They ruined my tires and tried to say they were already like that….they are new tires….although the spare has never even been drove on. Rips and gouges of rubber have been taken off the sides of the tires. They (Joe) were not helpful at the store. I need my new tires replaced. I would not recommend this place. I made a mistake by going there.

We are from out of town on vacation and had a tire issue. We needed a new one to be able to drive the 700 miles safely home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They managed to get us in on a Saturday mid-afternoon. They were friendly, timely, and professional. All in all, as a late afternoon walk-in, it was about a 2.5 hour turn around. I would definitely recommend this place and if we decide to move to the area we will utilize them again.

Never again will I buy or take my company vehicles or send people to michael tire plus.. I spent $1,300 on 4 new tires.. I have a single rear tire that went bad. Only 9 months of having the tire in use and under 50,000 miles of usage.. I assumed the warranty would cover it. They offered $30 off a $280 tire. No thank you. I can not purchase anything more if warranty is not being up held. They didnt even inspect if the belt broke in the product they sold me.. sat there for 2 hours to be told $30 off and warranty wont help

Took care of me on a walk-in basis for a screw in my tire. Morgan and the crew was very helpful. Got me back on the road in virtually no time. Work that was done in Louisville was covered all the way up here and that was a relief.

Made appointment online, then I arrived. They had no technician to do tires. Took 2 hours for 2 tires to be put on. Wasnt even given a receipt. Was told battery was bad, took it to AutoZone where bought, tested 100%. Not happy with this place. Will go to another tire place in the future

Had an appointment went in and they didnt even have my name in the computer so set up an appointment and went in to have a front wheel alignment done they done it and after doing so and charging me told me I done no good I would need a strut and then couldnt give me a price for a strut because they were only sold at Kia.. just got a price from autozone .. I wouldnt go back there at all

They typically do a good job. Got a good deal on tires. Took the husbands car back because they messed up the alignment, had an appointment and arrived 30 mins beforehand, to only sit in the waiting area with no update for well over an hour and nothing was done. Had to go up twice to the counter for any sort of update and all they said was were sorry a truck came in with issues, we should get yours up and nothing happened. We had a scheduled appointment and didnt receive any service and no help.

I had a flat tire and took it off and brought it here cause I didnt have a spare. The employee that helped me was named John and was able to get my tire in and replaced in less than 30 minutes! Very nice and helpful employees! I will definitely be going there in the future.

This place is a scam. Went in for a simple tire plug, sat for 2.5 hours for them to say the tire had multiple punctures and the other 3 tires (that were less than a year old) are all dry rotted. They’re not, the car is garaged 90% of the time and again 3/4 tires have less than 1K miles on them. Someone was just trying to make a sale of 4 tires. Do not recommend.

Reasonably priced tires, friendly service but be sure to get the details on the road hazard package, if they replace your covered tire you have to pay road hazard on the replacement one each time to get that coverage...I still dont understand this...how is milage not a factor?

As a young women (who doesn’t know anything about cars) this is the one place that I feel doesn’t take advantage of my ignorance. They never do more than what is necessary to rack up your bill. If they need to add to the original order, they always explain the reasoning behind it, instead of just telling me it needs to be done with no further explanation (which has happened at other local shops). They are fair and the workers are always pleasant.

They had the tires I needed for my Jetta, in stock and for $100 less than anywhere else I checked. The shop looks a little run down, but the service and staff was great.

This place provides no service to my experience. They may be good in tires but nothing else ! They had my car for 2 days charged me $160.00 and did nothing other than charge my A/C and gave me a false report on wheel alignment. Will never go there again and recommend to noone . Complain also filed with their HQ.

I typically work on my own cars; however, if I dont have time or the right tools, I go to Tires Plus in Florence, on RT 42. Ive had my vehicles serviced here for over 5 years. They always provide honest pricing and quality services, and they never try to up-charge for unnecessary repairs. Theyre so good at what they do, their services are typically in demand most days of the week. So plan ahead and drop of your vehicle if necessary.

