They installed coil over suspension on my E55 AMG. They did an awesome job and adjusted the suspension exactly how I wanted. I had a great experience doing business with them. Got my dad going there now for his Volkswagen. If you have a German import vehicle I would highly recommend this shop. There are very knowledgeable with these cars!!

They are very Knowledgeable, I feel better with them working on my Mercedes than the actual dealership. When I call the dealership to get answer about my SUV theres a young lady that answer the phone that do not explain things very well, I have to probe for answer! Then they want me to drive 45 minutes to bring it in to answer my questions. I call Imported Cars and they are able to run it all down to me on the spot and dont push to bring it in. Not to mention they are CERTIFIED to do the work and Ill continue to go there. ALSO they have it done ON TIME!!!

We had them replace the rear subframe of our Mercedes. They did a fantastic job at a better than expected rate! Ive been in the automotive business for over 30 years and have lots of experience, both good and bad, in dealing with automotive repair shops and am happy to report that this shop is truly one of the best.

DON’T DO IT............Dropped my car off at 9am for an oil changeCalled at 1pm to see if it was finished? Next in line the guy on the phone says.. they close at 5:30 so I Called back at 5:15 pm no answer. Now they are closed. Ok?... I show up when they open and the guy at the counter says it’s finished..but nobody from the shop called me yesterday or today to tell me anything...and I called multiple times yesterday. Plus the oil change was $85??Who takes 23 hours for an oil change?? Doesn’t call the customer at any point while my vehicle was there and it was there overnight. Like I don’t need my car back??Then charge $85 oil changeThese guys....DON’T DO IT............

In the past I have had good service. Today 4-26-2018 I took my car for brakes inspection they quoted 750. They said your back brakes needed replacing right away, and your front brakes, you have one week left. I thought this might be high so did my very smart wife. She called another shop got a quote for the same job with 4 roters if needed and was still lower. I picked my car up and was charged $48.00 for auto check. I took my car to the 2nd shop, Only to find I DIDNT EVEN NEED REAR BRAKES AT ALL. They were A LITTLE MORE THAN HALF left on pads. Half !!!!!!REALLY, Finally an honest shop owner!! To God Be The Glory. I question Import, and the honest and Integrity really, that got me hot. I question if I will ever go back Imported Car. No I will never go back.....Car owners

Very knowledgable. Aways fixes my cars in a timely fashion. Pleasure doing business with Imported Car Repair. I dont trust many people with my cars. Would not go anywhere else!

I am a native Saint Louisian, living in GA, had car trouble. Sep 25, 2017, dropped my car off and charged $97.00 for a scan and we cant fix it. They took the passasger side pins and bolt from my engine compartment without replacing them. When I returned to GA, realized they were missing, I called to have them returned. Four more calls later, Im told they would be in the mail to me and would be notified. Today, they wont take my calls. Clear violation of public trust.

Very knowledgeable staff, everything sounded great over the phone 📱 but once I showed up in person,. They were not very polite or friendly to me as a customers.. Hummmmm🤔🤔Workmanship wasnt what we had expected... once the vehicle 🚗 was all apart for the repair.... NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN!!!! They then called me and said something else must be replaced because it cracked or had broken.. hummmmmm🤔🤔🤔🤔!!!! Sounds like sum BULLSH!!!!!! 💩 💩 💩

Had my car towed in for a diagnostic. Said hed have it done today and would call me back with the results. Called 18 times from 3 pm til after they closed. Never got an answer or call back.

Closes at 5:00 p.m. Came up for 3 days straight and they were no where to be found
