I would put no stars. I made a purchase on 1/28/2021 @6:50 pm right before closing. I purchased some Nike Air Force 1’s for $118.00. I checked my card and I see 4 other transactions of $240.00 totaled to $960.00 I swiped my card once. Jimmy Jazz is the only store I went to. I called my bank and even spoke with Nike.com that is the name pending in the transaction. I got a very uneasy feeling when I was in there. Somebody has to be running credit card scams. This is not acceptable. I do not have a $1,000 to just give away. The manager that rung me up name was Willie or Willis something Will. I think he was the manger. Jimmy Jazz need to refund my money.

This store has flavor. Competitive pricing and great hip hop music the whole time you shop. I got the air max for my 3 year old. Shoes cost 64.00 plus tax

Sorry to say management is a con-artist at this location, they will take your shoes and sell them for a profit . . sad, that lady left in tears about her shoes. so not cool & we all saw what happened . makes me not wnt to return EVER .

Dont like this store. Last experience was yesterday August 1 we(family) went in to price compare shoes (Jordans) with the other stores in the mall. They had them on sale with a sale tag for $135 so we got 2 pair but once we checked out I thought about the price we just paid and told my boyfriend to let me see the receipt and they were $160 instead. I went back in the store to ask why they wasnt $135 and the lady told me there wasnt a sale tag on these shoes and I said yes they was thats why we got 2 pair and brought them from here knowing we couldnt get a refund. Then she said well I dont see a tag on them and I said I bet because the other lady had to removed it right before we purchased. So then she just looked and said I cant do anything about it. I was very pissed because they ripped me off and the manager told me nothing could be done which was a lie.
