This is pretty standard for Tom Thumb, which is meant as a compliment. The aisles were clean and well stocked. The employees were friendly. I needed my second Covid shot and was able to just walk in off the street and get one here.

Weve got to keep the neighborhood grocery store alive. Ive just started frequenting Tom Thumb over the past 2 - 3 years as I watched other chains shutdown or move out of town. The big box stores shouldnt be the only game in town. This grocer has a florist, pharmacy, great deli/hot foods and you can get your medical lab tests done by appointment. If thats not one stop shopping, what is? Some things can be pricey, but you can also find items on sale at prices competitive with big box stores. This Tom Thumb is open on most holidays. I like the convenience of being able to park close enough to the store without having to take a taxi from my car to the store entrance. I still shop at big box, but Im doing my best to keep the smaller grocers open too.

Better than Kroger by far, the service is great and there are tons of great options available. The employees are very nice, and my cashier, Amanda, was very nice and scanned my items fast with a nice conversation along with it.

This place is not set up correctly; you have to hunt all over for things that should be in the same area. The produce is sparse; poor selection. Great sales on meat. Friendly and polite staff. The store gets 2 stars plus an extra because of the staff.

I came by here to use the ATM machine and decided to check on a few items to see if they had them in the store. Wow here I was able to grab my cash and shop for a few of my fruits vegetables and some dry good items. There was one cashier available at the time, but I was able to get through the line fairly quickly. Im there were baskets and small hand baskets available.

This location has the Quest diagnostics lab located inside the store. The lab is pretty small, make sure you have an appointment to avoid waiting in the tiny room.

This review is for the bakery:Katrina did an amazing job on my daughters cake! It absolutely exceeded expectations! She did what I wanted and more! Not only did it look good but it tasted so so good too! My guests kept asking me where it came from and how great it tasted! Thank you!!

I had a sweet tooth attack and went to the bakery section. I found they had individual slices of cake and got a carrot slice and a chocolate slice. Oh my goodness they were so good. I really wanted apple turn overs and they were out. But my mission was accomplished!!! 😋

I went to Tom Thumb to buy flower arrangements. The flowers were fresh and beautiful but as I waited 30 minutes, no one ever came to assist me.

Given the current health climate, I like to shop early when the stores are virtually empty except for the employees. I appreciate the fact that Tom Thumb still opens at 6am, and they offer sanitizer and cart wipes at the door. One way signage for aisles is in place, yet sadly I see very few people follow this guidance. Never had any issues with groceries being out of stock, only the usual Lysol and disinfectants. Store is very clean, well lit, and offers some excellent deals through their app.

I bought a slice of cake, 2 candy bars and a coke. The only thing remotely fresh was the coke! Tom thumb is way to overpriced to have subpar merchandise. I will never shop here or any other tom thumb again.

Ive shopped at Tom Thumb for decades. The store has many items you cannot find elsewhere. The place is always clean and well organized, so I dont have to hunt. If I do ever need help they are very helpful. I sometimes purchase food from Tom Thumb Deli and it is always good. Overall Great Place.

Make up your mind. Ive come in numerous times with my food stamp card and they have always manually input it since the reader doesnt work well. Suddenly today they just stopped doing that because of a, company policy I dont mind if thats true but be consistent. I couldnt get any of my groceries. So thanks a lot for being lazy. I guess I just wont eat

Ive been to the store several times. I have to say the seafood area staff are very nice, but a lady work near the self check out area was terrible. I had a question to ask her about my rain check, she gave me a very dirty look and said No, you cannot redeem it in this store. She made me feel I was bothering her. I just dont understand why a simple short question to a store staff can get such a feedback.

Prices on wine is great! Self check out is fast and there is an associate right there if you need help. Tom thumb has some items that other stores dont have. I always enjoy going to Tom thumb. :-)

When you walk in it smells of mildew from the refrigeration display units for this store which concerns me about sanitation standards overall. They have a wide variety though.

We have shopped at this location since it opened. Unfortunately, it is not what it used to be. I guess since buying Albertsons the employees are not very friendly anymore. Especially the lady that is in Customer Service. When you go to deal with her she never greets you. Her attitude is awful, as if she was doing you a favor. Makes you feel like dirt. Also, they need to do something about their bakery. Some of the items they offer are awful and expensive. Bread quality erratic. Also looking into changing pharmacies. I am tired of medicine providers changed like underwear. Can’t keep up with the different shapes, color of medicines. I take several and it is very confusing. They need to quit dangling the carrot to upper management and focus on quality and service. Perhaps then they may make a good bonus.

This Tom Thumb is clean with a good variety of foods (groceries), produce and convenience meals. Good selection of Organic products. (Organic Produce selection can be a little of a miss sometimes). Very nice Floral Department along with gift items, greeting cards and extensive magazine selections.
