HORRIBLE customer service and VERY rude. Also, the girl clearly had no knowledge about her job. I had a question and she did not ask upper management or anyone for any help. She quickly told me to call customer service, and she did not want to try and help me. When I confronted her about it, she began giving me an attitude, yelling, and being rude and also her coworker. They also had a personal friend visiting and she was rude about the situation too. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Definitely do not recommend this location.

I have brought many packages to this location to be shipped. On two different occasions they have broken the item that I was shipping. One was a cast iron planter and the other a mirror. The items were packaged well and the box with the mirror was clearly written on the box on several places that it was a fragile item. I was notified by the unhappy recipients when their packages arrived and were broken. When I go to let the store know what happened they say they can’t do anything about it because I printed my own label. What!!? Now I am out money on these items and the shipping cost as well. This is not right at all! I don’t know what is going on with this place but I will not be bringing any more packages here.

I waited in line for a very long time. I would have been understanding when I was told they do not notarize the particular form I had but the cashier was rude and demeaning when telling me about it. Ive never been treated like this at a business before and I dont plan on ever using this UPS store again. Use Parkway Pak-n-Ship if you need to ship or notarize something because they will treat you with respect.

The website for this location and signage inside the store advertise service for passport photos. Was told that service has been unavailable for quite some time with no ETA on when it will become available again. If it has been unavailable for quite some time with no expectation in reinstating the service, then the offering needs to be removed.

Very Rude Customer Service!!...The woman UPS employee there today yelled RUDELY at everyone saying there should only be 7 people waiting in line(there was 6 she admitted) after making others go outside. But that’s not the worst part...she refused to help process people’s returns at the empty computer station while the line proceeded to get 12 people deep outside down the sidewalk....leaving only one employee taking everyone’s returns because she refused to help. Very Rude & Stressful environment!

I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with how this location is handling the COVID safety of its patrons. I went in yesterday to drop off a package. They were swamped and it was a 45 minute wait. The wait was not the issue. Its December and I expected there to be a wait. The issue was that there was no social distancing encouraged in the small lobby space! There were 13 people crammed in a small area at one point + employees. There was one employee not wearing a mask at all. She kept walking around in the front area and making trips out the front door through the crowds of people. Another had on a 3 chin visor mask, that lets be honest, wasnt protecting anyone. As someone that is high-risk and being very careful about being around people, this was an incredibly uncomfortable (but unfortunately necessary) trip to the UPS store for me. The gentleman behind me also expressed how uncomfortable he was with the thought of having to step inside the lobby with so many people. In fact, we both hung back and allowed people to filter out before going inside, only to have many more people cram in behind us just moments after we walked in.Weve been at this pandemic thing for months. Concern for safety is not new. Why was there no one at this location telling people, So sorry guys, only 5 allowed inside at a time so we can keep everyone safe. Not to mention the fact the if I have to wear my mask to enter the building, WHY are employees not required to wear proper masks as well?

Absolutely RUDE! Went in to have a 1 page document notarized, called the day before to confirm a notary would be there, we were told the employees name and she would be in. Upon arrival that employee was up front and said she was busy and was the only one working and we would have to wait, (just to note when we first walked in we were the only customers) but OK. A few customers did come in for shipping, we waited. Another woman came out from the back and told us there was no time and we would have to come back tomorrow, we said we would just await until there was time and she said NO we had to come back, I said the other employee asked us to just wait...the woman who said NO was described as the owner and handled the situation in an extremely rude manner. the apparent owner said this has to be done by appointment I told her I did call yesterday and was told the notary was working...that didnt matter. No where on website does it state this service is by appointment. We were not in a rush and were willing to wait for the shipping customers to be dealt with first. We had a one page document, literally took another notary in the area 7 minutes time. POOR BUSINESS model to treat customers so rudely.

Even though my package has been lost. I’m stillGiving them a 5 star rating. Manager handled the claim well, expressed it would take awhile, still isn’t resolved but they are doing all they can. Every time I have emailed I have gotten a reply, if I call the manager gets on the line. Can’t complain really some things are a process. I hate waiting but it happens, thanks for the amazing customer service even in a bad situation.

This store is always on it!! The employees are so sweet and helpful, Sundie is very patient and gets you out quick! Each time I’ve come there’s been a long line, even reaching the door, and I’ve still never spent longer than 5 mins in there. Cannot complain!

Yesterday i visited this store to Fax some papers. I was very disappointed in the way the associate that helped me was treated by her manager and management. She was helping and doing all she could when the managerment came from the back and was very disrespectful to her in front of several customers. I now understand why the hiring sign is posted on door. If i was treated in this matter i would have walked out. The managerment there needs a attitude check. I will never grace this store again. Respect is a must to me when it comes to customer service and this management team earns none.

Ive shipped here a total of twice, but never again. Both times I shipped computer towers. I was very clear when asked that these were SALE items from my computer shop to another and NOT broken returns. The first time, the lady who took all of my towers to the back DROPPED several of them from the dolly being used, didnt even blink and eye, or apologize. The second time, the man who took my already packed boxes of towers out of the car, stacked two 70lb boxes on top of each other, crushing the bottom one and severely damaging 3 of the 4 in the box.

Went there to so a return and there was a lady sitting in a chair pulling her mask down TO COUGH and when I looked at her she said what? Gotta problem? And kept coughing. The employees didnt say anything about her not wearing her mask and this went on the entire time I was in there. Super uncomfortable and nasty. That space is soo small and impossible to maintain 6ft when lots of people are in there, not that it mattered bc she REMOVED HER MASK TO COUGH. I wish they would have asked her to wait outside or something

I have to frequent this store often to drop off packages being shipped from the company I work for. I feel so bad a lot of times because I have so many heavy and awkward boxes but every time I come in the entire staff is always so friendly. I really appreciate all of them being so nice. I’ve been in the shipping business for over ten years and it can be a headache at times so I understand and relate to what they all go through at times. Great store and great customer service!

Horrible. Notary did not fully complete her part. Had to have document notarized again and this store refused to acknowledge fault and charged for another notarization.However, the man who works there is very nice and always helpful. I can’t say that about the lady that works there. She is rude and seemed annoyed that she had to notarize a document.

This location is rude in that if you mess up on printing cause they dont show you how things work on their printers they will still charge you. This is not customer service and they need to understand that the mess up is with the customer service here.

Two workers gave each other looks of anonnoyance the entire time I was in the store trying to ship a return for the first time. It was very uncomfortable. I wasnt holding up the line, telling anyone who walked in to please go around while I tried to figure things out. Eventually just left after the way those two ladies made me feel.

I like the owner she is sweet but she has a hard time getting good help.I have been there on Sat and no one opened until 10am a hour late.But its the only UPS shipping in Florence now that the Mailing room closed.

They always try to up charge me no matter what Im shipping and they always say the must do xyz or we cant ship it. The most recent incident they outright refused to ship my items. Once informed that I have shipped the same thing from multiple other UPS Stores they call there national hotline. The person on the other end tells them my item is OK to ship. They then try to sneak in a $15.50 additional handling fee on each box. Im told it is because of what Im shipping. Ive never been charged that fee by UPS or any of their other stores for the same items.
