My husband was a second time customer purchasing a newer f150 from the same salesman as before. The things that were negotiated in the deal were not “truly” honored. Although he is satisfied, I was not. We agreed on a price for a spray liner and cover, but they stated they agreed to a drop in. Then the cover was not the one we agreed to, but to keep from going back and forth my husband chose not to pursue the issues anymore.

Mrs. Shyra did what she could but for the 3rd time Paul Cerame turned me away thats it if time come where I could afford a new car Paul Cerame will not be on my list! Might I add I had a trade in, $500.00 and a Co signer with me they wanted more money up front!
The Ford maintenance garage here gave me one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had, if not the worst. They held my car for months because they couldnt correctly diagnose and repair an O2 sensor. I left countless voicemails to check on the status, and there was no response.Zero accountability - When the service manager tasked with my vehicle didnt respond, it seemed as if no one knew or cared about the status of my means of transportation.Then, they tried to sell me a new car while I was there trying to pick my car up (it wasnt ready). The salesman took me to the lot and I pointed out a vehicle I might be interested in and he pretty much tried to sell me on the fact that there were multiple colors to choose from and that they were good cars. Dynamite sales pitch.Buying a new car here was a terrible decision. It has left me with a negative disposition towards Ford overall. Recommend to avoid at all cost.

I had a bad experience 21 days ago, but after speaking with the new Service manager Shawn my issue was resolved and Im 100% satisfied. He apologized and offered a resolution immediately. I would give them less than one star if I could, my family has purchased most of our Ford cars from Cereme but will NEVER deal with them again. After my Ford Escape that I purchased from them was diagnosed by a national repair chain and directed to contact them because work should be done by dealer. They are refusing to take the car because I didn’t routine maintenance there. They just did work on it in February but now no, then the Service Manager Mike W says he’ll take the repair but will initially charge to begin their highest deluxe diagnosis charge despite having a full diagnosis from national repair shop, with additional charge to follow since I had not been a loyal enough customer! I would go to Detroit first! I know my late father a Ford retiree would be so disappointed!
Easy, hassle-free experience. No run around. We drove up from southern Illinois because our local Ford dealer was so difficult to work with. Buying a car should always be this way!

I give them a one because when I bought my car from them it included oil changes and tire rotations. When I brought my car they were open on Saturdays and then they decided to no longer be open on Saturday and as a result I have no been able to use all of my oil changes because this would me having to take off a day of work, which defeats the purpose of not having to pay for the oil change. I will never buy a car here for this reason. And on top of all that, when I went to schedule my last oil chscha on Saturday there they told me they were busy but if I brought it early they would squeeze me in, so I got there at 7 am on my day off to find out they were closed. The guy I talked to failed to mention this. Also during one of my oil changes they took a brand new pair of wipers off and replaced with some cheap ones. I reached out to them about these two issues and they refuse to get back with me.
I have to say that I was less than excited on my way to look at trucks today. My past experiences in dealing with car sales people / dealerships have lead to a lot of undue stress. My experience today was quite the opposite. Justin Phillips and the rest of the folks at Paul Cerame really did a bang up job. From the beginning, their focus was on making sure that I was able to get a great deal on a truck that really worked for me. Their pricing and customer attention set them far above the car dealership standard. So friends, without reservation I recommend that you give Justin and the rest of the Paul Cerame dealership family serious consideration when looking for your next vehicle.
Experience is very professional. Highly knowledgeable staff. They dont force additional services on you and they give you options. I rated a 4 because getting an appointment timely is near impossible.
Sales people are great, company moral SUCKS. Probably why they dont keep sales people, though. If you want a car, quick and easy sales people will fight for you! The BODY SHOP AND SERVICE CENTER however, are terrible. Supervisors lack common customer service skills, and have forgotten how to take care of their PAYING customers. They lied to my insurance company after I was hit by a semi telling them remainder of damage was from another accident (THERE IS NO OTHER ACCIDENT) and insurance company is now refusing to pay for the rest of their problem because PAUL CERAME doesnt know how to diagnose their car collision damage properly. Either that or when Travelers cut the check to them they pocketed most of it and only fixed cosmetic damage. The car is now being towed elsewhere where I have my insurance company coming out to do the adjustment and fight the battle with Travelers. STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE AND BODY SHOP! POOR MANAGEMENT THEY LET THEIR WORKERS CURSE YOU AND BELITTLE YOU AND MANAGEMENT WILL IN TURN DO THE SAME THING. DO NOT buy an EXT WARRENTY through them either! They rip you off and then their guys will be left to do a HALF A** FIX JOB. I will make sure to never refer anybody there or buy from there again. Sorry Michael I wont be working a trade in deal again unless you plan to leave like Dave, Francis and other sales people I have bought from / sent people to in the past.

I would definitely refer this car place to anyone I meet they were very nice anwsered any questions I asked when i got the car I had a small crack on the bumper i didnt know at first I was mad but I address them about it and they got right on top of it and made sure I had a car to use while they repair what was needed after getting the car unlike some car places they still had the same nice positive attitude when Im ready for a up grade I will be sure to go back thanks Paul cerame for making things easy with getting into my 2014 with low miles even though I didnt have good credit
