I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at this CVS. They are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need.
Dont even bother using this location. Even if you have to drive to the next town, dont even waste your time. Here is an example of the kind of service that youll receive at this location:-Go to doctor on Wednesday, get prescription. Get a text about your prescription from CVS asking you to call the pharmacy. Call pharmacy, stay on hold for 30 mins only to be told that they have no idea why you are calling. Go to CVS to pick up medicine, and be told that 2 of your medications have to be ordered and they will be there tomorrow. Go to pharmacy on Thursday and be told that your medications will have to be ordered and will definitely be there on Friday after 2 pm. Call pharmacy at 4 pm on Friday and be told that your medications will have to be ordered and will be there by Monday.I just want my medicine, I dont want to have to plan my weekly schedule around when Im going to pick the medicine up. You would think a multi-billion dollar industry that requires its leaders to complete 8 years of college would be more efficient than a McDonalds drive-thru. I only rated one star because I cant rate it zero stars.
My family gets all of our prescriptions at this location. Recently, the pharmacist advised my mother-in-law about a possible interaction between two of her medications, advising her to take them 2 hours apart. Her medical provider had not warned her about the interaction. Again, today, the pharmacist, Kathryn, clearly explained the reason she needed a consult regarding refilling a prescription due to a possible interaction between medications. My mother-in-law had been taking the medications together for 6 months and had not previously been warned about the interaction. The staff’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail is unsurpassed. It is reassuring to have knowledgeable and informative staff providing friendly customer service.
I was very disappointed with the second loop CVS in Florence SC. This location would not provide me with a COVID 19 test even though I signed up online was there on time and sat in a 15 minute drive up. The girl said I wasn’t in her system so would not test me? Wow I’m here on time regardless of anything else and still wouldn’t test me? I guess the convince isn’t there at that CVS drive up to a different CVS told them what happened and they said no worries she should not have turned you away and got me tested.
Excellent customer service and fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Have switched from the CVS on W Palmetto because they are so much easier to deal with. Pharmacist Boyd is especially top notch!
My prescriptions are usually always ready. I had one time it wasn’t and they fixed it in about 5 min. Great service, polite staff, and I willcontinue to use their services.
Putting a limit on promoting items I feel if its a promotion why will it be a limited of just two so then you can not do the promotion.
VERY disappointed at how Ive been treated at this Pharmacy. Ive have had to deal with them for about a year now & I am finally to my breaking point. My orders are never on time and I always have to go back & forth a couple times the day I try & pick up prescriptions. Im not sure if the staff there knows exactly how critical it is from some of us to have there medication. Everyone standing around the counter acts like you arent even standing there waiting to helped half the time. They seem to be in their own little world behind the counter every time I go in there. I ordered a prescription today and two hours later went to pick it up on my break from work. When I got there the lady told me that they hadnt gotten to it yet and that I would have to come back in 30 minutes. So Im having to make another trip to the pharmacy just because they didnt get to my order yet. When I got back to work (which is 5 minutes from that CVS) I got a text saying it was ready to be picked up. She could have told me it would only take a few minutes to get it ready & I would have waited there so I wouldnt have to go back. But once again I have to take time out of my work day to make another trip there. Ridiculous customer service. I will be switching to another pharmacy today. I would not ever recommend anyone to ever deal with CVS.
I waited at the counter while no one else was in line for 5 minutes and then called the pharmacy on the phone while standing at the counter. They picked up the phone before attending to me and then acted flabbergasted when I told them I was at the counter waiting. That definitely got their attention enough to attend to the customer but the looks I received from supposed professional pharmacist were in no way professional.
Nobody at the front waited forever to check out
Rude staff. Filthy store. Was told by manager if I wanted good customer service go across the street to Walgreens.
The Store was clean and neat, service was great, everything was well stocked. I didn’t use the pharmacy.
Apparently this is the highest volume CVS on the area (I asked). While the wait is always a wait -- 24/7 -- the customer service is aconsistent.
As far as Im concerned they dont even get one star! Rude and they never act like they want to help. My medicine is never filled on time. I usually have to go twice a day on the day my medicine is suppose to be filled. And this is the pharmacy my insurance has now made me use...I am not a happy customer.

Takes over 24 hours to have a prescription filled. The pharmacy staff is rude and act like they dont want to assist you. My insurance requires me to use CVS and this is the second store I have gone to with the same outcome.
Disorganized and rude. I got the “your prescription is ready” text AFTER I picked up the prescription. They literally threw prescriptions into the bins with no care in the world. The person who checked out my prescription spent the entire time talking to the woman behind me.
When I called they said my pills will be ready in a hour and I got here one day later then they said it is not even ready and they didnt even have my pills in stock!!! they said that they needed to order more and that they would be here by next week. Bye bye CVS
Staff not helpful. Pharmacist act as they dont want to help or care. Not a good experience.
