Reason for only 3 stars: They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE at the number provided.But, my wallet was turned in by somebody pretty awesome. Even though they went through my whole wallet, they didnt take anything. Im grateful, for sure.Usually I have a good experience when visiting this Wal-Mart. Staff are polite, professional, and they seem focused on their work.

Poor employee customer service. Store policy to check receipt of certain people leaving the store. I showed my receipt, the old guy did not see my purchase and told me to point it out to him. I said that is your job, he said I had to pay for the water again. I refused since it is obviously on the receipt, I even pointed out the water to the cashier to scan and told him that. Another young female employee came by to check on him. I asked if I could exit with my groceries. She said no then asked to look at the receipt. She did not see it either and I had to go pay for it again. At this point the incompetence is enough so I hand the receipt to my 15 year old who shows it to them in 5 seconds flat. Basically 2 Wal-Mart employees asked me to do their job even though I didnt ask for help then got angry at me when I wouldnt do it. I charge $1,500 an hour for consulting, I dont work for nothing. These 2 adult employees couldnt accomplish 10 minutes what my 15 year old could in 5 seconds. They should be alarmed but we all know Wal-Mart only cares about their bottom line. I mean many customers were backlogged so you could make sure you got your $2 while purchasing over $200. Now waiting for the feedback splaining 👀👀

Clean, stocked well, the store is compact. My husband uses a scooter and it seem like either it didnt fit or we were in the way.

Its better than the one in muscle shoals, but its still just okay.

I enjoy going there! Its like my second home! Lol! And its on my way home! Just big enough and has got just what I need for the main items! Always thankful to see a smiling face when I see James ( I hope I got his name right) at the front door greeting you as you come in! Always smiling and greeting you with a bump on the arm! The staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Katrina Bates is an angel and always a pleasure to see her, you can tell she is there to serve and she goes above and beyond to help you. The greeters are very nice and friendly.

I have a bad knee and it’s very hard for me to walk. 9 times out of ten when I go to this Walmart there are no motorized carts available. It would be great if they could buy a few more for this location. I believe they have four or so. I shop there often and they are always being used. It would be greatly appreciated by your customers in need of one. Other than that… I love this Walmart!!!!

Horrible service. The shelves are practically bare. Products I needed not in Stock. I picked two packages of beef near out of date. Self Check Card Only. Checkouts only 3 open. Lines through the store. Store is nasty. Parking lot nasty. Shopping Carts scattered all over the place. Some thrown down on their sides.

This Walmart is actually superior to most. The meat is really good and the Black Angus Steak is worth the price. Chops and chicken are really tasty as well. Well stocked produce, bakery, breads, etc. Very nice overall. And the majority of staff are friendly and helpful.

Looking for my newest crazy must have candy craving.... A Bag of ALL Blue Jolly Ranchers, Walmart doesnt have them apparently. So, the only place Ive come across them as of right now has been at the Dollar General Stores. Walmart gotta get caught up with the DG man.😱🥴☺️

They dont carry some of the brand names that I want. sometimes when I go through the line, I found out that I have to have a card or sometimes cash its always the opposite what I have. But I have to say the prices are reasonable.

Me and my son go almost everyday. They are used to seeing us and theyre absolutely wonderful with my son. They always greet and play with him. Its his fave place to shop. They are so friendly and weve never had a bad experience.

I went to Walmart on 07/28/2021 thinking there was a problem with my debit card. I spoke to Wesley and he researched and was able to show me what happened. I want to acknowledge him for his courtesy and professionalism. Hes what Walmart needs when it comes to Managers.

It’s a Walmart, nothing very special. Staff are generally helpful and do what they can, but it can be hard at times to get help for specific things. Overall a pretty clean place and taken care of. Will definitely be back for the convenience!

I had to stand in line 20mins.bc.all the self checkout s were card only ????why i use both almost every time in Walmart !!!! Its to hot 🔥 outside to spend that long to check out o put the ice cream back and biscuits,and etc....thanks for all yall do !!!.

Store shelves empty and a mess! Prices going up constantly. We have 3 Walmart stores 2 in Florence ànd 1 in Muscle Shoals none of which are stocked empty shelves everywhere and the ones with product on them are a mess! Also every since COVID-19 started prices have been increasing rapidly to ridiculous heights .

Need more of the checkers not interested in self check out I am not the only one who complains about less checkers

Nothing is ever stocked anymore. I work 12 hour shifts. Publix is always stocked and has better quality produce. And why dont any of the self checkouts have a option for cash?

I called specifically to ask for lamb the meat guy went back to look for it, says we have three different items.... I went in the store to purchase the lamb, they argued with me said we dont sell it,, you must have called another store...... Cloverdale Walmart......THEY HAD IT and thats where I called and thats where us managers after over an hour and a half found it..... Ty. Mrs wear.

