Everything was great up to the point of installation and there was damage to my new black stainless steel refrigerator and the installation team refused to accept responsibility. I asked for them to help with half of the cost of the repair which was minimal to what I had paid for the countertops, and they insisted they did not cause the damage and refused any compensation. There is no doubt the damage was caused by them, but if they refuse to accept responsibility there is nothing I could do. There was also damage to the paint on my newly painted cabinets which they did acknowledge but again never offered any compensation. I would not recommend EBN due to their customer service after install.

Very happy with our countertops and tile backsplash. It turned out beautiful! Had a little hiccup in the beginning, but EBN quickly resolved the issue. Sarah and Matt were great to work with and we highly recommend EBN!

Excellence by Nature does an excellent job. We flip houses and have had them do about 15 kitchens for us. When we ask the buyers of our homes why they chose one of our homes, they nearly always state that it was because of the gorgeous kitchen and beautiful granite.
