We had such a great experience with all of the staff at Longshore Cycle Center. Brent and Jake were very quick to answer any questions we had and were always quick to respond to emails or calls. They kept us up to date with the status of our order and really went the extra mile with helping my wife load our side by side and make sure it was secured and got her backed out of the parking lot. Really nice when in the store.Paid right at $200 to have tires installed.Now my front brakes are not working properly.I contacted them and instantly went to it was me or the bike.Not good for business.And they want you to pay them to fix their mistakes.O and they took my brake calipers off and didnt bleed the air out.

Made an online inquiry. Cody from sales responded quickly and answered all of my questions. I traveled from Nashville to get the specific bike I wanted and both Cody and Mr. Longshore made my experience quick, easy, and pleasant.Even though I went for a specific bike, I couldnt help but notice the large selection of new and used bikes they had. I will definitely go back when Im ready to add another one to the stable.

Horrible place left bike in rain all weekend long even when asked not to. Went to pick up bike and was soaked messed up electronics and they didnt even care. Will never take anything to them again. Great people! They do what they say they are going to do. We live in Middle TN. My 15 year old son wanted a certain motorcycle after his was totaled due to no fault of his own. Of course we find it in Alabama. Longshore had one although it was 4 years old with no miles on it. It rode terrible the whole way home. Before we left Brian Longshore told us to take it to our local Yamaha dealer and he would pay for all repairs to get the bike running correctly. Assuming it was just a tactic to get us to buy it we took it anyway. We took it to our local dealer. Both carbs were rebuilt, gas tank cleaned out, new spark plugs, fuel lines replaced and oil change. Longshore stayed try to their word and paid for it all. Bike runs so much better now. Son loves it!

I previously had purchased a used motorcycle from here in 2015. That experience was exceptional, so I went last week and purchased a 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Vaquero ABS.Jacob was the salesman that I dealt with...once again, it was an exceptional experience. Great service and helped me get my mule ASAP. Dan in parts helped tremendously with picking out accessories. Even took his own time to answering questions outside of work. I had a water temp sensor go out right after buying. Dan helped facilitate getting it repaired and back to me quickly. Highly recommend.

Dont go to this dealer. I asked about a Honda Rancher, used and new, and he insisted they didnt have any in stock. If course there are two new ones sitting out front. But im an older woman so he had no time for me.Went back by again - still no one had time to talk with me.

Worst business I have ever been too. Me and my husband walked around for 45 minutes. Plan to buy a utv. No one.. ......... I mean NO ONE... ask if they could help us. They walked all around us and completely ignored us. Our money will be spent elsewhere. If you expect assistance Shoals Outdoors were quick to serve-guess we will be buying from them.

Thanks for charging me 400$ plus parts that i had to furnish. Wasting 2 months of my time to return my machine that still dont start. If you didnt want to repair it then dont charge me. What a RIP off...

I bought my 2016 Honda Africa Twin here in August 2016. Flawless purchase. Because I ride Offroad a fair bit, I bought the extended warranty they offered me. It finally got used this week, as my right side radiator blew. Parts and labor were $300 more than the extended warranty cost!!! I paid nothing out of pocket. Honda warranty expired 2 years ago but not this one. They even arranged a loaner for me, as I was on a work trip overnight.THIS is why you buy local. THIS is why you don’t go to another state to “save.” I do not have the money to have paid this out of pocket. Riding this weekend? I am, thanks to the guys at Longshore. Recommend highly.

I was stuck in the middle of 7 Springs ride with a flat at 3:30 on a Saturday. I was able to purchase a new tire for a very reasonable price. With them closing at 4, Brian Longshore was still there and mounted the tire for free. He took over an hour out of his Saturday for a complete stranger. He will earn much more business from me, even if I have to have things shipped to me, as I live 2 1/2 hours away.

It was super busy there today which is a Saturday. Every salesman was sitting down with customers selling. Very fast paced dealership after the Covid lock down.

