I usually go to Family Dollar when I want to get in and out. They usually have a good price on active wear. On the other hand, Family Dollar is always cluttered and I hate shopping in clutter. Therefore I never stay long.

Apparently theyre closed an hour early on Saturdays, also very appropriate for the person inside to literally shoo me away when I asked if theyre closed.

The store is extremely clean and neat. You are able to quickly find what you need. But the only issue that I had was there was only one cashier and the line was extremely long.

I love this store its close to home and the staff is always friendly most of them greet me by name as I walk in now. Its nice they care enough to remember your name not many places or people do that anymore

Im in a Family Dollar every week. This particular store stays pretty clean, stocked and organized. The cashiers are pleasant. However, I didnt witness any sanitizing of the work or customer contact area.

They are always of alot of things or havent put it out yet.

Typical dollar store atmosphere... decent value.

I went in there the other day and everyone was nice! I was greeted with a smile and welcomed into the store! It felt like the loved their jobs!

Wanted 100 Watt regular light bulbs. Had to get 150 Watt instead, but, I was happy to get a light for my lamp. Always like shopping at Family Dollar.

This Family Dollar has everything that you need at reasonable prices. The staff is courteous and helpful! Theyve always made me feel welcomed :)

This is a friendly establishment! My concerns are the understaffed areas of check out. You cant work people for less than $15 an hour and think they can do 6 jobs at once. It isnt fair to them in the least!

After going to several Family Dollar locations. I must admit...This location by far was the best. Fully stocked, excellent staff and most of all....everyone appeared glad to be an essential worker. Store was not organized, I realized they were unloading a truck, but this store like others are not organized no one is helping put away supplies in a timely manner floors are dirty just as in other family dollars in North city and county a few in west county

They didnt have what I was looking for but the trip wasnt a bust!

Decent prices as usual. Stock of certain items was bad. Had to find an employee to check me out because she abandoned the register to sneak a snack.

I tried this location because it is close but I’ll go out of my way for my essentials because something about the employees is very off.

They had just what I needed I had went to at least five other Family Dollars looking for a fly swatter and the Fly Catch String

Tried to go to this location and it was closed 30 mins before they are supposed to be and the employees were In the store just hanging out not wanting to work.

There are few good people who work here. Most are fine until you have a problem or ask a question - then everything changes. They turn rude and unfriendly.

Place is a mess. Trash everywhere inside and out. Makes the neighborhood look like garbage.

I was just judged and embarrassed by two of your employees to the point of never wanting to shop at ANY of your establishments ever again.I had to take my daughter with me shopping, and couldnt find socks or shoes for her, however we only planned to be out for the one trip. (about 15 minute trip altogether)I live a 2 minute drive from this particular store, its actually within walking distance, but now I wouldnt shop at a family dollar if it were the last store on earth.Two older black lady employees proceeded to judge/scold/embarrass me about the fact that my daughter had no sock or shoes on, then started to remark upon the rest of her attire even though she was dressed in layers. Saying Youre going to let that baby catch pneumonia. and Youre gonna buy THAT but not socks for that baby?They dogged me so badly that it prompted another customer to purchase sock for my daughter and proceed to put them on her without my permission.I dont know if they knew the lady or not, but I dont appreciate people touching MY child without permission, and this wouldnt have come about without the two of them making a scene about it.I hope you hold your employees to a higher standard that this, I too work in retail and I did this to a customer I would be FIRED.I hope something is done about this, Id hate to see you lose even more customers because your employees judge and harass them.Sincerely, a new Dollar General customer.

Cashier was friendly and store was clean. They had what I needed

You can pretty much find most of the essential items that you need for home at a good price (i. e. cleaning supplies, toiletries, basic food goods, etc.) But, dont look for good service and expect to wait in long lines when they dont want to open the 2nd register. Theres enough parking for, roughly, 35-45 cars with 4 disabled spots in front of the building. Mechanical, movement-sensitive doors help with entry and exiting the store.

The old white lady doesnt wear a mask while telling everyone to wear a mask. Check your cameras at this day and time of post. No wonder Corona rates are going up lately.

I reside in Creve Coeur however, I make the ride to this store purposely due to the employees. The store may be dirty etc. but the clerks always smiled and are usually cheerful. Today, however, the new manager, Cindy, I found has the personality of a pet rock and obviously holds disdain for her job, employees and most likely life in general. Openly talking down to an employee and then her cheerful (sarcasm) attitude carried over to myself as I was checking out. Ill typically spend around $200 weekly in this location which will be coming to an end. Not to purposefully attack her however she is as ugly and nasty inside as she is on the outside. An individual with this attitude truly should not be in a retail environment.

The prices are good but the items very from week to week.
