John Crooks is the GOAT! Make sure ya’ll ask for this man if you’re looking for a great deal. I went in there to look around and met him and boy did he deliver. Made me an offer on my dream car and I couldn’t refuse! Walked away with more than I was expecting and the man was authentic. I would’ve bought two cars if I had extra money! I had 5 recalls on my truck, i was out of there 2.5 hours later. miquel did more in that time than the two closest dodge dealers. they didnt have any open appts until next month. i know folsom dodge is gonna be where i buy my 2022 truck, or maybe a 300s.

The staff was very helpful at the dealership. Everyone was polite and willing to do their best to get you what your looking for. During our initial talks we just could not come to an agreement on a number for the vehicle we were looking for. While we were still trying to come to a number we could both agree on, another dealer contacted us with the right numbers and we purchased from them instead. Just on a side note, the cars also had a strange smell in them from what we were told is some kind of scent they put in the vehicles.

It was an overall good experience. Jeff was awesome and did his best to help me. On the day I came, they were short-handed and so I did have a very long wait for...everything. This was especially frustrating because I had an appointment but still had to wait quite a while to check in. That said, Jeff was very professional in all of his behavior and communication. Wait time is Long. Diagnostic Appointments are a whole 7 days out. Then they dont know how long to get parts and repairs done. Our Blower fan needs fixed as no air conditioning. Its our only car. Never ever had this uncertain long wait here before. Pretty disappointing.

General Manager cares about customers’ insight and will rectify any dissatisfaction. Purchased two cars from this dealership, the service center has always been great. My favorite person there is Jonathan, and Avneel is very responsive too. If you bought a car and have any problems I would contact them. The sales manager that helped me the most there is Erik Gibson. Look for him. He will keep his word and make sure youre satisfied with service.

Ive been going to this dealership for over 9yrs. Ive got 3 cars from them and i cant say enough good things about this dealership and their service department. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with both Eric and Charles from the financing Department with all 3 cars, they make me feel like Im family. Ive had multi friends and family go to them for cars which they all have been very satisfied! I had a someone total my 2019 challenger (my baby) and they had me in a 2020 challenger within 3weeks and helped me so much with getting my new car refinanced while waiting for the other loan to get paid off. I went in for service on our truck that we just purchased (just some buffing and a mirror fixed) they ran out of loaner vehicles and with the service dept being so packed I understand! I just took my car to get an oil change from a package that I purchased while buying the vehicle. The time frame they gave me was 30 minutes. It actually took five times longer than that. When I asked why it was taking so long they said “give me a minute” in a harsh/ rude tone. When my vehicle is finally returned to me I discovered that they smoked in my vehicle during the 2 1/2 hours that they had it. I cannot understand why anybody would think this is acceptable behavior. It is not OK to smoke in someone’s vehicle. When my husband called and texted Dodge to speak with them. He never received a call or text back. This is absolutely unacceptable. Treat yourself with respect and stay clear of this business.

My kids and I came here, ready to purchase. They do have a very good assortment of trucks but the sales people never once approached us or offered to help in the 40 minutes we were there. Instead we watched them standing outside, faces in their phones. I appreciate great service so we went ahead and took our business down the road.

Feel like I got mugged by Folsom Lake CJDR! After using their pricing tool which they say is the same as used by their sales staff, AND negotiating a deal over the phone with the Sales Manager, Victor Duru, I scheduled a time to come in and sign the paperwork. But when I got there for my appointment, the Duru hid in the backroom and sent a junior staffer out with a whole different deal.If Duru made a mistake and couldnt live up to either the online deal or the one we negotiated over the phone, I would have been disappointed, but the worst part was him hiding in the back room!Chrysler should thank Morgan Hill CJDR, otherwise wed have switched to Toyota...

