Moriah was so helpful and friendly! And they have such a great selection of frames! My mom and I were about to buy from another shop across the street, and we’re both very glad we decided to go to target! Price was MUCH better too!!

Dr.Heather & her front desk staff were great! I felt so welcome! As soon as I walked in the door I felt their warm & positive energy. The eye exam was quick and efficient but not rushed. I would recommend this to my friends & family!

We scheduled my 88 year old mom’s eye appointment online for 2:00 pm. My sister and I showed up with my mom at 1:55. We went in and were told they had no time for her visit because she was older. The receptionist was very sarcastic, condescending and not helpful. She said we needed to reschedule. We never saw anything stating more time needed for the older clients on their website. We had to give her birthday when scheduling. They should and need to do a better job at looking at what patients they have coming in. Our mother is in a wheelchair and it takes a lot to get her out to just be told we need to reschedule because she is “older”. Very disappointing.

Went into Target Optical for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable and friendly Bryce was! Made the experience simple and quick!

We have been regular customer of Target optical for almost 10years. All of our families contact/glasses/sunglasses are purchased from you and we have been happy. Last year and this year, the instore team customer service has been robotic at best. Last year, it was just not fun visiting, but things got done. This year and this particular order has been a nightmare. Ordered contacts 2 weeks ago, it has been sitting in shipped status for over a week. Kid is going away to college and no sign of contacts. They tell me I should go and tell my story to the eye doctor and get a sample. They call the customer service of the contact shipment and tell me, they dont know where things are. No personal concern of what the customer is going thru. I was promised a call with update and nothing. There is line and 20min is spend on each customer just chit chatting, the employee (s) you have now really do care about their job and not about their customers experience or well being. Time to take our business elsewhere.

Sydney was friendly and knowledgeable she made the experience quick and easy. I was in and out within 20 minutes with new glasses and sunglasses sized and ordered.

After having a wonderful experience at my eye exam at Visionary Family Eye Care with Dr. Porter on the outside of the building, I went into Target Optical to get new glasses. Jennifer and Kim were working and they both were kind and helpful. They had a great sanitizing system set up to keep everything clean. I tried on some glasses and they helped me find the style I liked. Jennifer even let me know that they had the black pair that I was buying also in pink. I loved both pairs. She was so patient with explaining what my insurance would cover. For the second pair they were having a great deal that made it affordable.

I purchased my first ever pair of glasses from here and I have been extremely pleased with the entire process. The staff is helpful, patient and i left with a pair of glasses that fit perfectly. I bought the warranty and when my glasses fell off while riding my motorcycle, i took what was left of the glasses back and they ordered me a new pair.

This was the best experience I had buying new glasses and contacts. I had my 2 year old with me and after almost 45 minutes of pushing my luck past dinner time, I had to leave due to my cards declining and my son acting up. I was so confused and irritated. A woman named Jennifer was helping me and doing all that she could to help keep my son occupied while working with me to get what I needed. I had told her that I would call back later that evening with another card to make the payment. Jennifer was so kind and accommodating that I actually dropped my son off at home with my husband, fought traffic BACK to Target just to finish the transaction with her. She made the process as easy as possible and thanks to her, despite my inconvenient circumstances, she made the entire experience worth doing and finishing. Sometimes patience and understanding goes farther than anything in customer service and encounters in general. She never once made me feel like I was bothering her. I will try to see her anytime I need a new prescription. Jennifer, if you are reading this, thank you for making that evening less stressful for me. You are golden!

Dr. Le is great! I had a positive experience and would recommend. Check in was easy and I was able to make an appointment and get my exam done same day. Dr. Le was very professional and did a thorough eye exam. She answered all my questions and there was zero pressure whatsoever to buy glasses or contacts through her office. I was charged what I was quoted over the phone which was 30-40% cheaper than other optometrists in the area. Win-win situation.

Awesome experience buying replacement glasses here in the last week. Everyone I met helpful, knowledgeable, polite. And what a value. I have EyeMed vision insurance through my employer and they recently offered a few deals specific to Target where I got out the door for $100! Frames and lenses! The guy at the front desk was super nice and the doctor is incredible nice and patient as well It was my first time going alone having just turned eighteen and it was so easy !!

Ashley was AMAZING. It’s been so long since I’ve gotten new glasses. She was patient, broke down my insurance with me, and helped me find out I had more coverage than I originally thought! I came in around 8 Pm before close and she didn’t mind at all, she took her time and went step by step with me to make sure I knew everything thoroughly. I got new contacts AND glasses, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you SO much Ashley!

We used to like Target Opticals @ FM but not any more. Recent experience was bad. My daughters glass order was cancelled without being notified. We had to follow up couple of times to get our order re-processed. And my daughter is not happy with the final product either, one of the lens popped out the first day.

Great place to buy glasses. Ashley is super nice and great at adjusting your glasses.

We visited the optical office inside Target today and were not greeted at all when 2 employees were helping other families. We decided to help our daughter try on glasses and after 25 minutes, decided to sit at a station. An older couple came in and were greeted with warm smiles right away. We were continued to be ignored. I thought for sure they won’t help them before us, but sure enough, one employee finished and went right to the elderly couple to help them. My husband made sure they knew we were ignored and had waited for over 30 minutes before being pushed to the side for the elderly couple picking up glasses and needing adjustments. I am 30 weeks pregnant too!!! Not like you couldn’t see me in there! I’ll never visit this place again.

This place is a joke!! Waited for over 30min and they totally ignored us like we were never even there. Then a different couple walks in and they helped them before us!!! I do not recommend this place for glasses due to poor customer service. I did say something before I walked out and the employee just stared at me with her mouth open. What a joke!!

Only one staff onsite this afternoon, and when u have one lusy customer before u, that is really terrible. While we stay and waiting for that customer for more than a hour, already 4 customers cannot stand the long waiting time and left the store. Give the low review because the staff dont know how to take care more customers demand and schedule her time at the same time, if i am the store owner, i will lost many customers and sale everyday when this kind of customer come to chat. Need to improve the training.

The manager Ashley is AWFUL. Awful managment skills and she smells like a walking cigarette.

I took my teen son to see Shannon at Target Optical in Flower Mound, and we are very satisfied with her service, friendliness, expertise. She was just above and beyond what we have seen before. She helped us select awesome frames and was very helpful in which specific type of lense would be best for his complicated and unique situation. We will be back and ongoing!
