After the Winter Freeze electrical grid failure in February 2021 in Texas, my ceiling collapsed due to a burst pipe in the attic. Fiasco! Needless to say, my wood floors needed to be replaced.Glen from My Flooring America could not have been more helpful, during a time when there was a massive demand for flooring after the Texas Freeze! He helped me work through with my insurer, came over and inspected the floor (and doing the insurance esstimate), cut out a sample for verification, and opened up the store for me personally to select new flooring. Patient and helpful, I really appreciated his help!As much as I appreciate Glen, the flooring crew was even better! In particular, the crew lead (Jorge) was dedicated, knowledgeable and responsible. I quickly knew that I could trust him to do a great job. I had cracks in my foundation, so called Glen, who gave me some advice on it, but also told me to trust Jorge, he knows what hes doing. He was right. Jorge made sure all the cracks were addressed properly. He and his crew worked tirelessly - it was a large area with very large tile (back breaking, I am sure). They stayed with it, moved all my furniture around (multiple times), and got the work done on time (working late!) Ultimately they worked with me to get EVERYTHING moved back into the house, into the right place and confirmed everything was to my satisfaction before they left. SUCH GREAT GUYS!Thank you, My Flooring America!

They were very easy to work with. I love that they brought samples to our measure so that we could see what things would look like in our actual home. Demo and install went seamlessly. We will definitely use them again in the future.

From the onset of meeting Caleb and My Flooring America my wife and I knew we are in good hands. Caleb listened and made good inquires of exactly what were looking for. We had 3 rooms to do in a short amount of time and up against a deadline with relatives coming to visit, he was just the guy to make us feel comfortable.My wife made her selection of some incredible flooring and it came in lower than quoted with installation.We scheduled with the amazing crew at My Flooring America; they came and finished the job in basically in day. Only to come back the next day and make sure my wife were happy and if there was anything else we could want. I recommended putting some caulk under the threshold bars as this might be a collection point for dog hair. And no qualms about it, they accommodated.I personally endorse Caleb and the people of My Flooring America, they are excellent in all areas.

My experience with My Flooring America was great from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the new floor in my jack and jill bath. We had the carpet in front of the sinks and existing tile in bath replaced with tile. We actually used their business on a fluke because the prior contractor fell through. I am glad it worked out the way it did. The sales and installation staff were great. I definitely recommend and plan on using them again.

I shopped several of the big flooring warehouses and was unimpressed with the service and attention to detail. I was also unimpressed with the coordination with installers. I walked into My Flooring America not knowing anything about them. I was immediately put at ease with the knowledge and customer service provided by Chris and Rufus. They were able to help me find both the tile (that looked like wood) and the carpet (that would be pet proof) that would match my house interior. They took care of the financing and the coordination of the supply ordering and the install crew. All I had to do was stand back and watch. They showed up on time every day, and worked diligently finishing the job in the amount of time Rufus told me it would take and the final product looks absolutely outstanding! I couldnt be more pleased with the professionalism and quality of work that My Flooring America provided. Thanks guys!

We had a broken water pipe under the slab in our living room and had to replace all the flooring except for the bedrooms. We met with Kent Lawson and he did a great job of guiding us on the color and style of the hardwoods and tile for the bathrooms. He was very patient during the process of working with our insurance company. As I’ve learned from reading other reviews, installation problems are the biggest reason for dissatisfaction. But the crew who installed our floors were the best. Great attention to detail and helpful through the process. We’re very satisfied.

This was our second time using My Flooring America. The first was ~6 years ago, on the recommendation of our insurance company, and we were so pleased with the entire process, we knew exactly who to call when we were ready to get the rest of our floors updated.Kent was very helpful, and patient, during the decision making process, and the install team was courteous and professional. We had about 1,000 sf of tile installed, which is a pretty time intensive process, but they did a fantastic job from start to finish, and we couldnt be happier with the end result.I would definitely recommend My Flooring America to any family or friends that are looking for new flooring.

We had a great experience with My Flooring America. After visiting their showroom, the next day a representative came out to the house to show us samples and do measurements. After we selected the carpet that we liked, an estimate was worked up and provided to us before leaving our home. A day or two later we were contacted by a scheduler. In less than a week, our carpeting was installed. The installers were very professional and really did a great job! We were very satisfied with our experience with My Flooring America and highly recommend them.

A year and a half ago we recarpeted our entire house and used My Flooring America. Kent Lawson assisted us in measuring our house, etc. and made sure everything was ready to go for installation. The installers arrived on schedule and did a perfect job. 100% satisfied. Then a couple of months ago, a toilet broke and flooded an upstairs bathroom and surrounding carpet. Both bathroom tile and carpet padding had to be removed. Because of our previous excellent experience with them, we called My Flooring America to replace the tile and carpet padding, and re-lay the carpet. Once again, a perfect job. Very nice to deal with total professionals who get the job done right the first time!

Excellent! Everything from Kent Lawsons salesmanship to the diligence and hard work of the installers to the handling of the slight cost adjustment was done with excellence. We will very happily go to My Flooring America again for future flooring needs and recommend them to our friends as well!

Stay away from this company. We purchased tile and carpet from them and this company did the worst job I have seen in a tile install. All of the transitions to carpet we jagged or not straight. Tiles were not laid straight and overall were poorly laid. They reinstalled the tile around my fireplace and while doing so put deep scratches in the wood floor. They are offering to redo the tile, but will not give me any guarantees in writing that they will replace the new carpet if it gets damaged or repaint base boards and walls.I also asked that an executive from the company call me and basically got the run around for 3 months and then told no one will call me. You would think a company would want to address the concerns of a customer who spent over $13.000. I paid extra because I thought I was getting a good local company and preferred that over a big national chain, my mistake.3 months later still not resolved.My advice go somewhere else!

Another winner. This is the third time we have used the Flower Mound My Flooring America. First time was a kitchen upgrade. Second time was a whole house hardwood replacement after a broken water pipe. This time it was for a bathroom remodel. Five stars for every job they did for us. Kent and the crew are easy to work with and produce great results. They listen to what we think we want; make good suggestions to make it better; then deliver a fabulous result.

I used Flooring America on two homes that I have lived in as well as two investment homes. They have always been the most knowledgeable and competitive company I have found. They stand by their product and are fast to respond when something seems wrong. I will never go to the trouble to shop someone else again because I would be wasting my time.

We chose the second time to re-carpet our auditorium with My Flooring America because of the good experience we had the first time. Once again we were not disappointed with product or installation.
