Eric Ware at Marty Cancila has been at this location less than a week and has already shown his dedication and consistency all while making sure I got the truck I really wanted. He’s very straight forward and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone because he has gained a customer. And actually he picked out my truck for me. I’ve been coming here for years and no one has ever put a big smile on my face til this day. 10 stars for ERIC!!!!!

Never work with the guy STEVE in service. He tries to get over with prices, doesnt tell you everything thats going on with your vehicle after diagnostic test. Youll have to bring it right back in with the same issue you brought your car in for service. After spending $600. He also takes others salesmen sales when you request for a particular person to work on your service slip. Stealing commission Im sure!! Hes also nasty on the phone and doesnt communicate with you on whats going on with your vehicle. I had to constantly call to find out whats going on with my vehicle. Then he doesnt return calls. After theyve had your car there for 5 days. Poor service from STEVE!! Did speak with Manager and was able to work something out after finding out from STEVE that I needed to spend another $600 something that they didnt tell me after having my vehicle for 5 days. Which would cost me a total of about $1200. Appreciate the Manager!

Dan Sullivan and Lavell Caradine stole my money. I put a large down payment on a vehicle and Lavell and Dan stole 60% of it. I have receipts and banks statements to prove this and they refuse to refund my money or take their vehicle back. Do not buy from these scammers they will rob you and take advantage of you and when you confront them they will lie. I will not stop until I receive my money and my story is heard.
