I dont think Ive come across a bad Starbucks yet and this was no exception excellent service fast friendly

Absolutely the best coffee in the Ferguson /Florissant area. Service was super fast and accurate. Staff is very friendly and courteous. The location is a bit of a nuisance, but the service more than makes up for the inconvenience.

The staff here are all friendly and courteous. I have yet to have a really bad experience here that left a negative impression. They take the time to ensure the order is accurate and they seldomly make a mistake, for example: forgetting an item, but if they do they immediately correct it without an issue.The store is kept clean, organized, and stocked. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future.

Long drive thru wait, even if there is no cars in front of you. Slow making of easy coffee orders, but very good quality of coffee. 4 stars for flavor and making my morning delicious

When they have the ingredients its great. Sometimes they have long lines and wait times.

Ever since management changed at this location the service has be noticeably worse over the course of a few months. Nothing is ever in stock food wise, always running out of common drink mixins and most of the employees are lost or confused due to poor training.

After waiting for 20 minutes inside the shop for our order, we asked for a refund. They were apparently only making drive thru and mobile orders and neglected the ones inside.

I am a Starbucks addict of like 20 years. This store is by far my favorite in the area. They are always kind and brighten my day. They are also the fastest at getting drinks out. I never wait more than 5-10 min even with multiple cars in the drive through. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent them more than once a week♥️

I am completely disappointed in this location. It was a 1st & last for me. Everything I tried to order was out or missing and ingredient. So I ended up get something I didnt want and it wasnt right.

One of the best Starbucks! This place is usually quiet with good music. College students are the ones who hang here to work on assignments. Staff is very friendly, too.I suggest going around back and parking in the parking lot. Act like you are going to the Drive-thru and there is a big parking lot in the back with lots of parking spaces with an entrance to Starbucks. Only 2 parking spots in the front and its a pain to get in and out.

Horrible service. Had to wait to nearly 5 minutes be acknowledged for my order to be taken. Stood there for over 10 minutes watching them make every order for the drive through and mobile app. Had to wait for a refund. Staff was extremely rude including management. Typical business in the area.

Drive through took 15 minutes with only one person in front. Plus it was pouring raining so I couldn’t hear when I was supposed to get my order because rain kept coming in my window.

Rude and unprofessional. Not clean at all. Don’t wear gloves and don’t wear mask properly. Breath on food and touch items without sanitizing. NOT CLEAN. RUDE. will be calling corporate...saw one of the mangers pull down her mask and argued with me when confronted. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT COVID.

I’m not from the area. Came here on my way to another city. The staff is rude and couldn’t get my drink correct. Worst part is they don’t wear their masks to cover their nose. They don’t wear gloves either.Horrible experience.

Starbucks service is usually awesome, here the guy in the Drive-Thru must not have had his allotment of coffee, the day I stopped through.

Love this location. The workers are super nice and patient. The location is a bit difficult to access, so watch the traffic.

I tried their strawberry cream Frappuccino very delicious and I also tried their sausage egg and cheese muffin and it was very delicious I recommend that to anyone who likes a good sausage egg cheddar

This place has a pleasant cafe atmosphere with dine in facilities. A quiet place for contemplation or one on one sharing a coffee house cab have.

DON’T COME HERE. THEY SPREAD COVID. NOT SAFE. Worst-experience.Workers are so rude and slow. They don’t cover their face and wear a mask with their nose showing —spreading Covid and breathing on food and drinks. The fat black man doesn’t wear a mask at all. I saw him multiple times.

I just stopped by here and asked for a surprise me drink. The baristas gave me one of the best drinks I’ve had. The baristas were so sweet and kind. This will be the location i start going to from now on. The positivity that they had spreads.

I just had my Starbucks delivered to me through Uber Eats. And the sticker they put on the top said “Smile (:” and I just have to say whoever did that thank you so much because I really needed that today ❤️😭 I was having such a bad morning and idk just little things like that really do make my day, you deserve all good in life ❤️💙

They are completely clueless as how to make a double shot on ice. I’ve ordered it 5 times and everytime I have to remind them it has 5 shots for a venti just for them to incorrectly make it again. They always have an attitude when I ask for it to be remade correctly. Do not recommend

Im not too hot on the interior of this location (not too intimate), nor was I a fan of the baristas... BUT. Oh my, theyre really turning it around! Great new manager, better mix of younger & young like staff, and the drinks have improved, along with everything else, immensely!

