Great service department. They got a tube/tire mounted the same day!! I appreciate that, since shops closer to me said it would take a week. That is what service is all about folks!

I called 10 different motorcycle shops and refused to visit their locations because of the outlandish cocky attitude the sales people had. My last call being in KY and living in Ohio I figured well what can I lose. The young lady on the phone was super chill she didnt try to pressure me into coming in that day, it was a very relaxed fun conversation. I stopped in that same day. She showed me around and treated me like a human being. Again no pressure, she helped me find the bike that was correct for me. Low and behold it wasnt anything close to the most expensive thing in the store. The paperwork was handled quickly and with in 30 minutes I was out the door. Easiest thing I ever did . Great experience and I will definitely buy again. Great people and a blast to talk to. 5 out of 5 Stars.

I have a 2008 Kawasaki 360 that I took there for service I needed a lot of work done but with it being an older model I didn’t wanna put $2000 into it as I was originally quoted. I asked what it would take to get it running well enough. I was quoted almost $800 for one tire a new belt a light bar and clean the carburetor. The four wheel light is flashing and I was told that by replacing the belt would fix his problem and it’s still flashing. Upon picking the machine up I started it and it sounded worse than it did when I took it in for service. It seems they really messed up the carburetor because it doesn’t even run right and it doesn’t run as well as it did when I took it in for service. When I ask if they would give me a warranty the owner told me no and after arguing a little with her one of the employees said he would work on it on his own time if I had problems with it which is a bunch of BS. I am not happy with their service I will not return and I recommend anybody who takes an older model four wheeler in for service that they think twice. I was also told after I picked it up that it had been rolled and I couldn’t expect too much and I was just wondering why I wasn’t told us when I took it in for service before I spent almost $800 to get it fixed. I don’t usually leave bad reviews unless it’s something really serious I feel this is very serious I feel it was a rip off. Go there at your own risk and get as much information as you can upfront.

Bought a 2009 Vulcan 900 with crazy low miles on it. Cannot be happier with the friendly customer service of this shop. They even delivered it same day for free. The bike came with one key so i got another one cut for it and they even gave me a discount on the key. Awesome place and won’t go anywhere else. Thanks a ton guys.

If you need a motorcycle - Collins Powersports is much the best store to buy from. Why? A friendly, low pressure staff will answer all your questions. Moreover, when I bought my new 2021 Rebel 1100D, they discounted the MRSP price, didnt charge for delivery, did not nickel and dime me to death on all the stuff other places typically do, gave me a fantastic trade-in. Net result? I got the bike of my dreams and essentially got it tax free (with all their discounts, etc). Going somewhere else? If you do you are either a fool or have too much money!

I just bought my 2019 Vulcan S. What an AWESOME buying experience. They were so kind and great to work with. There are literally no hidden fees. Ask about the bike and they will give you a print off with the out-the-door price. It may even be on the tag hanging on the bike. Not sure, I was too excited. Financing was super easy. They had everything ready to go in about 1.5 hours. Highly recommend this family owned and operated business!

I bought my first bike here after shopping around on the internet for months. As soon as I walked in the door I felt like this was the place for me. The sales staff is awesome. Pebbles is great and walked me through everything I needed to know. Parts and service helped me to get the gear I wanted, and Alex caught a pretty big sizing error on my leathers before the order was placed. Financing was great. Crystal made it an almost enjoyable experience. Top it off with the fact that Keith Collins delivered my bike to my house 6 hours ahead of schedule due to my availability changing, and I can honestly say I am more than satisfied with my experience so far. I will be a returning customer for many years to come.

Helpful staff, prices are reasonable (they include sales tax, which makes it look more expensive than it is at first glance), and they allow test rides for fully endorsed riders. The test ride is just up a side street with a 25mph limit and a dead end, but a lot of dealerships dont even let you do that. Good selection too, and they can order any bike you want.

I’m 100% confident I found the best dealer for me.First, if you can’t immediately see how competitive the prices are, you need to do more research. Over a vast area of the US market they have the best prices on four different motorcycles I was looking at. Pretty impressive.Secondly, once I got there and went through the experience, I realized I was at the right place. These people are a family and they’re nice people. They say hi. They talk to you like human beings instead of weirdos just trying to go home.Third... when it comes to financing, don’t waste your time looking around. Just show up at Collins and know they are going out of their way to get you a good financing deal. I know financing deals, I know tactics, I know adders and points. These people are straight shooters and beat offers I had that they weren’t aware of. These people want to sell motorcycles, not wreck you on fees and financing scams. I can’t say that for a lot of powersports dealers, sadly.The buying experience in total was less than 30 minutes, and most of that was the Collins on the phone getting me financing deals.A service advisor oriented me with my bike. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. Really nice guy who loves motorcycles.The dealership is clean and accommodating. Seating with coffee like a real dealership. I was surprised by the technology they’re using across the board. Clearly the see the value of leveraging the latest and greatest to run the dealership. My buying experience was great. Great sales team. Friendly environment and prices are good, however the service department needs help. Expect two wait a long time; at least two weeks for the most basic services. Other than that its great.

