Not at all a good experience. Rent elsewhere...further away in a better area. Bizaar billing increases, and basic equipment to easily available for use.

The manager was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient in setting up the rental.

I dont like the fact I cant get into my unit ANY time I need to. I literally got locked in the gate after rushing to grab something I desperately needed. I was 1 minute past lock time trying to get out to go home but it told me there was no access and I had to call a 1800 number to have it opened. Other than that, its a good place so far!!

I rented a unit here in October 2019. We lost our jobs in March 2020 due to COVID. Our benefits came after the 6th which is when the payment was due to avoid the late fee. The bill was always paid each mo th just after the 6th. I reached out to see if there was anything that be done to help. The office told me she tried but it wouldn’t let her. I spoke to the district manager who repeated the same. I inquired as to why the company wasn’t doing anything to help with the COVID situation. I even provided proof so they knew I wasn’t just making it up. He said the company absolutely did things to help and waived many late fees from March to August and stopped doing auctions and also gave their employees a $3 raise. My late fees from May to August we’re not waived. Didn’t address that at all. Nor did customer service. Really disappointed with the response. Just not a good look. Many other places available and I’ll take my business their in the future.Just to update - I’ve been posting my experience with Public Storage on various sites and posts and they’re going in and deleting them. I guess they don’t want people to know how they are being very selective with whom they choose to help. Hmm.

I came into this location to get some information on differnt size units and prices and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady named Erin who was absolutely fabulous from start to finish..She answered all my questions. Thanks again Erin.

Preston was extremely helpful in helping us getting a second unit. Customer service was 5 star. He was very accommodating and polite. Facilities are clean. Will recommend.

Employee Amanda was thoughtful enough to ask me about my experience with public storage while I was there to pay my bill. After I informed her that my unit had increased from 68.00 starting to currently 95.00 she made some calls and was able to get me a rent reduction. Thank you for taking the time to make a difference in someone’s life. A small act of kindness goes a long way.

Everything was explained to the letter. Nick was very good at telling us what we needed to do. Showed us the unit we rented and explained all the options. Nick definitely knew his business. Would recommend this storage place to friends. Thank you.

We lost the key to our storage unit so we had to call a locksmith and get it taken off which is very difficult to get off but they were very sweet about coming to help us at the last minute but we get already pay the locksmith. Keisha is extremely sweet who works at this location shes the location manager and always a smile on her face. Her manager Samantha was going to stop she was doing to come and help us but we had already pay think locksmith but she was very willing to help

Keisha is AWESOME to say the least. Shes very customer orientated, informative and extremely helpful. Ive been a long time renter at another PS location. I have never been extended the customer service this young lady has offered. I rented two units and one was way to small. She was patient with us and helped us get into a larger unit. I had a issue with the dollies...she corrected it and made sure I was happy. After a very crazy day I drove away from PS with a smile because of her. We laughed and joked my issues away. This location is really large so you might get lost once or twice. Keisha keeps it clean and very well lit. Thank you for all your help and understanding.

My husband and I store at location in Atlanta but live in Florissant, so we pay here. Today I came in to pay and there was a lovely young lady being yelled at by another customer. I couldn’t help but notice how well she handled the situation, very professional. Though I could tell she was upset after they left, she still smiled and greeted me as happily as ever. Forgot her name but she has purple hair and petite! She asked for a google very nicely as well. Great service.

I was extremely impress with their knowledge of the facility and how professional they presented themselves to me and other customers. I have had the opportunity to do business with other Public Storage facilities in the past, however, by far this location was able to assist me in the most proficient manner and by doing so, allowed me to accomplish the goals I has set for myself.

Ive used Public Storage before and have always had great experiences. This location is and excellent one. Pacey was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. The property is clean and well kept. I highly recommend this location.

I have worked with Bonnie and Stephanie who were excellent! Bonnie showed me around and gave great tips on storing my goods. She is very helpful. The place is very clean and seems very secure. The only bad part about it is that the keypads to access the gate are so close to the gates that you have to get out of your vehicle in order to access them to open the gates. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place. My storage unit is climate controlled also, which was a big plus for me.

I am prior military and have been to many storage facilities but i must say the customer service at this particular property is definitely a step about the rest. Pacey was very pleasant and patient with me considering i am not exactly the easiest person to work with. She made my transaction smooth and easy and ensured even through my frustrations from moving yet again, i was priority and would be taken care of as a customer.

Cassandra the representative on duty was very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to extradite my transaction in a timely manner allowing me to be able to make other scheduled appointments. The facility is always clean and i have not had any unpleasant experiences since utilizing this location. Kudos to Cassandra for a job well done!

I have used this facility many times and have always had a good experience. My most recent experience was on April 24th 2018. Keisha waited on me and my son and was very professional and knew the answers to all of my questions. Thank you Keisha for being awesome.. I had an awesome experience at this Public Storage location. I have visited over 5 different Public Storage locations, and this location is the best one yet. It is clean, and the worker who helped me Kelley was the most kindest person ever. I recommend this property to use if you reside in Florissant, MO. It is clean, and an inside unit. Much better than the other outside units.

Went here for help from Christina. She was very polite, straightforward, and honest. She helped me choose the perfect storage unit size that I needed and even gave me tips and ideas of how to make more space to fit my furniture. She was very helpful and I am glad that I decided to rent here!

About a week and a half ago,I visited this location in search for a unit to store new furniture upon receiving because I am moving in a month. I came in to better speak with someone about sizes they thought Id need to store a few bulky items like a fridge,couch,dresser. I spoke with a young lady,Pacey and she began explaining the different sized units and the renting policy because I was unaware that to rent,youd have to at least rent for a full month minimum. After that brief chat, she asked did I want to see actual units to help better decide which sized unit to rent out. I thank her for demonstrating great patience and excellent customer service because I was bit of a handful with trying to decide and still did not quite decide on which size to go with, but she was very understanding and helpful. Through obtaining knowledge of the renters policy,even promotions and discounts from things such as simply paying rent early and seeing the units in person, this has helped greatly. After deciding on what all I am purchasing, youd better believe that I am renting a unit here. Plus,I love how the location is tucked away,concealed to an extent. Customer service was swift

The facility was clean and dry and Karen was a really big help. She was extremely courteous and helpful. However, the carts are a bit small to haul items in and out of the storage unit and the late fees are excessive. If you are going to rent, I advise that you pay your storage bill on time.