If another motorcycle shop opened in the area this place would go out of business for sure Very inefficient waited almost an hr and a half to sign paper almost left They also never returned my call the day before even though I was wanting to spend a large amount of money give them a call but plan to have to call back test ride process took an hr just for paperwork Because the guy couldnt stay off the phone I could go on but you get the picture but wait a Buddy of mine bought two rear blocks to mount a wheel It took him over two weeks to get the parts and when he finally got them Longshore ordered two left blocks Lol everyone I have talk to including myself refuses to ever go back and do business with this establishment although I do plan to exercise the warranty that I got but I will not spend any money They day they are just super busy and cant keep up Well then you need to hire more people But I think tht is just an excuse just my opinion

I put a deposit on a bike I was planning on purchasing 7 months in the future. They let me keep the bike there the whole time without charging any storage fees. Also removed some stickers from the bike for free. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a bike, side by side, or atv

I was passing through on a cross country trip and wanted the bike chain adjusted and an overall safety inspection done. I couldnt have been more blessed then to connect with these guys. From the owner to the mechanic to the service manager I was greeted with kindness and tended to with great customer service and genuine care. Local or non locals I can recommend.

It took awhile but they got to fixing my bike. Then I had to bring it back, and they fixed a problem they missed with no charge, they even came to my home to get my bike. Excellent service! My issue was with the fact that I felt attacked for my faith by one of the maintenance staff as I am an ordained minister of a different faith. I was asked to defend my reason for my faith and then accused of worshiping statutes, etc, which we dont do. Avoid politics and religion, and longshore is a great place to go.

Terrible experience with service department.Called to ask for help with a rotax engine and was was given every reason why they COULDNT even try to help.They were TOO busy and would be 2 weeks at least before they could even think about trying to help me.All I needed was a small gear pulled off an engine but apparently the guy was too stressed and busy to even try to see if he had the specific tool thats required.Demanded to know what the engine came out of which is immaterial as to if they have the tool.or not.

Outstanding service! I was on a cross county trip and was in need of some new pegs for my Kawasaki. The guys were really helpful and found the right setup for my bike. Since I wasnt staying in town they offered to ship them to the rally I was attending in another state for free! The pegs came in as promised and they made the trip home much better! Thanks again!

Visited looking for a pwc. No one ever came to speak with us. We finally got behind a gentleman asking about a used pwc and was told by the young salesman when asked pricing no, I wont even get you a sit down with my manager because it is prime season and if you dont buy it the next person will well I was the next person. My husband and I left because we were the next people and I would not give them a single dollar with that attitude!

Do some research on your prices and hope that you have a little salesman in your blood. I dont. Good people.

The staff made the trade-in and purchase process very easy. They also helped with the loading & unloading. They worked with me so I could trade in two bikes to get the bike I really wanted. This is the second time I have purchased from Longshore; both experiences have been good.

I have really enjoyed working with the team here at Longshore! They are helpful and polite. They have replaced a battery for me on my ninja 300 and ordered parts for my bike and riding gear.

I was pleasently surprised with this the staff at Longshore. They addressed my questions with honesty and not sales pitch. They are happy to provide information, and not trying to close a sale. This is rare this day and age.

You really need to go here if you have a bike. Parts, maintenance, or just shopping around you need to give them a chance because it will be hard to beat there prices, I was really shocked because I have been told that dealerships were high, not here. Stop shop and just check it out.

Appreciate the same day service! I didnt purchase my Pioneer from Longshore, but my next one will be from there. The dealer I bought from wouldnt help me with same day service. Im 67and live about an hour away and it is a pain to make two trips, Longshore was the only dealer willing to take care of me the same day! Service matters, Thanks!

Longshore had a particular ATV I was looking for. When I called about the ATV they gave me the best price compared to other dealers in my area. The price was low enough for me to drive five hours to purchase. My experience once I arrived was great and the price was as promised. No hidden fees or such. After owning the ATV for a little over a year it developed a starting problem. The ATV was out of warranty but Longshore worked with me on repairs. I highly recommend Longshore for your cycle needs
