The people could show a little more kindness to the customers

Have been a loyal customer to this store for over a decade. Today I decided to go in and see what was new. While taking a picture to send to my friend to get her opinion, the owner walks up to me asking me to delete any pictures. Im really in shock at this point because I have plenty of pictures of wigs in my phone from their store and its never been an issue before. She proceeds to say something about taking pictures with the price showing but the price wasnt my concern. She continues to fuss about how I should understand but she wasnt saying anything that made sense. I just decided to leave because I wasnt hurting anyone and I had no alterior motives. I also wasnt big on the idea of spending money with someone who was as rude as she was. I understand that someone may have done something to make the owners think this way, but learn to treat your customers accordingly. Treat me like someone that has been spending money with you for years. Not a regular Joe blow off the street. Smfh

Just called to see if a product was in stock in this store and the guy that answered hung up in my face in the middle of my question. Terrible customer service over the phone. Ive never had an issue with the ladies when I visit.

The guy in there is super rude. If you are a Black Woman PLEASE do not waste your time trying to spend your money here. This guy tried to get me to buy overpriced cheap hair and I called him on it. I will definitely be boycotting this place.

Oh my goodness. I was looking for a good blow dryer that would straighten my natural hair but not damage it. The owner was very very very knowledgeable about what type of dryer would work best for my hair. He recommended one made by Red that was handle-less. I didnt even know such a dryer existed.I tried the dryer this evening and it is by far the best hair product I have purchased in over 10 years. Its just that good. Very grateful to the owner for his patience in helping me find the right product and moreso for his extensive knowledge. Shop here. They care about their customers.

You dont know the truth about the owners until you start working here. I been shopping here for five years now.Today was my fourth day working it was peaceful working until the wife came in with a attitude slamming things. She put the blame on me and fired for me no reason !!!

Im not from here but by far this store seems to be the best in products, Customer service, prices, varieties, and the store over all matches his prices. And they dont watch or follow u like u come to steal like the other store in E Florence on Oakland.
