Christian Brothers is my go to auto maintenance and repair shop. They are always up front and honest as to what is needed, what can wait, and what they would prioritize when it comes to repairs. Ive been using CB for more than 10 years and would not go anywhere else. You can find cheaper options Im sure, but quality and honesty is what I value most to ensure my vehicles remain safe and road worthy and I havent found any other provider that comes close.

My vehicle was ready before promised and the technician was honest and explained why NOT to do something that I thought was needed. Very much appreciated. I also loved the complimentary vehicle check that comes with each oil change. I will be back!

I have been taking my car to this Christian Brothers location for about 3 years and have always felt that they were fair in their pricing and thorough in explaining the repairs I would need. My last service involved a repair related to my engine. After this was completed, another unforeseen issue surfaced and then a third issue involving a radiator crack. The shop exhibited EXCELLENT customer relations and service in regard to these unexpected repairs.In addition, they were able to accommodate my schedule on short notice for the courtesy shuttle. Kevin, Diana, Phillip, and Courtney were all pleasant, very professional, and truly showed that they value the customers!

Exceptional service! The staff were professional, honest and provided detailed information throughout the whole process of diagnosing the issue with our newly bought car. They encouraged me to utilize my 30 day warranty from the dealer and explained what the issue was and gave me the breakdown of pricing all without being asked. Took my car in for the 1st time for a service on the recommendation of a friend. I utilized their shuttle service. Office, shuttle and staff were all great! Had a check engine light come on the next day and returned. They replaced a sensor that had gone bad when they were working on my car at no charge. I again used the shuttle service. I am very pleased with Christian Bros and will use and recommend them in the future.

How do I put this, while the outcome was all bad. They did everything possible to ensure we werent wasting money on a dead car. Yes it cost me $500, but in the end they saved me over a thousand on top of that on a car that was gonna fail either way. The 3 at the front, yeah pay attention to how well thet work together. The techs and mechanics work the problem as if it were their own car. These people I trust now. I went there because of the rating and they proved to me THEY HAVE EARNED IT. Best of luck

My sons 2014 Ford Fusion was acting erratically. It wouldnt accelerate past 45 mph and would display hill assist inoperative lights along with the brake lights staying on with the car shut off. I read some other reviews of his Fusion online and found that there are brake issues with these vehicles and it could be the brake switch on the pedal, the wheel speed sensors or the ABS modules or even the brake wiring harness. I dropped the vehicle off this morning at 9:15 and at 2:00 pm they called back to say they had found the issue, it was a simple broken switch on the brake pedal and the car was running fine again.They were quick, they were honest, (could have definitely taken advantage of this situation if they were so inclined, which theyre not) the best part, this turned out to be inexpensive. The diagnostic fee was all they charged me and I walked out of there with a renewed sense of faith in the world.These guys rock!

Very friendly and courteous shop. I had an issue with my spark plug boots and Lance and the crew were quick to get my car in the shop and on the road quickly. Complete overall check of my car and problem was detected and corrected in a timely and professional manner. Great shop and highly trained employees. They have great communication and detailed breakdown of your cars issues. Totally recommend this place if you dont have a reliable mechanic.

Got back car from accident and wanted someone recommended by Discount tires. They were helpful and didnt push for extra repairs to pad the bill. Explained the unforeseen repairs and even the one they strongly suggested as the damage was of concern.

I brought a car in for a Texas State inspection earlier this week. The inspection was done ahead of the promised time. As a customer I was treated with courtesy and respect. I was so pleased I immediately brought in my other vehicle and got the same result.

CBA in Flower Mound have proven themselves numerous times, actually saving me money (e.g. the dealer once diagnosed a control arm replacement, when all it turned out to be was an inexpensive bushing). The warranty they offer is second to none, but Ive never needed it.

Brought our car in for a “thunking” sound and our a/c not being cold (again). They found two of our motor mounts were broken, although they never could find the source of the a/c leak. They also determined our front rotors were worn and all the brakes needed to be replaced with a system flush. The last things they found were the cabin air filter needed to be changed and the power steering hose needed to be replaced. Total bill was going to be $2100 for the mounts, brakes and air filter. They did not charge us for the a/c recharge since they had repaired it one year ago. That’s very fair of them to do that.I’ve worked on my own cars for almost 40 years but as I get older, I weigh my age versus the cost of having someone else do the work. I also look at what unique equipment I don’t have but is necessary. In this case, it was more in my favor to spend six hours on a Sunday and do it all myself, except for the a/c service and brake flush. Labor is expensive, and I realize that, but my free labor and a sore back saved me $1700. That was worth it to me, but maybe not for everyone.In the end, both motor mounts were indeed broken and I replaced them. The front one was easy, but the right side is not a job I’d recommend for novices as it requires removing the entire fuse box from the engine compartment for access. This is one of those things that if you’re not remotely comfortable doing the work, let them do it.The front rotors were at the tipping point where they would have been close to minimum spec if I had them resurfaced, so I replaced them myself and installed new pads too, even though they still had some time left on them. The rear pads though were not worn at all though but I replaced them anyway since I had already bought new pads and the calipers were off. This disparity is typical because your front brakes do most of the braking. I’ll take the car back for the flush since I don’t have the equipment. The cabin filter was a two minute job requiring no tools. Very easy.I have no issues taking my car to CB and paying for a full analysis, then letting me determine which repairs I’ll do myself versus letting them, or which can wait. I like the detailed way they break down all the work and include the parts and labor cost in writing. I’m good with bringing my car there.