Self checkouts irritate me. They basically force you to scan your own items and if a mistake is made or if something accidentally doesnt scan they treat you like a thief!!! No one and I repeat no one enjoys having to scan and bag their own items! Its is especially irritating when the lady overseeing the self checkouts watches you like a hawk and makes you feel some type of way like you are not trustworthy and trying to sneak an item past the scanner. Im sure there are some people that actually do try and slide things by without paying but everyone is not a thief! If they are so concerned then they should eliminate self checkouts all together!

Great experience! Very well stocked and clean. Also the staff, there is very friendly and helpful. They were more than willing to assist me with all of my random needs. For a Supercenter its a great experience.

I realized my Capital One credit Card was missing. They were helpful in giving me the number to call. Also the personnel in Wlectronics were very helpful in getting the correct charger for my phone.

Shelves are finally getting filled with products. Yay!!The best part of my visit was Patricia. Shes a cashier (yellow vest). She interacts with all customers & makes them feel appreciated fir their business.Im physically challenged & she has seen my struggles with walking due to having my foot reattached. (Military). Shes always asked how Im doing, the kids, etc... though I dont know her other than being my cashier from time to time. She pays attention to ppl & helps whereas other cashiers dont smile, dont greet you, dont say squat but the total owed & then they dont even say Thank Yoy or Hope ya have a good day. They make ya feel as if your an inconvience.Patricia dont & Walmart needs her to train their cashiers on Customer Svc.

Great price perfect service

My wife was at the Customer Service desk and 2 of the 3 ladies working there went on break at the same time. My wife is handy capped and could not stand up to keep waiting. They saw that and did not care.

If you are over the age of 21, you cannot come into this Walmart and purchase alcohol if you are in the company of a 15+ year old. Regardless of if youre that 15+ year olds parent, sibling, best friend, they will not let you buy the alcohol. They claim its against store policy despite the fact that that every Walmart Ive visited across the country has never done this. Just drive 10 minutes down the road and visit the other Walmart where they at least have some common sense. Also it doesnt appear to be a company policy? Or at least the policy is very vague. A quick Google shows hundreds of similar cases. Hough Road Walmart doesnt give this issue though so just avoid this one.

Why is Walmart the only place you go where the employees always act like youre in their way and almost running you over. Its whatever. Its a Walmart.

They have been my go-to place for a fast walk in and their curbside pick up has been very good. I will definitely recommend using that. Walmart is moving to compete with any of the major online retailers.The store is clean and the store employees have been very help full with finding products that are placed in other isles that I was looking in.

It was stupid how inconvenient Walmart is at this moment. They only accept cards at their self-check out registers and they only had 2 regular lines with actual humans. So if you want to stand in a long line go ahead and get down to Walmart!

I enjoyed my shopping experience the people that work there where can I find an informative but I despise having to do self checkout. Especially if I have my children with me in fact I have completely quit buying my groceries there oh, my laundry detergent dog food and many other household needs I buy elsewhere because its a job in itself to do your shopping and no one wants do you have to wring their stuff up bag it and keep up with three children at the same time. Walmart should be ashamed from taking jobs away from real people just save money when people are in desperate need especially during this pandemic. If it had not been to have too case I would not have been there.

7 pm on Friday night and only 1 full service register was open. Backed up 4 deep.The self serve maze was back up into the store.Only 4 self serves were open. And they were all 2 or 3 deep.Terrible!

What is up with certain products not being on the shelf I really dont like walmart anymore.

Not a great place to buy groceries. Almost impossible to maneuver around Walmart associates picking products for store pick ups and delivery. Also be prepared to check yourself out,usually only a couple of employee manned registers open.

Store is not stocked like it should be and the prices are too high, can never find anyone to help you if you need assistance, not enough check-outs open, I dont use self checkout because I dont think I should have to check my own groceries out and pay Walmart for a job they didnt do

Very clean location and friendly service, the only draw back is that every Walmart I go to its so freezing cold in the locations. I realize they keep them cold because of the workers but, they dont have to be so, cold you could hang meat in them....lol

Placed an order for delivery and there is no mention of a different version of the app available. Called to check on my order not arriving on time and was told of its update. Then I told them that truck was broke down so I couldnt come by the store and their only answer was we can cancel your order but not offer to fill my order and get it delivered to me a little later.

Might be a good place to shop if they were more worried about people spreading covid. People every where not masking, scary place to go.

I normally find what Im looking for here but if I dont and I need help their employees have always been extremely helpful!! Last year when I was shopping for Christmas I had to buy gifts for my nephews step kids and had no clue what to get but one of the ladies that was stocking merchandise gave me great ideas for each one of them. Ive actually always found their employees extremely helpful!!

I noticed everyone was wearing masks, which is good! The shelves were well stocked and there were employees putting out more stock. I have never been to this Walmart on Cloverdale Road that they didnt have what I needed, for the exception of when the pandemic first hit. The staff was very nice and friendly and offered me help when I needed it. This Walmart is the only one I go to now. My husband and I have been going since opening day! I would recommend this Walmart to anyone!

Cant get help when you need it

The crazy person at the door of the grocery side made me leave the store and come in the other door. I could have just moved over but she would not let me do that. Sorry I went in the wrong door but that was uncalled for and rude. Will only shop there if I absolutely have to.
