Yogurt was melty, not how frozen yogurt should be. Pumpkin flavor is veryyy strong. I believe they also raised prices FYI.

I drive across town and arrived at 7:30 p.m. and was told by several employees all sitting outside they were closed. They need to update hours online if they truly close before 8 p.m. If they don’t close before 8 p.m., management needs to do something about this.

Went to the Florence Sweet frog on 6 March 2021. My family and I walked in at 5:58 pm. The lady who was working...I’m assuming wanted to close the store 2 hours earlier than the advertised time and as we were making our frozen yogurt selection decided start her closing actions. When we got up to the toppings bar she had already placed the lids on the containers. When I asked for some toppings she informed “we are closed now” and didn’t want to give us any toppings. So here we are with container filled with frozen yogurt inside the store and can’t get toppings even though they are still right in front of us. Though she was happy to let us go ahead and pay for our plain frozen yogurt.The customer service in this instance was terrible at best. We were already in the store, the toppings weren’t put away, they just had the lids on them, and we still had to pay anyway. So I don’t understand why we could get what we wanted.It’s really a shame that this store and this employee is ruining customer experience and jeopardizing the company’s standing with the community.

The hours need to be updated. Don’t waste your time driving across town. This place should close if they can’t be open til stated closing time.

NOT VERY HAPPYMy family and I went to Sweet Frog here in Florence 3/6/21. We got there at 5:58pm. We got our bowls (handed to us by the employee) and filled them with the frozen yogurt. As we walked up to the toppings bar we noticed that they was lidded and no scoops. Confused I asked if there was any scoops, that’s when the employee then mention to us that they was closed. I mentioned to the young lady behind the counter that the website says open till 8pm. She said, yeah that just has not been changed or updated yet. However..... In my personal opinion seeings how we had been their before the 6pm close time we should have been able to get the toppings we desired. I mean how hard would it had been to wash some scoops. So as far as going back that won’t happen. We live in the middle of Florence and Fayetteville and seeings how we were already in Florence why not go there. I will say with pleasure Fayetteville will continue to get my business.

Ms. Bailey keeps the store presentable and clean everytime I visit. Toppings are fresh also. Very peaceful enjoying.

Never open. Ever. I just pulled up there and watched a family walk up to the door and try to open it. It was locked, but the lights were on. I saw a girl walk from the back and say, “We’re closed,” and she turned the lights off. It’s 6:30 pm... Not even sure how they’re still in business.

Although a customer ignored and treated the staff terribly it didnt change her attitude. Kudos. That is what great customer service looks like. Which is the major cause of the 5 stars.

The ice was just ice cream. The toppings were numerous and a tasty selection. The environment was tolerable but nothing especially comfortable. But they weigh your ice cream to determine how much you owe for your creation, however, the cup sizes that they have to offer including the small sized cup tally up to be more than any ice cream is worth.

I went to Sweet Frog Pamplico Highway July 12, 2019 1: 56 PM and it was not the best experience . The girl who works there by the receipt was named Charlisha. I could not believe how rude she was when we got there she was sitting outside on her cell and when we came to the door it was like we were interrupting her. I went in and fixed my cup came to the register not a hello how you or anything. But she did say $5.86 not a smile or nothing. Sat and ate my ice cream and she was just standing there looking at her phone . My son asked her was there a lid for the cup she said no. When we went to leave oh she spoke and said bye. Thats it . I will not be back to this sweet frog I will go to the one by the mall. The yogurt was good.

Love to come here with my cousin. We always have a good time. Warm and friendly service. Every once and a while one of the machines freezes up. Otherwise no complaints.

Very DISAPPOINTING!! Got here at 12:30 p.m. and store was not open. Sat in the parking lot just in case the employee was running behind. After 20 minutes...and two more customers pulling up only to leave because doors were still locked and employee still was a no-show...we have decided to go across town to the other location. Sure hope that one is open! If not...there aint gonna be ANYTHING sweet bout THIS 🐸!!

Just went in their stood almost 5 minutes and nobody come out the back! Have the machines were out of order! And the ones that were in order wouldn’t work! And stood their and nobody still came out of the back!! I will not be back ever again and will not recommend too anybody!!!

Sweet Frog addict! Love going here, friendly staff & great deals. Only complaint is that their debit card machine and sign in pad has been messed up at least 4 times when Ive went! Using cash no big deal but it bugs me not getting credit for going to work towards my free cup.

I love SweetFrog! One of my favorite places to go! If I were to change anything, I would add more than one no sugar added flavor. When I go it is usually vanilla, Im tired of vanilla 😢