I was very impressed with Christian Brothers. They were friendly, they completed my maintenance in a very timely fashion, the facility was clean and comfortable, and I thought the pricing was fair. I also love that they give you text updates through your repair and that they give you an online report for the complimentary inspection. I also appreciate that they were not pushy at all about “suggested maintenance” found via the complimentary inspection. Not know did I experience them interacting with me, but with other customers, and they seem to treat everyone with the same respect. I will definitely use them again!

Always friendly staff and honest about what your car needs to operate at the best possible performance. I always experience spectacular customer service, especially at this location.You do have to pay for that awesome warranty, but with the quality parts and labor, I believe it is absolutely worth it!I travel all over the country and the warranty is honored at other locations as well. I have had to use it once before and it didnt cost me anything at all for that in-warranty repair.

There was no pressure to purchase additional services other that what I brought my vehicle in for. They did do a FREE inspection of belts and hoses, etc. and gave me a recommendation of 2 thing I should consider fixing in the future. I went in for an oil change. They provided a courtesy vehicle check. They found a couple of things that will need to be repaired. They did not pressure me to have repaired immediately. I was told the repairs were not immediately needed and I could wait a bit. I was provided with a very reasonable cost to have the repairs done. I will be returning in the near future to have the repairs done. I’m so thankful I finally found a reasonable place to bring my car! The staff is awesome!!

This place is great and always does a great job. My visit a couple of weeks ago was because my brake pedal was going to the floor. Took it up there and they said they couldnt duplicate the problem as they checked the entire system, but told me to bring it back if it happens again. I got the vehicle and havent had the issue again so maybe just a fluke. Nice to have a place that you can trust.

I brought my truck to them as a 1st time client after realizing it had a gas leak. They were very quick to diagnose it and give me a quote to fix it. The problem was fixed and resolved with no issues. They also gave me a complimentary general diagnosis of the entire car so I knew what other work it may need. I also liked that they kept me up to date on the status of my truck via text. Tim and Mike were great! As well as the guy who shuttled me to/from my house whose name I didnt get unfortunately. Great service overall, will definitely be back!

My wife and I motored into CBA for the government mandated annual vehicle inspections. The lobby was full and our trucks were 2nd and 3rd in line for inspection. If you overlook the broken, fogged windows, the lobby was clean and comfy. The staff was speedy around every turn and we zoomed out almost as fast as zooming in for our pit stop. Thank you CBA!

I took a used vehicle I was going to purchase to for a pre-purchase inspection. Lance and the crew were very thorough and patient in pointing out things to look for and things I might be concerned with. They took me and showed the vehicle on the ground and i the air and explained to me all the things they check for. They made sure I knew what I was getting and they made sure I saw any “flaws” I might have missed, as well as told me what to expect from the maintenance side. They are very knowledgeable, fair and friendly. I Would definitely recommend this auto shop.

I made an appointment for an alignment and a road trip check since we’re heading to CO. The check in process was very easy. The service manager called about 1.5 hrs later to let me know an alignment was not needed and to do an alignment check in another 6-9 months. In addition, everything looks good. Overall I was very happy with the entire process. The whole team from check in to service manager were super friendly and professional. They offer a free shuttle service and the best part of the appt was there wasn’t a charge. I’ll be back for the alignment check and any other car service.

I brought my 2013 Honda Crosstour in to have both front struts replaced, and a wheel alignment done. Upon pickup of the car, I heard a clunking noise and felt loose at both front left and right struts. When I brought the car back to the shop and test drove the car with the Tech, he concluded it was the strut mounts. Christian Brother Automotive corrected the problem right away and was extremely professional. Thanks to CBA for helping me out and get me back on the road asap. Diagnosed the problem and I felt like it was priced fairly. They do charge a diagnostic fee just to look at it and you do not get credit for paying it towards repairs.

These guys are so nice. I didn’t have much time left before they were closing, and I needed an oil change before leaving town. They got me in with only a few minutes left of them being open. Before that, they had checked my service light, and turned it off for me at no cost. After I came back into town, I had a noise that had been getting worse daily, so I took it to them, and instead of charging me hundreds to fix the problem, they found the problem and called to see if it was still under warranty at the dealership, which it was, so they saved me a ton of money. I will continue using this location as long as I can. I love how honest and kind they are.

After an unexpected breakdown and urgent need for recovery, I found Christian Brothers on 407 using Google search and compared their customer rating to several other establishments in the area. Google was showing they rank tops in their market and it turns out for good reason. I was pleased to find they are absolutely top notch customer service oriented from the moment I walked into the front office to the point when I picked up my truck at the completion of the work being done. Brian in particular was spectacular in his focus on getting me the answers I needed and a speedy recovery of my truck. He was very good in helping me understand the mechanical issue Id experienced and then the options going forward. Ive been to many auto repair shops (including major dealerships) in my day and I can honestly say, this establishment and the folks working there are the best Ive come across. Going forward I wont take my truck anywhere else. Great job guys!
