I have been a fan of this Sephora for a while now! Always had what I needed! Well... I’ve ran into some issues the last two times I’ve been. I wear the “Sephora Collection” foundation, shade Medium Walnut, #33. The first time I went, I went in and got it pulled for me. Without looking in the store, I went home to find out (putting it on) that it was “Medium Almond” shade 31.. I ended up returning it at another store, and getting the correct shade..This time, I called to have “Medium Walnut” held for me, since I was coming from work.. The lady checked me out, and I thought to myself let me check before I pull off, and of course I received “Medium Almond” once again.. I went back in and proceeded to ask her could I please get the “Medium Walnut” instead.. She tells me the names have been changed, but it IS the same shade. 😣 It however is not. I called another store and the lady told me I was “lied to”, and their store carries both, and they are in fact two different shades.😡 I am not usually one to leave reviews, but the last update to name to my shade was almost two years ago, and this is the second time with the same issue.. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t have the shade, or if it’s just in a different place than normal... But ladies make sure you check before leaving this store, that you have the right item. 😩
Definitely had a strange experience. Been going to this location for years and have always been helped. But today, my mom and I looked around the store for about 20 minutes and were never approached/offered help. It was clear we were buying multiple products but we had to ask for a basket and even still we werent asked if we needed any assistance. Maybe its just new policy but definitely not what Im used to.

Debbie was amazing! I just left about five minutes ago and had the best experience at this Sephora.I dont always have a lot of money for makeup and its hard to match my fair skin tone, so buying foundation is always a pain. (On top of oily oily skin). Debbie made sure she found me something and gave me samples to bring home. I am so thankful for her patience and her kindness. She was very positive, exceeded my expectations and spoke very sweetly of her family. She also gave me some primer samples to help my skin problems.Thank you so much Debbie! I cant wait to come back and buy a foundation that works for me.
Mary Ann helped me find a look that was exactly what I wanted: Natural and quick! She didnt push me into things I didnt need. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience here.
Google maps showed open at 11 am on Sunday. After a 20 minute commute I was annoyed That the hours have changed to 12 o’clock on Sundays. Sephora should look to separate out. Ulta beauty salon next door was open at 11 AM.
I came in here on 5/21/16 and I had got my makeup done and the beauty consultant was Becky. She did a phenomenal job! She has amazing talent and skill! I Absolutely loved my makeup and got a ton of compliments! I highly recommend her.
Maddie was amazing!!! She was so kind and knowledgeable. And was very oati my in helping me find the perfect shade. Will definitely be back to see her again!

Although this location does not have as much selection as stand-alone Sephoras, the staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly. During my visit, I asked for advice concerning make-up and the staff member gave me an honest opinion without trying to oversell products to me that I didnt need. Really appreciate the honesty; theyve earned my trust!

Was looking for Kat Von D Hydrating Primer, they didn’t have it but Sami looked and called two other stores to find a Sephora that did, then she asked them to hold it for me so all I had to do was go straight to the register at the other store. All of the workers were friendly and introduced themselves and even asked for my name and seemed genuinely interested in making a connection. Thanks for all of your help Sami!
I LOVE SEPHORA! I always end up spending way more than i plan to. But, i had just left Ulta and hated the experience there. Ulta employees just are not as friendly. I love getting my makeup products from Sephora because the employees there actually greet customers right what they walk in the section. They always smile and are just so sweet and bubbly people!
Website shows that Sephora opens at 11am on Sunday, but they are located inside a Jcpenney which doesnt open until noon so you cant go in until the JCpenneys opens. They need to fix the hours on their website. The manager was very nice and accommodating for the inconvenience of having to wait an extra hour!

The worst experience ever!! NEVER GO HERE!!! Terrible customer service! I went in with shorts and sneakers, and got looks from the workers and they were trying to hurry me up so I can leave!! Never had an experience this bad!
