One of the best manufactured home locations we have visited, everything was clean, tidy and well presented. Whoever does the staging does a fantastic job. Sales was informative.

Staff was great and not pushy. The ease of getting in and out of the model homes was great. Family friendly atmosphere. My daughter also liked running around the homes as well.

My experience at Clayton Homes was Awesome. It was a very hot day with family we went in groups of 3. Each group was trying to find a special home for their families, when we got there Mr. Jay Philips met us on the lot I told him what I was looking for and that my nephews were here also trying to find a home. He told me what they had on the lot and asked what was in my price range that I wanted to be in. I ask him was he okay with working with all three families at once. He said “yes” and He starting gathering all the necessary information and started showing each one of us a home that would be suitable for us.. This is actually my first home that my husband and I will be purchasing... I thank you Mr. Jay for all your hard work, dedication and time in helping us with the process in securing our home..

This has been a horrible experience! Getting told we will get prices the next day and then it’s three days later, then the price will be $20,000 more then what the home is listed for.

Worst service ever when it comes to setting up and completing a job. Family member had one of their homes delivered almost 2 months ago and they are still unable to move in. This is not including The scheduled wait time for the home to be built and delivered to the property. They’ve blatantly delayed and have had to reschedule due to shabby work and failing inspections. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I’m not talking about Clayton Homes I’m speaking primarily of the Florence sales office because I have a friend that just moved into a Clayton built home that was delivered on the 11Th and they were moved in by the 24th.

Went in to view homes to see if we would be interested in one of the homes. Out came a nasty sales person by the Name of JAY. Was advised that you couldn’t view all homes that was only done on Saturday. Okay cool. Then walked out and met a sweet white women viewing all the homes. Save your money and shop with with non racist people. Wouldn’t. Give this place one star and will contact corporate.

We had a wonderful experience with Clayton homes. Our sales person Jay Phillips was excellent and very knowledgeable he answered all our questions and concerns we had. We looked other places but kept returning to Clayton homes in Florence to talk with Jay. I know we keep returning week after week and finally found our dream home and Jay made it all happen. We had a budget in mind and he did everything to get us where we needed to be. Never once did he mind us calling and asking questions was always glad we called and helped us each time. Jay is the best and he is awesome.

Idk about the place. I bought a 2020 16x80 vision extreme Maynard Clayton home from Riverside. Supposed to be a smart home but the 1st thing they did when it was set up was take out the smart thermostat. Was told they dont work. Then when the A/C does come on the 1st thing you notice is that its basically in the living room with you and its so loud you cant hear your T.V. anymore. Thats not very smart at all. The most annoying thing about the new home is the sqeeky floors with every step anyone takes shoes, socks, barefoot every step is heard all day long. Not what I was expecting in a brand new home. Other than that. Its a beautiful home.

Ricky was excellent and very helpful. We came to view the Ultra pro 68 and told him we were working with another salesman at another facility. He showed us the mobile home talked to us at length about it and answered every question we had while always saying that our salesman could definitely answer any further questions we may have and if not to just give him a call. It was refreshing to meet a salesperson who was not out only for himself but just happy we chose the company. I would highly recommend this location or any Clayton homes center. If you go to Florence ask for Ricky.

Looking for a home, go see Andy Barnes. He was very informative every step of the way. When he told me and my wife in the beginning he works for us, that was exactly what it felt like. There was never any pressure on any decision we made. When the banks tried to give us the run around he stepped in and got things straight. I was very pleased with the services I received. He was very knowledgeable in every aspect which helped us into making decisions for the floor plan and color scheme for our custom home. Again, the whole process was painless and would definitely recommend Clayton Homes of Florence and Mr. Andy Barnes to anybody.

My husband and I recently purchased a home from Clayton Homes and all I can say is that I wish I could give more than five stars.The sales person who helped us was Andy Barnes and he was phenomenal. He helped us in every step of the purchase process and was always available to answer any questions we might have had.If for any reason I need to purchase another manufactured home, Andy will be the only person I will ever deal with.

I had Jay as my salesman and he made sure I knew everything going on with my house and the whole process was great and fast. When I went in I had just left somewhere else that was trying to get me to spend more then I wanted I told Jay what I wanted to spend and be at and was showed what I could do and signed the papers that day. All the staff there is awesome and will go out of there way to help anyone

If I could give negative stars, trust me, I would!! We purchased our home over a year ago from Oakwood Homes which is the same Comapny and General Manager! Needless to say it took them way longer then expected to set it on our property. The company that moved the home hit a tree with the home on the way down the road. Worst people ever! Secondly, we have had NOTHING but issues since day 1. It will almost a year that we have been waiting for all the repairs to be finished!!! Phone calls after phone calls after phone calls, they send out people that are clueless. Never put the dishwasher in that was suppose to be in there from day one!! Well 7 months later they finally put one in that is the biggest POS and doesn’t clean the dishes. Still waiting on the siding to be fixed, the front and and back doors that don’t close properly and have jacked up knobs that don’t work properly either. Bathtub still not fixed that they ruined while trying to repair something else. Floor in kitchen has a soft spot that eventually someone is going to go through! I’m so done with this place and the people who work here! As for the gentleman who replies to these reviews is as useless as the rest! Contacting an attorney because I’m done playing games with these fools!!! I can continue to go on but I would be on here for another hour or so with a gigantic lists of problems!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

DO NOT BUY HERE! Took them a month to get a price together. Every week there was a different price. Be prepared to bring $30,000-$40,000 cash to the table to cover setup fees because the house WILL NOT appraise for what they charge you and they will expect you to make up the difference. I learned the hard way. Pleas shop around before you give these people money!
