We took our brand new Jeep into service twice within less than a week of driving it ourselves, it stood on the lot for 4 days and no one would call unless I’d call and that’s impossible to get a hold of anyone. We finally picked up our Jeep and the issue wasn’t even fixed even though they said it was fixed. After we got home I tried reaching them to get it figured out and it’s very impossible to get a hold of anyone that’s in charge, even leaving my info seems pointless cuz they never call back anyway. We were so excited about our new car, but now we are just disappointed in it all....
Lousy service!!! We scheduled appointment Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 8:15 AM for resolution of the drivers side floor mat recall and oil change. We were not made aware that the floor mat was not in stock and had to be ordered. Service that should have taken less than 30 minutes took over an hour and I had to make ANOTHER appointment for the next day to come and get the floor mat installed!
Dont make an appointment. It means nothing. Made an appointment at 10:45, went and picked it up at 1:45 because they hadnt even pulled it into the shop yet. Parked right where i left it still!
Why cant you guys give simple straight forward expereince....you fix and I pay and if I have any questions please answer. I took my car for service a check engine light and got a call it was done went to pick up got a bill.I asked a question what was the charge for and what was done I dont think thats a wrong question. Cashiers called my service advisor(Blanca) she came barging at me shouting I am on my lunch what do you want.....really who do you think I am ...I am a paying customer wanted to know what you guys did on my car the people who called should have a idea whom to call if advisor is on lunch ....thats not rocket science any advisor can answer my question.But this service advisor (Blanca) literally shouted at me for disturbing her lunch which I am not aware of and I really dont care.....you are not called by me.Just try to be normal with your paying customers . If you cant be nice just be normal.