I just want to say that I attempted to go through Chrysler Dodge Jeep elk Grove for a recall and for months they have been telling me that they do not have this part I spoke with the FCA and they told me the part is available and has been available my tags are expired as of May I have been riding around with out tags DMV will not release them until I get the recall fixed. DO NOT GO TO ELK GROVE LOCATION!!!I was pleasantly assisted by a wonderful lady with great customer service here at the Folsom location her name was Diana she was very prompt we did not have to sit on hold for over 20 minutes like you do at the other location and what do you know I have an appointment this week!! Terrible. The salesman was amazing but the general manager victor duru was not good. I brought in a 2017 Sierra fully loaded with 29k miles trade in value KBB of 45k. He insisted on me telling him what I wanted but I kept insisting on him making me a offer first. After offering me 10k below KBB I said apparently were very far apart. He began to fabricate stories that Carfax said my vehicle had been in 3 accidents. It had 1 which was a fender bender and all that was repaired was the fender. The other 2 accidents he claimed were the date is was inspected and the date is was repaired. I told him 1 he said 3 and continued to argue with me. I told him I am the original owner and have all proper documentation to prove one accident with dates and he wouldnt hear it. He then said I wouldnt even put your truck on my lot Id send it to auction.At that point I asked for my keys.I would never buy a vehicle here based on the management. The salesman are amazing and they are held back by the attitude of their GM.Lost a sale.I will still be buying my brand new dodge 2500 diesel, but not from this dealership.Its one thing to disagree, its another to insult.On my way to Roseville dodge right now.

They dont return calls. I have a new truck under warranty and broken down. After no return calls for two days I called a 5th time and theyre response was to wait a week for an appointment. I reiterated that my truck was down and that I needed a replacement vehicle. I was advised to look for another dealership!

They lied!! I called to verify if a vehicle is in stock as you can’t trust the website. I had Mary Ann double check it was there, she assured me if was there. I made an appointment to come drive the vehicle. I took time off work and drove 30 minutes each way to see the vehicle just to get here and have her say.. oops I guess I didn’t have the vehicle. Such lairs, If they will lie like that to get you on their lot they will lie about everything else.. SCAM dealership!!!

Sometimes business forget the reputation loss and its value and Folsom CDJR is a perfect example.Really disappointed after my recent purchase. Although i was in and out in 45 mins but the vehicle I received was in a terrible condition. After initiating the contact, it took 3.5 weeks to deliver the vehicle and the sales team kept on mentioning sunroof motor replacement where as the basics werent taken care of.Heres whats wrong and no one responded from the dealership after i raised the issue-1. Tires have uneven wear anywhere from 2-4 of 32. Theres a 3 inch long rip on the front tire. Not safe at all.2. Check 4x4 light is on and the four wheel mechanism is malfunctioning. Why did I buy a 4x4 vehicle when it doesnt work3. Oil change not done (see picture)4. Truck is Dirty! (See pictures) oil stains, dirt and smell everywhere along with pet hair!5. Back up camera doesnt work.screen flickers or shows black screen.6. Driver side lock/unlock doesnt work which is a safety hazard in the event of accident.Informed the sales team, delivery team about detail but NO action and they kept on saying that they are selling vehicle in loss but i paid more than blue book value.I was told that they will Not run my credit as i have my own financing but they still did and said oops.I do not want to name anyone but its really sad that they consider short term gains over customer service.

I had to take my car here for a recall item. Dropped off in the evening. Never did an evening drop off so I had to rely on their instructions. They didnt have the proper envelopes just plain instructions said to fill out form? Im lost already because they only had plain envelopes. There was also a key stuck in the drop box from someone else so I couldnt put my key in or someone could just teach in and take it. I had to go inside and ask the sales people how to? They were very helpful filled out for me unstuck key. Thank goodness.I get a call from service the next day telling mr its ready. I asked if they washed my car? Guy s a ys no but he will b ave them wash it.Im not sure why they dont automatically do that everywhere else usually does. But ok. They are doing it. I arrive to pick up my car I was told to go to cashier she handed me paperwork. I ask r d for an explanation of what exactly was one. She sent me back to service. Then I was sent on a hunt for my car. They dont pull your car up for you they told me in parking lot to left? So off I go to find my car. Took a few minutes to find my car sitting in the sun without my windshield protector on which was sitting right in passengers seat you cant miss it. Why didnt they put on? If it wasnt for sales department I would have given them only 2 stars. Not happy with customer service sucked!!