2021 Update: sick of them... they never have anything in stock. No cake pops, no other treats. I always to drive further to Graham Rd to get what I need when this location is 3 mins away from my house.2018: Polite 85% of the time, but my hot cocoa is never right. I spend most of my day, over explaining that I want hot chocolate and not coffee. Then bringing my coffee back to the Starbucks to exchange it for hot cocoa. I also never get the difference in money spent, back.And they always out of brownies!!!! Always! Why do I even ask for them???

Honestly they need to update their menu in the drive thru to give a little more information cause dude I never go to Starbucks and I always go ending up confused and rushed to order something. But I order a Mango Dragon fruit refresher with water and it was so good!! They even have little pieces of dragon fruit which makes it better.

Great Starbucks! Never had any problems here. Always quick and very friendly in the drive through. Kind of complex to get to the parking lot if youre coming from the opposite direction on Lindbergh but thats not their fault lol

It was unfortunately horrible. We ordered inside and ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before they realized they lost our order then still had to wait for them to get around to making it with an attitude as well... All that and my pumkin latte was not good as I know it to be. I RATE THIS PLACE A ZERO!!!!!😒 ESPECIALLY WITH THE ENTIRE CREW BEING YOUNG AND AND ENTIRELY TOO PLAYFUL DURING. 😣 Probably the reason they lost our order.

What a refreshing change. Ordered a couple drinks for my wife and I and they saw my hat and asked if I was a cop. I said not any more, and she still thanked me for my Service. She made our drinks and handed me back my cc. What I didnt hear was that the drinks were on the house. My wife did, however, and said Thank You. Kudos out to Starbucks!

I LOVE Starbucks. I was there recently and stayed until just past closing. The staff didnt even mention the fact that they were closed. The coffee and food is very good, which, of course, is why people go there. The one comment Id make about the location I went to - on N. Highway 67 in Florissant - is that the staff were a little loud and a little incessant in their conversations with each other and this made it hard to focus.

Pretty nicely put together coffee house. Shocked it was open on the 4th. Restaurant was a tad bit slow, but Im used to ones thats pumping out a ton of orders at once. Baristas wasnt extra friendly, but they could have been just on chill mode. I would definitely go back.

Hair should be covered to avoid long hair contact with mugs of the clients during coffee preparation

Im absolutely in love with the chai tea lattes with coconut milk. I have a milk sensitivity so the fact that Starbucks offers lactose free options is amazing.Also their all-day breakfast options are my favorite thing to sample all day seeing as breakfast is my favorite meal. Every time Im there I always make sure to snag a piece of the pumpkin loaf cake. Simply my favorite place to go for those moments of indulgence. ❤

Clean and simple layout but noisiest store Ive ever been in as the stereo is always turned up to meet the needs of the staff is my guess, less so for folks hoping to hold a conversation or make a phone call. Find myself traveling to the Graham & 270 location that is 3x farther from home.

The staff knows me by name, knows what I usually like to drink and recommends new things to try. Always a friendly welcoming place, I love stopping in after a day at work to grab a refreshing drink and relax.

My drinks were good but the cashier wasnt all that welcoming & made me feel as if I was wasting his by asking questions. Not the warm & cozy feeling that Ive experienced in past timing.

I give 2 stars right now because so far every time I’ve spent my money at this location I never feel my coffee drink was made right I have yet been able to order or pick up an order from here and can actually taste ANY of the flavorings I add in.! So idk if everyone here at this location is up to par on their barista skills but I’m sure once my orders start actually tasting like ikno it should they’ll definitely get more than 2 stars!

The trouble with this location is trying to get to this location from Eastbound Lindbergh. The best solution is to turn into the Dennys next door where there should be a drive way, and drive behind both the Dennys and the Starbucks. The parking for this location, as well as the Kay Jewelers next door is mostly in the rear of the building.

Starbucks is Starbucks. I gave it the rating I did because I personally dont care for the dry, reheated food or the bitter coffees. I know people love Starbucks, it just isnt my thing. The pumpkin spice latte doesnt taste like anything. I cant taste any flavor of pumpkin anything. The salted caramel mocha frappuchino is just a mix of weird sweetness with a bite, not good, with 2 inches of foam and not a lot of drink. Save yourself the calories and the money. This particular store isnt the easiest to access but the people are friendly and move things along pretty quickly so it doesnt have the lines other stores in that area do.

I worked at Starbucks and frankly hated it. But this location is bad even for Starbucks. I came here to study cause its the only cafe within 30 miles of Florissant. But you cant study here. They blare loud music and gossip about everyone from the customers in the drive through to the customers sitting in front of them. Maybe they think we cant hear them? Either way, never coming back. We need Kaldis to move up to North county -- wait, never mind. That would require a population that values quiet café ambiance over sugar-fueled distractedness.