We think we need a Side by Side ATV. Susan, Keith and Adam spent a lot of time with us on the phone and in person going through the features of the different types and sizes. We are holding off buying one at the moment, but we certainly will work with Collins Powersports when we are ready.We were very comfortable in getting information and when they didnt know the answer, they said so and got back to us with it promptly. (This is much different than getting made up answers, which is too common) A few says earlier, we went to a dealership close to our home in Cincinnati. The price they wanted for a 2019 was the same as wheat Collins Powersports offered us for an identical 2020. In addition Collins Powersports did not have any pressure.With ratings, most people dont comment unless they have bad service. If you do a good job, you get a few referrals, If you do a bad job, they tell everyone they know In that respect, when you look at ratings, those with bad experiences are more likely to make comments.Bottom line: I have confidence in this dealership and its people.Keith B, Cincinnati, OH

I recently purchased a 2020 ninja krt edition. The staff was very friendly and patient. They gave me a wonderful deal on the bike ( checked nation wide and only one came close to the same price but it was a 2019 in Texas. Just ask for the otd price, these people are honest and will work with you! They have a great selection. They are a great family owned business and I highly recommend them. Not really sure why people have a problem here. I can only rate the service department and have had no problems with the 2 visits Ive had there. Geno is a great guy and has no problem taken the extra couple of minutes to make sure your satisfied and understand what work was done and why. This isnt a car lot, its a motorcycle shop so they need to be recognized as such!!!

Cant say enough of how happy I was with my experience. I walked in wanting a 50cc scooter and Crystal had her parts manager talk to me to answer questions. He was straight up honest with me and told me he thought Id be disappointed given what I was wanting to use it for. He even suggested I buy a used one before buying new to be sure. Based on his advice, I decided on a 150 cc. I emailed asking about availability and pricing and Bryce called me back with exact numbers. I emailed 3 other dealers and none answered me. Bryce was great, answered questions. Patiently showed me the scooter and even helped me load it on my trailer. Id call him in a second with questions and would recommend him to anyone.

Great service! Talked to them Saturday morning about a new rear tire. Arrived at 1:15 and was out the door at 2:30 with new tire installed. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable and I didnt feel talked down to or ripped off because Im a women!! Will definitely be back if my bike needs service!

So I took my Yamaha R6 up to their dealership to get my tires changed. I talked to a man, on the phone, who told me they had the tires in stock and could get them installed the day I drop it off and I could pick it up after I got off work at 5PM. So I went to drop my bike off in the morning, we get all the paper work done and the guy comes out to check the condition of the Bike. So after I hand over the keys, I ask how long it will take (because the guy on the phone obviously wasnt the one working on the bike.) The man then proceeds to say 3-5 days. Hinting at the possibility of getting it back next week. Keep in mind they also charge $120 for labor for both tires. At $120 I shouldve at the very least been able to get my bike back within the same day. I still decide to leave my bike there just in case they decide to start on it. I call them mid day to ask about the bike. Still nothing, so as soon as I get off work I head straight there to pickup my bike. I later called their primary competitors, who dont charge nearly as much for labor and told me they could 100% get it done within the same day and the man I was talking to was the man who was going to be working on the Bike. If you are considering to bring your bike to this location, Id highly recommend against that.

Substandard customer service. I had 2 rear tires replaced last year. This year new front tire and oil change. They replaced my right angle valve in front with straight. I trusted their work without inspecting. They messed with my bike! I wanted it made right. Had they asked who would allow that? They said it was not a safety issue and would not make it right. First stating they would pay for the tube but I would have to pay for labor then backed out on that. Never again. I called dealer I purchased bike from. They would never have done this. Back to quality vs. supporting a closer Kentucky dealer.

The new management has ruined the business. I waited in line for ten minutes at the service desk. there was one gentleman ahead of me. which is no big deal but there was two other service employees sitting there doing nothing. once I was helped they were no help. complete lack of product knowledge. I will never return

Had what I needed good people

Have been a custom of the original Honda shop when it opened. Ive bought numerous MC s there. Recently I have been very unhappy under the current ownership. I had MC worked on, they kinked the fuel line and couldnt figure out why the bike wouldnt runIt cost me $100. The get it running. My son ordered a pary for his bike, even though they messed up the order, they told him company policy was not to return special ordered parts and would not return his money, thus leaving him with a sprocket he cant use. Very dissatisfied with the shops service and willingness to take care of the customer. H. Cottongim

For 8 yrs, I’ve always taken my bike here for basic service and was always happy with usually very quick turnaround. Unfortunately, this time I dropped my bike off on May 8th and was told it would be a few weeks. It is now June 15th and I still haven’t gotten it back for a new clutch cable install. I’m told my bike is next in line for work and should have the work completed by the 20th. Guess we’ll have to wait and see since I’ve been mislead before....and perhaps I’ll have to find a more reliable service dealer.

Took my sons Kawasaki quad in to get worked on when we got it back was still having issues even took the quad back to have it looked at, horrible service had to end up taking it to another place to have it serviced over 2k in repairs to find out everything they said they did wasnt done, the quad didnt have no new parts on it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone .

Walked in to get a part for my girlfriends bike, after I received the part I began looking at new bikes. I have tossed around the idea of trading up to another bike but the sales team was completely uninterested in making a sale. They hardly acknowledged me while I inspected all bikes deliberately walking in circles waiting for one of them to assist me. Never once was I helped or even offered help. They sat quietly at their desk avoiding eye contact, now Im not sure whether its bc Im in my early 20s and they thought it was a lost cause but my business will definitely be taken to iron pony motorsports, and they lost the sale of a 2017 cbr1000rr. Teach your staff not to make preconceived judgement because of someones age or appearance and you might be able to have a good business. Until then I wont be back.