Took my Jeep Cherokee in for routine maintenance and a recall, while traveling across country. Service staff was very attentive, and even searched to find a coupon for a service I needed. California makes it difficult for Service Writers to see my maintenance history, but Jonathan and Todd listened and helped me to get just what I needed. Free coffee and several comfortable waiting areas dispersed around the showroom, made this a delightful place in which to wait. If you like hats, keychains and other automotive swag, their parts department is the place to go! Should I need service while visiting my aunt again, Ill definitely return to Folsom Lake. Great dealership!

Went ready to lease a vehicle. Then after dealing with an incompetent salesman for over two hours, test driving two vehicles and finally deciding on the one I liked and deciding to purchase, then dealing with my trade in, the salesman says comes back out and says he made a mistake and the actual cost was going to be 5000 higher than the paper said. I walked away and went and purchased a Cadillac the next evening.

If I could give zero stars I would. My 2016 Jeep Patriot started having some issues back in October of 2020, it was randomly shutting down while I was driving it so obviously very unsafe for me and other drivers in the road. I took the car to their service department who ended up replacing the fuse box ($4000 fix) then ended up back at their service department March of 2021 for the same problem. In March they kept my car for 2 days and told me it was fine and there’s nothing wrong with it... there was obviously something very wrong but I decided to just cut my losses and get into a new car. So I go to their sales department who only offered me $6500 trade allowance for my 2016 Jeep Patriot since I said it’s not safe to drive... yet their service department said it was totally fine. Long story short, I had an extremely frustrating experience dealing with Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I tried to send Darron Sanders, the general manager, an email to see if he’d be willing to help me out at all and I never heard back. I ended up going to the Roseville Jeep dealership and they promptly got me into an affordable, safe car and offered me a reasonable trade allowance. I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding the Folsom location and just drive the extra 20 minutes to Roseville. You won’t regret it!!By the way, it’s been two months since I’ve gotten into my new car and I’ve now received 5 automated emails from Darron Sanders at the Folsom dealership offering to help me trade in my Jee Patriot.. haha! So disappointing and Annoying.

I recently went into Folsom Lake CDJR for service due to a faulty sensor on the bumper of my 19 Challenger. I worked with service representative Todd and received exceptional service. I have done business with this dealer both buying a new car and service on my prior Challenger and have experienced service above and beyond at every level and from every department. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car or to service an existing car.

No need for an appointment to do a oil change and tire rotation. The wait time is about an hour to an hour and a half. No need to ware masks among employees either, people dont get it till member of their family or themselves get covid-19.

I recently purchased a new Dodge Charger at Folsom Lake Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was a repeat customer having purchased my first Charger there in 2010. Since my experience was so positive with my first Charger I decided to return there to purchase my second Charger. I am happy with my purchase. The only reason for 4 stars is because the entire buying process is geared towards trade-ins and financing.

Received great price on vehicle only reason Folsom Lake Chrysler is getting one star. This Business speaks of its integrity on its website when you read what they stand for which is far from the truth. Bought used vehicle which came with their car Doc 3 month 90 day warranty which thought was great until tried using it for some repairs. Was told bye sales Manager it will cover anything wrong with vehicle dont worry about a thing we have you covered. Well they did not have us covered when it came down to it was told bye service advisor Allison that the certain item is not covered under warranty. I could keep rambling on about my experience but what good is going to do im just saddened that this is how Business operate these days. As a Business owner myself I do whatever necessary to satisfy my customers but I guess not every business operates the same way. I Hope service department can learn to be a bit more professional and not so Rude i understand they have a remedial job but its not that difficult to have great customer service. Would never recommend friends or family to this Business and have them experience the same disappointment.
