Mike came out and hung our 65” TV, installed a surround sound system and combined all A/V equipment with one remote. He is very professional and always responds in a timely matter. My husband & I were very impressed with his service and couldn’t be more pleased! Highly recommended!

Mike was incredible! We had AV Solutions come out to set up our media room, and equip our living room and patio for music and watching multiple programs at the same time. It took some time to get it right but Mike overcame the challenge and got us set up. He was more than fair with pricing. He never started us towards a more expensive product or solution. Ive taken way too long to post this review, as Mike installed my home video/audio back in July, but please dont let that diminish what an exemplary job he did. Ive moved 5+ times in the past 15 years, each time in different cities, and each time Ive had new home A/V installed. Mike with AV Solutions was top notch. He really does know what he is doing and what he is talking about. Mike provided my consultation, set up, and installation. He even provided me what I would consider discounts without cutting any corners. All I needed was to mount my TV above my fireplace and connect the sound system in my media room. He made sure everything was installed with wires hidden and even provided options for home projects that would fit my budget while making sure I was happy with his work.

I selected AV solution based on the reviews and now I get to write my own review. Im giving a 5 star rating because I feel like the service I got was top of the line professional. I had Mike put in a home new home theater surround sound in my great room. I have had cheap systems over the years and have found you really get what you pay forI askex for a professional to come in and do it right, give me something that is going to last and going to be easy to use. I had just recently switched all 7 TVs in the house to Roku streaming officially cutting- the cable satellite cord. Mike recommend the I add a top of the line harmony remote control which we now absolutely love.... So easy to use, single remote no more pile of remotes, good size touch screen, user friendly, intuitiveSo far we are loving it feel like it was money well spent

Mike came to our house to install a TV over the fireplace on brick. He was prompt, professional, spent a lot of time to do the job just right. He put down a drop cloth to keep the house clean. The cost was fair--less than he had quoted me. He was very nice and did a great job. I would recomment AV Installers any time.

HORRIBLE customer service! I am new to the Flower Mound area and was looking for someone to add additional wall plugs in my house and mount a few tvs. When I called, the guy who answered the phone was less than friendly. I told him what I was looking for and his response was You are the second person to call with this question, we do not install outlets you need to call an electrician. I proceeded to ask him if I were to use the existing outlets, are you able to mount a few televisions? Clearly frustrated and annoyed, he lets out a big sigh and says I already had this conversation with someone. We do package work, like mounting tvs and installing wiring which will run you around $350. I quickly responded with I guess Im confused because earlier you said your company doesnt offer that service I would need to call an electrician. Im sorry if you feel like you have to be a broken record, I came across your information on google and was looking for a reputable company to take on a few projects at my house. It sounds like your company isnt in the business of taking on customers so I will call around for a company who actually wants business. His response was okay. This was my FIRST interaction with this company and I will NEVER consider using them or referring them.
