I dont leave reviews often but have been really impressed with Flower Mound Eye Care. They are very professional and I especially like the computerized retina exam. It takes a detailed photo of the internal of you eyes with provides a detailed view of your retina. They retain a history of these photos of your retina to help identify changes in your eye and retina exam over exam / year over year. This provides a much more in-depth evaluation, I bought frames/glasses through them as their prices were reasonable and they had a good selection of high quality, trendy glasses. Lastly, I was efficiently in and out of there in a very well ran process and customer service.

I had several problems at Flower Mound Eye Care. When I bought my contacts they gave me the wrong prescription. After getting headaches for days, I double checked and I noticed the mistake. Incredibly, when I went back to get the right contacts, they gave me the wrong ones again! This time I checked immediately, so they gave me some free contacts as an apology, I suppose. I never write bad reviews, I though I would just never go back, but my contacts and my glasses never felt comfortable so eventually I had to go back to see what was going on. They made me pay for the visit even though, I think it was their fault if I now have to buy new, more expensive, contacts. What really upset me this last time is that there is a huge sign on their door saying mask required but none of the workers was wearing a mask, not even the eye doctor. Im mad at myself for not speaking out at the moment, but it was one of those situations when you are just caught off guard. Spending 20 minutes in a very small room speaking with the maskless doctor was very uncomfortable. The people that work there are all very polite, but they are all -for what I saw- so unprofessional.

The staff is always friendly and helpful! Dr. Gunn does a great job of explaining things and asking for any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that they go to Flower Mound Eye Care!

Lantana Eye Care is amazing!!! My eye doctor listened, answered all of my questions, told me what was going on with my vision..... The staff was so very kind, helpful beyond belief treated me like a queen!!!! I finally found a place my insurance works to the top of the class and feel like I can trust again after my totally terrible experience at Eagle Eye Care....less in Argyle. This is the best of the top shelf anywhere in the 50 years of glasses and contacts!!!! Their frames and choices are amazing too!!! You just dont get this kind of treatment anywhere else ANYWHERE!!!! Thanks Ladies!!!!!

We are new to Texas so we were looking fora good eye care team to take care of monitoring our eye needs. Great exam. Treated friendly and respected. Very interested in my history and comments. We have found OUR eye care group and Dr. Hamilton was great. Ordered my new corrected lenses after just having cataracts removed, glaucoma stints put in, and astigmatism reduced. Good to go !!

Ive been going here for years, but was sorely disappointed with Dr. Hustava. She saw me instead of Dr. Gunn. She started by dilating my eyes, but knowingly didnt use the numbing agent. My eyes burned like Id had bleach poured in them!!She was unapologetic and very glib about it. Told me what shed done and then thought it was funny that my left eye was sooo dilated, much more than the right. I can only guess it was b/c I didnt go for the Optomap instead. A twisted way to get you to spend the extra $40 next visit?? Probably wont go back again. My eyes were paining me for the last 24 hours.

Dr Hustava is extremely knowledgable and passes that on to the patient. Its almost as if you were in a class and he is teaching you one on one. I really apreciate the detail he goes into each time I visit.

This was my second visit to Lantana Eye Care / Flower Mound Eyecare Associates. Dr. Hamilton and her staff are very thorough and nice to work with. They helped me understand the changes my eyes are going through, and what I can do to help maintain the health of my eyes. I would recommend them to anyone.My wife recently went to a provider who is closer to our home and she regrets not coming back to Dr Hamilton. My wife will come to see Dr Hamilton again next year.

Flower Mound Eyecare and Dr. Gunn are the absolute best! I was a long time patient of Dr. Gunn, but I moved quite a distance from Flower Mound and tried a local eye doctor. The new doctor was unable to get my Rx correct even after 3 tries. I decided to travel the 1.5 hours to see Dr. Gunn and I am so glad I did. Dr. Gunn listened to my concerns and spent time testing my eyes. I am thrilled to say my eyeglass Rx was perfect and I have clear vision for the first time since Nov-20. The office staff is also amazing. The lab had some difficulty making my glasses, and Zachs follow up and communication was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Gunn and Flower Mound Eyecare.

My husband and I both appreciate the option to forego traditional dilation and choose, instead, a more precise photo of the inner eye. In choosing eyewear, I appreciate the experience of the gal that helped us as well as her willingness to suggest multiple lens styles until we found ones perfect for us. I have been visiting Flower Mound Eyecare since I moved here in 2017 and I can say I have never been disappointed with the quality of service or the selection of glasses available. Today I met with May and Tammy and they were spot on with their honest suggestions for my face type and what looked best on me. What really made my day was how excited May was to help me find a great pair of glasses. It was as if she was shopping for something for herself. They were helpful in bringing down the cost as well and I could not be happier. If you are looking for a great Optometrist, Dr. Gunn is top notch! He explained everything clearly and assured me that my eyes are healthy. I highly recommend Flower Mound Eyecare with six stars (even though Google limits me to five)!

Went in with my two children and was almost turned away because the lady at the front said you are only allowed one guest. They should tell people on the phone only one child allowed so parents can make other arrangements especially with it being summer. Gave 2 stars because they decided to see me. Still shocked I almost got turned away.

