I have been to 3 different Best Buy stores today looking for a Ring Stick-Up Outdoor Security Camera; like the one in this picture. The store in Lewisville near the Music City Mall has very friendly staff with outstanding customer service, but they had no cameras like this in-stock and the rep advised me to check back tomorrow. Same thing happened at the store in Grapevine, and I was asked to check again tomorrow. Well, I tried the store in Flower Mound and got the same thing: no cameras in stock, but there also was NOT one staff member running the floor to ask if I needed help. I can understand being short staffed and only designating reps to certain departments, but when Im circling the aisle trying to find a specific item and theres no one there to help me... thats a problem. Dont shop here.

NIGHTMARE! Ordered LG dryer on 8/09 and was never delivered despite calling 3 times to reschedule after repeated no shows. Each time representative promised the dryer would be delivered on agreed date and everything would be fine. After the 3rd no show - I called customer service AGAIN on 8/28 (4 weeks since purchased) and was told that my order had been canceled 8/19 due to non payment. I had put the dryer on my Best Buy card to take advantage of no interest so I have no idea what they were referring to. DONE! Purchased through Home Depot instead. Will never use them again!!

Honestly? Going to Best Buy used to be a treat. I used to love going and browsing items. I was sorely disappointed today. There were SO many empty spaces where items should be. There were SO many employees standing around and yet I still had to wait in line to check out. It’s just a bummer because Best But used to set the standard. Maybe it’s just this store? I’ll try the Lewisville store next time before I write them off and let you know what I find.

Ive bought a ton of stuff from Best Buy over the years. More TVs than I could ever count, computers, electronics, DVDs, etc. Attempted to go into Best Buy in Flower Mound today to buy a new router. Was stopped at the front door by a young man insisting I had to wear a mask. When I told him I have a medical condition he said he didnt care, it was company policy. For the record, I am not sick, do not have a fever, and I am fully vaccinated. I did find it interesting the place was a ghost town, I would have had no problem staying 50 from anyone. Its their (dying) company and they can make up rules they believe in but I think ignoring ADA laws is wrong. But its fine, I came home and ordered it from amazon for less money anyway. Good luck Best Bye, you lost a 30 year customer!

In addition, Gregory helped finalize a situation about two months ago regarding a change in our computer status. The wonderful decision also at that time of Jessie Gentry, the assistant store manager, was much appreciated. It is great that Geek Squad Flower Mound keeps customers returning often for more quality customer service.

This place is a joke. A few months ago I shopped here to buy film the man that helped me was very nice, and I didn’t need to wear a mask. I came in a few weeks later, I walked in planning on buying an air filter and this wormy looking guy was trying to force me to wear a mask. I was explaining to him how just a few weeks ago I was able to shop here without one. He argued back with me and was very rude..saying the rules changed. No they didn’t, he was trying to be in control. (The masks are still used as a form of control to this day, even for the vaccinated) what happened to treating customers with respect? Will never shop here again.

They seem to be cutting back in their in store stock and it is noticable. This is one of my favorite places to visit and I continue to be disappointed by available stock. They encourage you to visit their website but many times you want to see what something looks like in person. Especially electronics.

Went there to get my new Samsung phone reflushed and updated but did not get anything done (I was told they are not allowed to do that). Hate the place : they carry outdated stuff or always are out of what I always went there for; they are always more expensive so I only go there in an emergency situation (thanks to the existence of Amazons same-day delivery, it does not happen often that I visit them).... you can easily sense unhappy employees (underpaid, working for a bad company). The decision makers of BB have done nothing to make the company run better.... shortly BB will go thru the same process SEARS have gone, called B A N K R U P T C Y. Other than the people working for this ill company, I have no sympathy for them.

Picked up some Asus ROG Zephyrus laptops after i was refunded the purchase price of my Alienware m17 thanks to my Geek Squad extended warranty! I will always get a geek squad warranty with every laptop that I purchase at Best Buy, it is worth every penny. Do whatever you want to the thing and they will fix it or refund you.

Worst customer service imaginable! After ordering almost $2k worth of TV, mount and install, they cant get it together enough to deliver mount with TV! How are they going to inszall it on the wall, if I cant pick up mount, untill day after they deliver and install for $200.Seemingly simple issue to solve, was insurmountable. They wont even answer phone in Flower Mound store, so keep getting transfered to Best buy HQ, and put on hold for 40 minutes.Best buy has lost my business forever. They waszed a bunch of my time, and didnt seem to care one little bit.

