The so-called employee behind that counter right now whose name is Missy hes got to be the absolute worse cashier or lack thereof I believe Ive ever came in contact with truly hands down blatantly rude and overall just nasty attitude. The gentleman in front of me said to her thank you have a nice day she could not even look up at him and her only response was yeah??? I mean seriously are you kidding me so its my turn Im thinking this isnt a regular thing yeah well surprise I was treated the exact same way and so was the people behind me this is unacceptable nasty hateful rude for no reason this Missy has absolutely zero business being in contact with customers with such a hateful nasty attitude

Ice cream was great, I do wish that they bring back the Deep Freeze.

Usually, the service is great. This time was the last straw. If I didnt enjoy getting milkshakes down the road and saving on gas, Id go somewhere else. Tonight, this middle aged woman was too busy chit chatting with these college kids to stop making ALL of their milkshakes to ring me out for 2 sodas and some gas. No hello. No one moment please. Literally IGNORED ME. I stood there for around 5-6 minutes waiting for her to come to the register. At this point, I rang MYSELF out, pumped gas outside, then came back and demanded my change. Absolutely ridiculous. I dont typically call management when someone is rude, but Ill be doing it tomorrow.

They have a good variety of stock, but thats where the positives end. I regularly go in to find the store understaffed and a general mess. It reeks of poor management through and through. Pumps constantly broken. Lines 6 or 7 people deep. Employees complaining about customers being there, in front of the customers. Shelves a wreck. Floors that look like they were mopped last week. The only reason I go in there is they are open later than my favorite store.

Always good for Wednesday freebies and gas discounts.

Best that I can tell is that is a good place to buy gasoline and a milkshake if youre wanting something cold and delicious. There are other products at the dairy bar inside and they have a number of items like a mini market. The only problem that I saw there is the careless drivers in the parking lot that forget that there are people leaving the gas station and go past the front of the store, they back up without paying attention to the other cars behind them. Be careful and watch out for careless drivers.

I get it the girl was new that made our milkshakes but you shouldn’t put her on the milkshake line that fast my milkshake was like drinking a cup of milk I barely could taste any strawberry it was a strawberry milkshake but like I said it was pretty much all milk I had to force myself to drink it

Good location. Stopped in for a splash of gas. Their gas prices were the same as all surrounding gas stations.

Weve had more bad experiences than good at this store, but their ice cream and milkshakes are delicious and they carry Grippos nibs, so what can you do??

Its by no means close to UDF, but they make fresh doughnuts and apple cider! I do miss the Egg Nog at UDF! The QD Egg Nog is not the same, and less sweet! But, I tolerate it nonetheless…I miss my local United Dairy Farmers!

Gas prices $2.72 brought me back to this location.

This place is awful,its terrible,just unforgivable bad.I swore never ebber again,so thats on me.How hard is it to make a milkshake?Can a person be trained to learn themselves how to make a sundae,or a float and maybe get some higher learning to teach em those milkshake making skills.Maybe in between learn themselves how to cleansed to show up to work.This place really must treat their employees like dirt,by 8:00 is a line out the door and the employees flip out.Nebber ebber again.

Went to Florence Dixie Highway location to get ice creams at 5:30pm on March 22 and only one staff member wore a mask, the other two, one didnt wear one at all the other was wearing it for show her nose was completely out and half of their customers, at a very busy time, didnt have one on either so clearly the public is aware no masks is premitted there. My husband went in same day at 10:20pm and the employees were talking about how they are getting in trouble for other employees not wearing their masks... ironically... however... they were not wearing mask or not wearing it properly... these workers are too funny. We have decided to never return to this location again.

When I went in I was told they were taking exact change only or use of a credit card, and when I suggested they put a sign on the door saying so the kid acted like he didnt care because they were closing soon. Hire people who care about the customer.

Money out of peoples bank accounts when they pay for gas and they told me that they tell the person is of money didnt go through but apparently they stole $17 from me today and wont give me my gas and wont give me a refund

Bathroom was disgusting. Energy drinks have to be the same brand to get the “deal “ even though it states below them “all varieties”. Then the 2/$3 beef jerky rang up for $3.98! I just told the kid working register,”I give up”, walked out, and went elsewhere to spend my money.Horrible experience

Very friendly employees, Ive been coming here since I was in highschool. I consider the employees like family to me, well respectful and mannered place. Down side is people hanging around and begging for things like cash and or rides just tell them no and go on your way. I will usually give cash when I feel like they are actually trying to survive, but its the same group of guys that always ask money for beer and etc

Super ice cream.

The employees are horrible not only did the girl complain about making a peanut butter malt she told us she was out and there was a full container next to her. Sad cause we have been going there for years and is always hit and miss.guess it my fault for keep going back but I think this is the last time. We will be going to dairy queen from now on.

Brought a family member to UDF from California after talking up there milkshakes and as soon as we walk in the worker complains saying “oh my god here comes people wanting ice cream” as she is rolling her eyes at us. Terrible experience thanks to Ashley. Very upset with the customer service we were given.

Great service! Went in during a shift change and they never missed a beat. I ordered a peanut butter cookie dough sunday and it was absolutly delecious! Kudos to Zachary Baxter for making it. I look forward to visiting again!

The guy dipping our ice cream said we could get buy one scoop get one free in separate cups, but the guy named Mark checking us out was very rude and said they had to be in the same cup. Mark was also very rude to the customer in front of us.

The prices are good and they serve fresh milkshakes. But they are SLOW & understaffed with teenagers. Dont stop if you are in a hurry.

The manager was very rude, when I tried to call about my card being charged more than what I got in gas, I have my receipt to show that I got gas at 3:14 am and how much I got, but when I asked if they could verify that for me he told me no they dont keep record of it the pumps are shut down I didnt get gas there, I verified I was speaking with the correct store per the address on the receipt and told him again I have the receipt in my hand he said no the pumps are shut down and hung up on me!!!
