm, 10 minutes before closing, they happily told me to come on and they would get me taken care of. They were efficient, very thorough, knew my name, addressed ALL parts of my car- and did a quick job!!! Not only quick but friendly, and efficient and at a reasonable price!! I recommend everyone to go here!!!

I went in for an oil change and was told I needed the belt replaced. Immediately after service my engine light was on and the check engine code reader said there was damage to my CAM sensor. The employees told me a replacement might cost $200 and then asked if I could come back the next day because they were closing. Thankfully they replaced the CAM sensor at no charge because it had been damaged when they put on the new belt. Within the past couple of weeks my car has started squealing when I turn it on and a manager at another Jiffy Lube looked at it and said I needed a new belt, which I just got. So in addition to breaking a sensor, the original belt was not installed/tightened properly and I now need to have that fixed. I will NOT be returning here.

Said they check my transmission fluid and my air pressure in my tires never did but they did change my oil correct and he actually screwed the filter on correct God bless them people for trying not many reviews from me but three Stars I will give them

Due to my work schedule it is very hard for me to get my oil changed since most close at 5:30, which is when I get off. I had never been to this location but it caught my attention that it was still open when I passed at 5:57. I turned around and when I pulled up I noticed their door said they closed at 6. There was no way I was going to make them stay so I began to pull off. Chris caught me in the parking lot and asked where I was going. I explained that I needed my oil changed but there was no way I wanted to hold them up. He asked that I stay anyway. It took some convincing but I did. These guys were GREAT! I kept apologizing and they kept telling me no problem. All the guys were extremely friendly and even though I was holding them up from closing (on a Friday mind you) they reassured me it was not an issue. Everyone smiled and made small talk. I really appreciated you guys and hate that I had to be that customer! You guys ROCK and I will be back. Great customer service! Thank you Tyler, Chris, Austin, Quinn, and Zavion!!!

The work is fast, the service is great and the costs have been the cheapest. They also have free K cup coffee.A year later I needed a major repair for my car which Im trading in in next 3-4 weeks. They fixed the problem and were able to keep the cost down. Im so grateful for all the staff for their help.

Ive been a customer at the Jiffy Lube on Irby St. for over 8 years and the last few times Ive been there I have not been satisfied with the service. I decided to give the location on Pamplico hwy. a try and I am extremely satisfied with the service. The staff was very nice and helpful and service was fast. I will definitely be going back.

I’m new to Florence and was looking for a nice place to get my car serviced. I read online reviews about this workshop and gave my car for oil change and tire rotation. The moment I stepped in till I get out, they took a really good care of me and my car. The prices are affordable. The staff is really good and friendly if their is any extra cost other than you expected they would let you know in advance before they fix it. I would definitely come back and oh yeah I forgot to mention in the end when I was checking out to pay they asked me if I had any promo codes, I found one online and deducted 5$ from total amount. Best service center in town so visit this place.

Another rip off establishment!! Went in for a $24.99 oil change, and came out paying $129, as they said I NEEDED 2 filters. One cost $25 & the other was $35. On top of that, they used high mileage oil in my vehicle, so instead of $24.99 it was suddenly over $40. Will NEVER go back and I do not recommend it to anyone!!! 😡😡

I was very pleased with this Jiffy Lube, despite a minor hiccup. The staff was extremely respectful and friendly. They did find an additional part that needed to be changed during the oil change, but I did not feel pressured to purchase it. They were rather quick. I did however find that after being told what I would get for my value during a premium oil change, one of the included services (vacuuming and cleaning the wind shield) had not been performed. After I asked about it, not only did they vacuum the floors, but finally offered to make up for the inconvenience.They were great!

During my car’s last oil change here, techs couldn’t remove the oil filter so they took a chisel to it. And they damaged the oil filter housing in the process. My car began leaking oil. It’s costing me $600 in repairs. I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY CAR TO A JIFFY LUBE AGAIN!

With my new rain-x blades I was able to navigate around Florence and then safely home during the worst part of the storm! The service and team members were efficient and friendly. Highy reccomend! Dont take your car to get service here they cross thread my spark plugs messed my car up...I dont advise anyone to take your car to places like these take your car to a cerfied shop with a warranty you may pay more but its worth it in the end..I had to buy a whole new car i want take this one to any boot leg place like these..They will tear your vehicle up.

I always had my car fix here but after Thomas left the service is bad. I took my car in for a engine light check the new manager told me the I needed some work done but he didnt know what it was completely and how much it cost... When Thomas was there I always got a answer from him.. I told my car somewhere else and all was wrong was the gas cap.

Go there at least 4 times a year for different services. Always professional and honest.

Was looking for some place to take my car to and any of my family members who need work done.. get there they seemed nice.. the lil dude started talking and saying they were gonna change this and that put new ones in. I said yall havent even removed the tire yet how u know what is gonna need to be replaced and remember my bill getting higher than just rear brakes.. the reason y I came. He got defensive I didnt slap him I just talked to him and he started over.. then came at me correct.. and it took way to long.. yes there is more damage then just bad brakes but they made it take longer. Standing around convo-ing instead of working. I suggest go some place else.. note the manager did come and try to make things better after someone saw the bad review. And the fella that worked on the car he looked like he know what he was doing and did a great job.. and he was polite.
