I took my mom today to browse, havent purchased yet, but definitely will. My parents are disabled and Gary was great helping us determine which mattress will work for them. No pressure sales at all, explained the differences in what we were looking at. He even told us to shop around and compare to other stores. I must say the experience was one i will never forget! From start to finish a pleasant experience. Our sales rep Gary was amazing he was witty, funny, and knowledgeable. I had a great experience and I have to say I am a hard sell. But he impressed me so much, that I in fact bought my amazing bed, at a great price with this guy! I’ve been looking for a mattress for the past week online. I drove by and stopped in. I spoke with the owner and he was very pleasant and easy to get along with. He gave me a huge discount on a king size bed! It was very professional and I didn’t feel like I was trying to be “sold” something. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Gary greeted us upon entering the store, asked what we were looking for but asked the one question that no other mattress store asked....what was our budget! We were given great information to make an educated decision. All the while Gary gave us his comedic sales pitch. He made buying a mattress fun! I went to Mattress Overstock in Florence and was blown away by the courteous and knowledgeable service I received from, Gary, the owner. I bought a Queen size mattress and a Twin size and got a great deal on both! I highly recommend Mattress Overstock if you are in need of a mattress. Me and my girlfriend bought a mattress from Gary yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to show us when we told him what we were looking for. He didnt try to upsell us to a more expensive mattress and was even going to pull mattresses from the back so we could see models he didnt have on the floor. Things started out ok. Sales person Gary was a real talker and had some not so impressive magic tricks . Then he wanted to hypnotize my wife at the same time making lewd remarks that my kids just happened to catch. Then we caught him in a lie about the product he was trying to sell us and his layaway policy. Not to sure about this guy hes more of a used car salesman than a retail sales associate. Oh yes he presented himself as the owner of the business in which i have a hard time believing.

Got a good deal on a king size mattress a Jamerson havent slept on it yet is to be delivered today cant wait to sleep on it .Its a pillow top mattress. I will send more in infeed when I wake up tomorrow....

The store hours say 10 am to 8 pm Monday thru Saturday. I went there at 5 pm on Monday and they were closed. Not a good way of doing business.
