The US 42 Location Drive-Thru energy was unparalleled and so much fun. The girls made my day as they where very polite, professional and truly took the customer experience to the next level. My cappuccino mocha blast was so delicious and there for I will be back. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Staff was nice, ice cream was good, but the table we went to sit at was filthy! They were not busy, so no reason for it. I cleaned it myself with a Clorox wipe, and had to scrub.

The foreign lady on front counter during the three oclock rush was very rude. I understand the haste, but she could have waited for me to put my money up before yelling at me to take my ice cream. I could have dropped my money out on the floor or worse, my ice cream. No fault of the establishment of course. Im rather fond of the mint chocolate chip here. Better than anywhere. I expect to revisit here often.

We walked in wanting Ice cream. A man and a woman were going back and forth angrily in another language. They looked at us with anger on their faces and scawled at us. We turned around, walked out and went to DQ.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called to try to cancel a cake order and the first time they said “I am too busy for this” and hung up. The second and third time my husband called back and they told him to stop calling and pranking them. The fourth time they said they didn’t have a cake order at all and to stop calling. I will have to drive all the way to the store now to cancel it and have already contacted corporate. Literally horrible people.

I absolutely love the ladies they make my coffee perfect everyday which is a large iced coffee caramel cream and liquid sugar yummy

Stran8!!! This is a Baskin Robbins 31 flavors AND Duncan Donuts. The strange part is they only have 24 flavors which we found out when they didnt have the flavor we wanted. Stranger, when we asked for the flavor list was on the drive thru menu board.We asked if they could tell us what the flavors were. Response was NO, BUT you can come in to see the list.We were in the drive thru where we had been waiting for above 10 minutes (5 cars) And you couldnt get out of the drive thru lane unless you backed up (at this point there were about 5 cars behind us).At that point we settled on vanilla.Would not go back to this BR on a bet!!! By the way they didnt have donut flavors on the menu board either.Finally, after ordering it still took over 10 minutes to get out order.

I ordered a double scoop fancy waffle cone dipped in chocolate with sprinkles, a cappuccino blast, and jelly filled donut holes. As the worker was serving the cone, I pointed out that it was not dipped in fudge nor did it have sprinkles. She immediately yelled at me, saying, Well, we dont have that, dont you see? And then I was speechless. She continued, You should have spoke up when you were ordering. I was agast. The other person at the window came to find out why she was yelling. The first worker then started shouting to her in another language that I couldnt understand. I felt my heart beat increase and felt scared by all the yelling back and forth. I asked for a refund. The second person kept saying she would give me a refund but then continued to make the blast. I told her to please stop. That I didnt want it. She would not stop. I decided to walk out until I realized I didnt have my refund yet. So I waited in line again behind two people. When I reached the counter again, the first clerk started complaining about giving me a refund. When I told them I would complete this survey, they opened the drawer and handed me the wrong refund. I pointed this out and received the correct change. The footage will show all of this. I am sitting in my car right now as I write this, in tears. Not sure what to do now. That was too intense given I just wanted to spend some time with my son.

This is combined with Dunkin Donuts, so you can get coffee n ice cream. Two dozen flavors of ice cream for cones, sundaes, and shakes. Some construction next door can make entrance/exit tricky. Friendly staff.

Good everything but prices are ridiculous!! $8+ for a shake!?!? UDFs shakes are cheaper, bigger and in my opinion better. Theyre kinda like the Starbucks of icecream.

Drive through, rude and then did not answer our question, unable to place order. Inside both workers (man and lady) were rude and put out, slow to take order. Milkshake was made runny, ice cream (cup) was freezer burnt. Gloves were not used. My wife and I will not return to this store.

Not worth going to ran by impatient people expecting you to hurry up and have your selection before you even come into the door as if youre supposed to recognize the many flavors not quite 31 as they advertise or at least not at this location however the establishment when I was there wasnt clean and it had a strange weird smell in it and Im not sure if its because of the culture that these people are and they had some type of a curry smell in the back for something I dont know either way they were rude impatient and didnt offer a whole lot of his selection and no samples were allowed even though they had samples spoons I love Baskin Robbins but this one is one to stay away from
