I buy mens cologne here. It would be nice if they also offered more mens stuff, such as high end shaving items etc. but they dont. However their prices are better than the designer stores in the mall, and they have a really good selection of cologne. I also like the display which has all the selections in one place.

This place is great if you cant find it here you dont need it. The prices are competitive and the employees are great their knowledge of the products is great Ive been in their many times and had to ask about or for a specific item and got a different employee each time and they told me exactly what I wanted to know each time.

Had an appointment to get my hair cut and styled. I was 7 minutes late because of my youngest child getting hurt. (Yes, I should have called; that’s on me.) They cancelled my appointment after I arrived and then told me “I might have time to just cut your hair but that’s all.” I told her that was fine but I could tell she was not ok with that even though I told her I didn’t know I was going to be late (my young kids had gotten into it and one pushed the other off a stool). I won’t go back here period. I don’t get to go much on the weekends and one of the only times I do, this happened.

Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional,They didnt greet us, did not offer to assist us, but did stare, also followed my sister-in-law(white lady)and myself(black) around the store racial profiling, instant stereotyping then when we were leaving a salesperson went to the manager to request a look at the security camera assuming that we stealing to top it all off.Yes we did just come from the gym so we were not looking our best nevertheless we should have been treated like that

Loved visiting Ulta today. The employees Ive encountered have all been cheerful or funny. They always have or are happy to get the answers to my questions.I took my toddler in with me today. The employees were very kind to him and didnt make me feel like we were in the way at all. (Its happened in other grownup stores.) I cant wait to go back.

If you can order online, do it. This is the WORST ulta I have ever been in. The employees are rude and seem like they hate their job. They treat the customers as if they’re wrong. Either the products are out of stock, broken, or put in the wrong place. Discount Price tags under products and will ring up full price at the cash register, but we’re treating like its wrong and either pay what it’s ringing up or don’t get it at all. No apologies for the mix up. This place is terrible. Management needs a switch up and a review. All staff needs to be fired and bring in people who actually like customer service environments.

We got what we came for, and spent a decent amount of money; but, for some reason, were followed by an employee the whole time. I guess, if youre a guy with long hair and a beanie, dont go in here with your girlfriend.

Let me say. I LOVE the salon portion of this Ulta. The hairdressers are phenomenal! Yesterday’s experience put me off though. My best friend and I were at the store shopping for her some new skincare. We asked the manager where the brand, “the ordinary” was. She explained they only had 1 item that was travel size and it was in the travel sized bin near checkout. We both gathered there to check it out. A customer with an attitude came up behind us and started puffing her breathe. She finally exclaimed, “are y’all checking out or..” I said I don’t think we were blocking the checkout but the checkout associate told her, “just go pass them” with an extremely rude attitude. Once the customer came up she said, “sorry about them.” Are you joking me? We both had our babies In strollers and were looking to spend some good money there. We were just trying to read the unlabeled product. Was it my hair? Eventually that cashier left and I bought 1 palette because that made me feel unvalued. I often visit this Ulta and my best friend came to town to visit it as well. I will visit again but I sincerely hope that sales associate gets proper training in customer service.

Worst experience we have had at a store yet in post-COVID world. My 14 year old daughter who never gets upset requested to leave without even looking for what she went for. Broke my heart. Very rude employee who doesn’t think about people and their individual health issues!

Every time I go in, the girls working there are always so sweet and helpful. They always know exactly the best products to suggest in my price range. I always appreciate their friendly attitudes.

An employee who has been very helpful before took up a lot of time helping me and was very honest and not rushed to get my questions answered and move on. I wish I had gotten her name but I was the one in a rush. I have always been treated above average in comparison to other retailers in the Florence Ulta store.

Dont expect an employee to acknowledge your existence. I wasnt greeted once by anyone. If you walk near an employee, they cut their eyes away from you. The atmosphere wasnt warm or welcoming. They did have exactly what I needed in stock, when I finally found it. Looks like they were stocking for the holidays. I want to give them one star. Im going to give them 4 stars because they had what I was looking for. Hopefully, someone at Ulta will read this and try to improve the customer service skills at this location. I work retail and am a store manager. I would be very embarrassed if my crew acted like this.

Dont pick up in store. A lady will offer no help, blame you for any issues, and tell you youre SOL on any free gift with purchase without even checking. I have no idea why she was so hostile when I just wanted to pick up an order. I guess it was my fault for it being busy and she took it out on me.

I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask, but I needed to return something. The ladies at the door were very rude and judgemental about me not wearing a mask. One woman even told me I needed to hurry up and do what I needed to do and get out. I spend quite a bit of money at Ulta, guess I wont now.

Friendly, neat, clean, and lots too choose from but a bit pricey. Love shopping here.

Love the products but the prices are outrageous, the staff is snobby, and no one helps you without a condescending attitude of obviously not genuinely wanting to help. I dont like putting places down but I cant stand arrogant people like the staff there

Products are great, but the staff seems to only help the people that look like they will spend $100+. Ive been there several times looking for gifts for my girlfriend and whenever I ask for help looking for a pruduct, the staff seem to be rude and act as if I am being a bother.

I went to ulta to get a small trim, just the dead ends off. I had reservations about going to ulta for a haircut and I should’ve listened to them. The stylist do not listen to what I wanted, and cut off about 5 inches when I asked for no more than two. She also gave me bangs without asking me for approval, and I now hate my hair. I will never go to ultas salon again and I hope no other broke college girl makes the same mistake I did.

My husband often shops here for me, and yesterday 10/18/17, was the worst experience hes ever had. The workers were not very helpful, they were huddled together talking. Although he spent a lot of money, he was offered no free samples or gifts. Hes always raved about his experience here, but this time was awful. There were many workers, but he had to hunt someone down for help. Get it together, ulta, hire workers who are kind and helpful. I dont care if they have NO MAKEUP ON, if theyre helpful its so much more important.

Poorly stocked, poorly managed, and a waste of my time.Ive been to this Ulta a number of times and its never fully stocked! Im not sure if the management doesnt order enough inventory or if the employees are too lazy to put it out but I went there three times over the course of three months and saw the same empty shelves and same OPENED, USED products laying out. I mean like the one item left I was supposed to buy, not the tester, with product all over the cap from use and laying on its side for THREE MONTHS! How weirdly specific! It was a Loreal Lumi btw.The drugstore side is completely disgusting, with most testers missing due to shoplifting and poor stocking, and many of the items for sale are opened. They dont have many color options (face, lips, and mascara/eyeliner) for any drugstore brand either. The high end side is not much better with the testers missing and mostly used up, but at least there are products on the shelves.If youre a makeup lover, you will be DISAPPOINTED. If you arent familiar with makeup, I dont recommend learning here because the girls are inexperienced and sales driven.

I visited Ulta Beauty for the first time recently and had eye lashes put on, then saw they had a hair salon and decided to get a perm.I am so not pleased with my hair experience. It seemed okay when I first got my perm, but after 3 days to allow my perm to really set, I washed it with Biolage shampoo and conditioner (not a cheap hair product).My hair was over processed and quite damaged. I wanted to cry.I will not trust them any longer.