The people at this store are wonderful. They are patient they will give you all the information that you asked for. My car was done in a timely manner. I got four new tires put on. The price was great and it was the same price that I was quoted. No phone calls with you need this for your care they did want I asked for and did a great job at it.Thank you!!!

I Dropped the car off at 12:30 pm to have one tire put on and it’s now 4:30 and the car is just sitting in the bay and the tire is just sitting on the balancing Machine and the guy is just walking between the two bays help some other guy and I ask the guy who is working my car how much more time and his response I’m helping the other guy who is working on the some other car. The Guy who wrote And his name was Joe up the work order was told at 2:30 I need to get back to my Army base and he told me I’m next and it’s 4:45 . Invoice number is 162758 I will never bring my car back and I will be forwarding this your corporate.

First time there. They were not fast, and Im not certain how effective my appointment was at saving time either, but they made it up by being very friendly and professional. I was impressed how thorough Morgan was with making things right. Customer service was a top priority, which Ive found isnt the case at many tire stores out there. Id trust them working on my vehicles, and Ill be back when needed.

I had a 12 PM appointment during my lunch break to get a flat repaired. I dropped the car off, came back an hour later at the end of my break and they had not yet even started on it. What is the point of setting up an appointment? Dont bother with this place unless you have all day or plan on leaving your car overnight.

Had this location mount & balance some new tires on some wheels of mine. Got the wheels & they left the shipping label in-between where the bead sits & rim. Lmao.Honestly this plqce is over priced, the wait time is incredibly long & employees work inefficiently.CarX down the street has better pricing.

Tessa at the Florence, KY Tires Plus is amazing!! I called several places getting quotes for a specific tire, and Tessa was the only one who even came close to the online quote. She was actually $10 under the online quote. Everyone else was $100s over. Not only did she give the best quote, she was friendly, professional, and honest!! I spoke with other places that were trying to be dishonest, but she was honest and forthright from the start.

Why does it take so long to put tires on? Why do they tell you its going to take an hour then it takes 4 hours?

Going on a family trip in a couple of weeks; went in just to double check everything looked good. Got a call to let me know they were having trouble getting a wheel off, and asked if it was okay to proceed, and consequences if a lug broke off. Regardless, I told them to proceed, and they ended up getting the lug nut off without snapping the key or lug. All of this, and the grand total was $22 and some change. Great customer service for the past 7 years weve been taking our vehicles there.

I met Joseph Reda at the Erlanger store when I first moved to Elsmere, KY. Ive since moved to New Castle, KY (about an hour and a half away) and learned that Joseph had been moved to the Florence store. This is where I drive to now in order to have his crew service my car.I trust this man with my vehicle and I will follow him to where ever you people send him. Hes an excellent employee and you are lucky to have him. People like him because he is honest with them... doesnt try to sell parts just because he can. If hes perplexed, he digs until he finds the answers. Like I said, this man is an asset to your organization.

I had my car in their to get work done. They work was done I had my car running. I later heard noise coming from the same area and brought it back they said it had nothing to do with it. It seems like they halfway fix the problem

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out for 4 new tires. Got there checked in. About 5 min later I was told that they just found out an hour ago that wherever my tires were coming from they didnt have them. I was told that they could still get them but it would take an hour and a half. I received no phone on the matter and wasted my timeand my gas. Im new to the area and wont ever go back.

I have had the best experience with Michaels Tires Plus on US 42 in Florence KY. Jonathan was my point of contact and was fabulous from start to finish. I had several services done with them and all at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a honest place that is professional and hard working.

Dropped my car off last Saturday afternoon - took them until AFTER close on Sunday to get my tires put on... mind you they put on RECALLED tires which I was informed of on Monday when I came to pick my car up. They told me I’d have to come back AGAIN the following Sunday(today) to get new tires on (since they didn’t catch it the first time). Customer service was anything but good. I was not offered any apology or compensation for the amount of time I wasted here. I will not be returning.

It is always a good visit when I go to Michael Tires Plus in Florence. Stefan is the manager, and he just makes it all work out. From informing the customer of what is happening with their vehicle, to get you out on time. Hes the best, and I enjoy going there, every time.

