Friendly folks, good prices, clean store.

Not alot of options for children costumes. They got rid of the wall selection for babies and kids.

Very fun place for Halloween.Kids had fun looking for their costumes.

Shelves were pretty empty. Need to restock more. Decent prices.

Always have what I need for parties

The curbside ordering/delivery nonexistent.I ordered, the finds were withdrawn from my account immediately after submitting my order.The prompt stated pickup for 2pm. I was there at 2pm.I called the number which I found out was a landline. I waited for an associate to answer to be told well be right out. 20 minutes later I went inside, pulled my own items, waited in line. Only to be told, item out of stock so they didnt pull it.How was I holding my items and more were in the rack?Then two more associates came over? Im upset as they are stealing as my money gas been removed from my account two hours prior. Only to be told the item is out of stock that I have in hand from their shelves? Then she laughs and says yeah, you called! I figured you would be in! Like wasting an hour of my life is funny? I was beyond patient. After numerous calls from my kids at home waiting for me, I was very frustrated. Then find out, the teller ignored the situation versus attempting to resolve it? Then let me sit parked outside the curb so long!??My solution: I will NOT be patronizing Party City for six of my childrens Halloween costumes, or party supplies as I have in the previous years!!Be Blessed!The associate who answered my call doesnt know how to critically think and ask for help when she doesnt know an answer. Ignoring the issue doesnt solve problems.

Extremely small selection and store was a cluttered mess.

Great selection of costume and party favors. Had everything I needed for Halloween in a pinch. Even had the supplies to make some simple Steampunk Gear.

Great place for Party supplies, very many different varieties of candy, balloons, and piñatas. They also carry a lot of childrens favorite characters from Disney to Nickelodeon. Its always our go to place for fair priced party goods.

Great store for party items. Only down side is when online pre-shopping before going to store, and item is not in correct isle or in store at all. Overall great place for all items PARTY!

I called today to ask about Halloween costumes. I called 6 times and every time someone answered they would hang up almost immediately. When I did have someone finally talk to me, I had the girl tell me that she couldnt check on the costumes because she would have to go to the back and she was on register and then she hung up before I could even get a word in. I work retail as well and realize it can be busy and stressful, but this is just flat out bad customer service. She could have at least asked to put me on hold until an associate could assist or asked me to call back at another time. I wouldnt have minded that, but instead she just decided to hang up on me. Very disappointed in Party City.

The staff was great. The manager wasnt. They were out of several costumes. My fault for waiting so long to go. I was helped by 2 wonderful ladies! They were finally able to find me something I loved. The manager wasnt nice about them taking so much time. But Im very happy they did! Thanks girls!!

7/31/2020 You must wear a mask. Their shelves are pretty bare right now but they have a hiring sign up so maybe they will restock soon. If youre going in for specialty things, it is a bit pricey but you can find some deals in there every now and then. Clearance area can be a treasure trove sometimes. The staff are ok. Polite and keeping their distance which makes sense 🤷🏽‍♀️

Lines were really long but i managed to get in, find what i needed with help and get out within 30 minutes. Staff was extremely helpful and quick. Would definitely go again.

Always find what I need and more. They even have a buy online pickup in store option to make shopping easier.

Staff is quick and super sweet and the store is set up so everything you need is easy to find it. And the store is clean. And we even went the day after Halloween so everything was marked down. But it was definitely organized. And it was our first time there and everybody was super super nice

Not like I remember

They always have what we need for our party. The management and employees are always attentive to our needs and everything including napkins down to the smallest detail for our parties, they always have it. Its truly amazing that this place has everything under the sun that you need for a party and great service when you need it. I was in a rush one day to get something I couldnt even find it cuz I was in a rush and the manager there knew exactly where it was I got it and I was out less than 5 minutes. Now thats service.

Party city has Everything you need to get ready to have a party. Prices are cheaper than anywhere else even the dollar store. Not to mention tons of candy even unique candy thats hard to find. My daughter is having a frozen theme party and we needed rock candy sticks for decoration and party bags and I couldnt find it anywhere. Party city was the only place with it in stock and in every color. Awesome store awesome prices and awesome employees

Very cool! Found stuff for birthday party. Small class kindergarten gifts for teacher to give out for homework ect. Holiday stuff. Cheap to exspensive wide variety.

Great Halloween selection, prices are average-slightly above average. My grandson loves the puck 10 pieces of candy for $1!

Not sure why so many negative reviews here. Sure the cashiers arent super knowledgeable, but its a party supply store come on. When I come here I already know what I need and am not looking for hand-holding. My family loves buying our party supplies here.

Was looking for pooh bear baby shower invitations. Found nothing pertaining to pooh bear.

I’m upset because they don’t give refunds meaning I still have to shop at they store when I can possibly find something better I got a custom yesterday morning from them the out fit didn’t blow up as it should and now I have a over 50+ Dollar credit with them I will no longer shop at this location or any other for that reason

They have alot of selection and party supplies you wont find anywhere else. Tons of Disney shows. The store is huge and has large aisles. Great selection. I rated low because a simple 18 mylar balloon is $5-20 and everything in there is about %25-50 higher than it should be. A 5 pack of junky kazoos should not 4.99 Disney sticker or not.

My last visit was a big waste of time due to false advertisement. The tv ad said table cloths were 2 for $1 and when you go in they tell you that you have to spend $20 to get that price . so see ya later.

Chris, the manager, was behind the front counter (along with three other associates), choosing NOT to engage with the fact that there was a line of customers and only one cash register operator. Wow. Time for a career change out of retail, Chris!

Was advertised that they had Ramadan and Eid decorations but none were to be found online or in stores highly disappointed
