Ally, and Sam are amazing workers I lost my cred card and they helped they walked me to mall security and before that we walked out of the store and I could not see my mom and she walked me to mall security and could her and we got my card so thank I to the person who walked me her name was ally and the person that checked me out was Sam and he is really goo dtoo

Love the Louisville selections

I bought a Xavier shirt from Rally House Crestview Hills. After wearing it two times, the stitching on the arm completely fell out. I brought it to the Florence store and spoke to manager Barbie to get a replacement. Barbie told me that it isn’t Rally House’s fault, it is the manufacturers fault. I told Barbie I didn’t buy the shirt from the manufacturer, I bought it from Rally House. Barbie then asked if I had tags and a receipt, which I didn’t. I showed her my credit card statement with the purchase from two weeks ago. She refused to provide a replacement or take the shirt back. She said it was my fault that I wore it twice and washed it.DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM RALLY HOUSE. THEY DO NOT BACK THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I am going to call the customer service line but I don’t have a lot of hope that they will be able to assist me any more than Barbie. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Place was disaster. Clothes were everywhere and staff didnt really help much because they were busy pushing clothes together. Got home with my purchase and noticed 2 shirts were sticker the incorrect size.