I would recommend getting a 2nd opinion before allowing any work to be done. I took my car in to have brake pads changed. They came back with over a $1400 estimate. They said pads and rotors on front and back needed replaced. Also, claimed I needed to replace calipers, hoses, and needed lines flushed. I took my car to another mechanic who replaced front brake pads and charged me $165. No problem with rotors or calipers and rear pads had over half life left in them.

Used to be top notch service but not anymore. Tire was going flat so we took in at 9 am Saturday June 8th. We did not receive the vehicle back until almost 5 pm. A 15 minute job (putting a plug in the tire) was turned into a 5 or more hour job. I don’t know how this can happen but we will never return again. Next time we have a flat we will just drive it as it sits, if it means waiting all day without a vehicle.I have two stars instead of one because the service was completed and the guy that did it was very nice.

Stopped in with a flat, even as a walk in we were out of there in two hours on a crazy busy day for the shop. Great emergency service and fair prices.

I had to go there 5 times before they could finally put a tire on that was actually decent. I got a flat tire and got it replaced by them, which if want to waste your time, money and gas this is the place to go. After about a month, I went to the shop and wanted to get the car checked out because I kept hearing a sound coming from the wheel that was replaced. I called and asked if I could come an hour before they closed and they said it was fine, when I got there when I said I was going to be the guy was reluctant to check the tire. I’m guessing that he thought he was smart enough to know what is wrong with the tire by just glancing at the tire. After looking at the tire for a couple of seconds he determined that it had to be something wrong with the hub bearing. Which would’ve been impressive if he was actually correct but of course he wasn’t. Anyone with a bit of common sense would’ve drove the car or taken a look at it in the shop. After bringing it to the shop where I bought the car which is about a 45 minute drive, they actually looked at the car and found out that I was given a tire with a flat spot in it. Which I was charged $70 to figure out that problem. Called the shop again and got to talk to one of the managers, Joe. He said that I could come in the next day and they would put on a new tire. Went the next day and they didn’t have a tire ready so I had to schedule yet another appointment. When that appointment came around, it looked promising because they had me waiting an hour and it looked like they were actually working on the car. Came to find out yet again the new tire was also bad. So, of course I had to schedule another appointment. You would think that they would test a tire before putting it on someone’s car. Finally the fifth and final time that I would ever be here, they finally put on a tire that was better than the first one they put on. After all of that, it caused the steering wheel to vibrate and I just brought it to tire discounters and they got it fixed for me for free. Since I couldn’t give 0 stars, I would have to say that they earned 1 star for Joe giving the $70(that I spend to get the car checked out at the other shop) back after their mistake.

My parents had a terrible experience today. I downloaded the $24.99 coupon, set up an appointment and write in the comments that we had the coupon, and all the car details.When my parents got my car there, the guy in the office (tall, with glasses) told them rudely that it would cost $48 for my Toyota Corolla and they couldn’t get the coupon price. When they said it was what they wanted, he said they’d have to sign a waiver, holding them harmless if my car stalled in the middle of the road.My parents turned to leave and he suddenly discovered that he could actually give us the standard oil change with no issues. He was still rude to them the rest of their time there.We will never return. The rudeness and the attempts to intimidate two senior citizens into a more expensive service is not something I will tolerate. I will give these guys negative interviews on every forum I have access too.

My family has spent around 10 thousand dollars at this location between all our vehicles. We tried for do long to stay loyal to this shop for nearly 10 years we took our vehicles here. The so called sales manager Morgan has lied and ripped us off for the last time. Never again will we visit this this company or be treated the way we have. Sorry for your loss.

While on a cross country trip i picked up a nail in my tire. Luckily i was next to this town. This store was the only one open i could find but were set to close in 20 min. I called and explained i was about 20mins away but was in desperate need to get myself and entire family back on the road to get home. The employee was very courteous over the phone and said she would stay open until i arrived. I made it there right at closing time but as said she was waiting for me. They immediately fixed my tire for a fair price and i was back on the road within 40mins. Very Small town location that was a bit rough on the edges but they saved me big. Thank you!

Great service! We usually take my wifes 2007 Honda Civic for service and they always do a great job. We have never had any issues.