This is really a shout out to both the Flower Mound, and the Frisco location by Stonebriar.My husband just got a new job and needed a high powered mac, but within a certain budget. They educated him on what he needed for the purposes of his new role, and even though they didnt have what he needed at the Frisco location, they sold and held a mac for my husband at the Flower Mound location. He was so excited about his new mac book air, and immediately asked me to review.Thanks for being awesome!

I love best buy and will usually go here to buy things I know I can get cheaper just to get out and see a store with great selections. However, this particular best buy is being run wrong by management. I wanted to buy a couple of laptops and the young guy repeatedly tried to upsell me on getting the credit card to save 10%. Im cool with the upsell but kindly declined a few times. He left to get his manager who then came back with him. The manager couldnt understand why I was declining the card as it would Save me hundreds. I told him I didnt need a credit card. He tried over and over with every sales tactic getting louder and louder and then berating me as if I couldnt qualify or was afraid to apply. I declined repeatedly and had my debit card in hand ready to swipe for a $1500 transaction but he wouldnt stop. I finally said Im going to save $1500 and just left. I couldnt believe that he wouldnt let up. I fear he was using it as a training opportunity to show how its done but it sure backfired on him. As I was walking off he said something I couldnt hear and then started laughing loud enough for the store to hear. I kid you not he was literally trying to embarrass me in the end in front of the entire store. The young employee seemed so embarrassed. Ill continue going to Best Buy, just not this one. Funny part is I went two stores down in the same center to Office Depot found two equally equipped laptops, got the extended warranty, and still saved $400. And they were actually nice there. So consider that store since it is conveniently next door... They even accepted my debit card without pushing a cc.

Best Buy biggest scam. They offer you to buy things for 0% interest for x months, but then the trick comes. After x months, they not only increase your interest rate but they also increase your balance (DOUBLE DIPPING). Of course, when they offer you the card, they conveniently forget to tell you that your balance will also increase.

The store sells products for a huge mark up then does up warranty. I got some studio beats 3 from them only one month ago and they had a manufacturer defective, the manager said there was nothing he could do. Next time Im just saving the money and ordering off Amazon.

My friend and I went here to purchase some home internet equipment and to exchange a new amazon echo dot 4th gen that just wasnt performing correctly. My experience here was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was allowed to price match an item I found on Amazon for cheaper and they did not hassle me at all. This really changes the game as to how I shop because now I can get the instant gratification of shopping in a box store while getting internet prices. Thank you Best Buy!

Customer service was horrible with curbside pick up!! Bring me out my tv and immediately start complaining about it not being able to fit!! Trying to convince me that all of my ideas were bad ones!!! I just paid $500 for this tv leave it and let me do what I want with it!!! How is taking it out of the box to make it fit a bad idea?? Idk but to them it was a very risky situation!! Seems like a lot of employees standing around sometimes. But I was asked two or three times if I needed help, so customer service is good. Reps are attentive and helpful. Store layout is excellent. They have just about anything you could want, and its easy to find. Except on Black Friday and other such days, getting in and out quickly is a breeze. Love that. Great shopping experience.

Geek Squad Knows nothing about laptops!i took my laptop there and told the guy what happend and the Geek Squad Member only Looked at the chargers plug and said wow look, the pin inside is melted!! (apparently he didnt know the difference between Asus 4.5PHI and 5.5PHI chargers! ) then he told me that i have to look for a new laptop!! i was so sad because my laptop is 2000$. fortunately i took my laptop to ubreakifix and with a free diagnostic they told me that there is nothing wrong with my laptop and i only have to change my charger (roughly 80$)btw, nothing was melted inside of the plug! i bought a new one from Asus website and the plug looks just like the old one!

Geek squad here doesn’t have a lot of understanding of IOS despite being an authorized repair center (and the only during COVID). Jose tried sending me home with my replacement device without my SIM card and has no understanding of IOS betas and how they interact with iCloud backups. Go to another location if possible.

I have no idea why I cannot get connected to a representative when calling a physical location. I have called several locations and I end up hanging up at the 20 minute mark of only coming into contact with music the ENTIRE time. I have never had an issue before, probably over a year ago, but the last couple days have been horrible.