I had the best experience at Flower Mound Eye Care. My doctor was Dr. Hassan and she was so kind and patient with me and felt like she really took the time and worked with me to make sure I was happy with the prescription I was leaving with. She even went as far as to order me two separate sample contact prescriptions so that I could make sure I was comfortable and had the best one possible. LOVED this place and would highly recommend to anyone.

They are really good when it comes to things having to do with the eyes. I think your eyes are important and so I keep up with my checkups and like the opti map. Everyone should do this.

I am not one to usually leave reviews but wanted to here due to the true customer service I have received here. Fantastic place to get eye care. II have used them for 3+ years. The Drs are very professional, very courteous, and spend a lot of time with you - which is amazing because each time I have gone there has been very little waiting. They have got the appointment times do to an art form.They also have a machine that takes a digital image of your retina. They retain the previous images so they can be used to compare of changes over time. This is one feature that after 3 years of history and images I really like.

Very professional staff. I followed Dr. Hamilton when she moved to this location. I felt welcomed when I walked in the door.

The office staff were very friendly, especially Mae, however my doctor was Dr. Gunn. We found him very short, brash, not understanding, and unhelpful. He told me I would have an option for my near vision and far vision and that the staff up front would talk to me about. I don’t think he ever communicated that to the front office staff, as they never brought it up. I didn’t get any explanation about my prescription at all. If you go here, I would recommend asking for a different doctor.

Everyone was friendly and the exam was quick and easy. They even remain competitive with the Warby Parkers of the world. Left with a pair of frames/coated lenses for $89! Cant beat convenience and they saved me a second trip to Warby Parker to buy frames as Im not in the market to spend $500+ on a pair ever again.

I loved my experience at Flower Mound Eye Care! This was my sons first eye exam at four years old, and the doctor was fantastic. She was extremely patient and worked very hard to make sure that he was completely comfortable!The staff helped us find glasses that were perfect for him - which is not an easy task! This is a professional facility with staff and products that go beyond the quick service eye care model. I purchased a timeless pair of Tom Ford frames and high quality lenses from them 3 years ago. Last week it was time to get a slightly different style and I selected some Oliver Peoples frames with the help of the awesome staff. They are honest and careful and my glasses were ready in a reasonable amount of time. Thumbs up! They are also one of the only placed to procure Oliver Peoples in the area.

I’ve been going to Dr. Rodriguez for the past seven years and haven’t had a an issue. The appointment process and checkups are easy and thorough. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in their glasses selection. They gave me a great deal on two pairs of glasses and the best party, they open on Saturday!

I had an appointment in here in December, and have been coming here for a few years. The past 2 visits however were quite bad, and have discouraged me from coming back. In my previous visit, the entire appointment was rushed. When I tried to tell the doctor that my new prescription was not satisfactory, he just shrugged and told me to keep my old prescription. He did not want to recheck my eyes, and believed that his new prescription for me was perfect, even though I told him I couldnt see well out of them.

I have been buying my glasses from these nice people since I came to Dallas 15 years ago. They are professional, helpful and even gave me a price break when I had to reorder my brand new Silhouettes I left on a plane and never recovered. Something for most - very upscale frames (if you choose) and expert service. They make sure you get what you want and need and that your frames complement your face. More recently, my dog nearly ate my Tom Davies glasses and they helped me buy some new ones and fixed an older pair for free. These guys ROCK!!

Terrible service. First appointment, the optometrist was obviously in a hurry, rushed me through, and even said that my cheater glasses from CVS were about the same as getting new glasses anyway, and it was up to me to decide if I wanted prescription glasses. Really? I was shocked! I got them anyway because I knew it would be better for my eyes. Ended up that the script was incorrect and TOO STRONG. So....I had to go back.Second appointment, I had to do it all over again, and I conveyed my issues to the manger so she put me with a different optometrist, who was nice and took her time.But....still my prescription is still not perfect after 2 visits. I would definitely go to someone else! Our eyes are too important!

Debra Wilson saves the day, again! I live out of state now, but my daughter is still in TX attending university. She still has her yearly exams at Flower Mound Eye Care. After this last exam, she hasnt had the time to get back to FM to pick up her order. Debra reached out and got Saras eyes to her ASAP. Debra has ALWAYS gone above and beyond - we can always count on her!

This place is fantastic! I was in and out within 10 minutes with a great and reasonably priced pair of Raybans, thanks to Debra. She took the time to find the perfect size and color. They have everything! 10/10 would recommend Flower Mound Eyecare.

My husband and I went there, even after reading several reviews that did not come across positive. We went in and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had to wear glasses. So this was my first time going somewhere to have my eyes examined. I would recommend them over and over. I was a wonderful experience. The frame selection was phenomenal. I do not need everyday wear, but did get some awesome Coach prescription sunglasses for driving (my distance needed some assistance!). The gentleman that assisted in the frame selection was professional, helpful, and very honest to my needs. Got the perfect pair after i tried on about 20!Thank you and will definitely be back!

MY experience, and I understand everyone’s is unique, has been fantastic every time. The only ‘constant’ here, in my opinion, is the office staff....so the ‘variable’ is the customer and his/her attitude. The experience is what the customer chooses to make it; so they should own some of the responsibility.