We had to have two tires replaced after running over something on the freeway. Everyone there was very nice, knowledgeable. They fit us in and got us back on the road to finish our trip.

It saddens me to have to write this bad review.I moved to Cincinnati a little over 3 years ago and was delighted to find a semi-local service station with great service, great techs....just great everything. Michel Tires Plus was the only place Id ever found that could actually FIX my car where all other service providers failed. But things have changed in the past few years...The past three times Ive gone to Michel Tires Plus in Florence, Ive walked away upset or disappointed. I just walked away today for the third and last time because after having left it there for over 24 hours and being told what time I could pick it up, no one at the shop bothered to start working on my car until I showed up to pick it up. It was utterly frustrating to have to sit and wait for more than an hour for someone to start working on my car, and I even had to cancel another appointment elsewhere because my vehicle was not ready. To add insult to injury, the cost of the repair was almost $100 MORE than I was quoted on the phone.The manager, Joel, apologized for the misquote and claimed the employee who quoted the price was new and forgot to add taxes into the quote. $100 worth of taxes?! What actually happened was that there was a very pricey diagnostic added to my services without my prior knowledge or consent. Joel was kind enough to take $30 off of that, and explained that the supposedly new employee should have explained things to me clearly beforehand. While I agree with his assessment of the situation, it didnt change the fact that I had to cough up almost $100 MORE THAN I EXPECTED...after waiting almost two hours for a car that should have been ready when I arrived at 3pm.It appears as if there are a lot of new employees at this location, and its becoming more of a hassle to deal with the quirks associated with rapid turnover than its worth. For the distance, the time, and now the money, I honestly think Im going to have to take a break from this Michel Tires Plus.

I have been taking my cars to Michaels Tire Plus in Florence, Ky for many years. The service I have recieved is excellent! If I have a problem, they correct it right away! I will have to say there was one moment that surpasses them all and have to share ...I have gotten off work late and drove home knowing I have a head light out on my 2005 crossfire. I bought a bulb at a auto place and asked them to change it, but after they failed trying saying they would have to take the front wheel out to change my bulb...I drove to another auto place, but again, he failed also trying to change the bulb! By this time, I was Very Frustrated. So I stopped by Tire Plus on 42 in Florence and they were about to close. Spoke to ..Joe, the Manager, sharing my frustrations just trying to get someone to help me out! He stopped what he was doing ( and they were very busy!), and immediately helped me out! After a few trys and not even taking my front wheel off, like the others told me, he got it done! Thank you Joe for helping me out! I will Always take my vehicles here and encourage everyone else to do the same! Excellent Customer Service!!

I got quotes from four different tire places. They all included and alignment. Tires Plus was competitively priced but closer so I went there. I did not get the alignment. they said it would cost extra after the fact.

Biggest rip off of a place. Tried to charge $1600.00 for front brakes, rotors, and calipers. Did the back when I specifically said not to. Went up the road for $800 cheaper. 100% crooks.

Considering that we were out of towners, on vacation, and in need of new tires, going to michels tires plus was a painless experience. The employees were kind and friendly. The prices were the most fair and reasonable that we could find in the area.

I went in for an oil change and alignment, they said it would be 2 hours and it took 6 hours, and they fried my battery by leaving the radio on while the car was off. so I had to wait for them to charge my battery enough so I could go buy a new battery when there was nothing wrong with the old one

This place is a rip off, I went in for new tires and they did an inspection that I did not ask for and ripped out my parking brake line and said it broke.He also broke one of my studs that holds on the tire.He broke that too. They are made of metal and it wasnt even rusted.Tried to get me to pay $100 for new lugnuts and studs.I can say I will never bring my business back here again, and will recommend people not to go here as well. This is place is awful.

Bought 4 new tires and they scrachted my rims I will never ever bring my truck or car here for tires I spent over 2000 dollars for new tires in two vehicles and still got screwed in the end now I have scratches all over my aluminum rims and they say they half to figure out how there going to order me new ones cause they dont have a store credit card so yea I will never return to Michel tire on us 42 in florence ky EVER
