I absolutely love and 100% love this Place. I bought my car 2 years ago and have been taking my car in for maintenance every 3 or so months (whenever required) as well as when it was recently “acting up”. Chris and Addison have always treated me with respect and have never tried to upsell or cheat me. If I ask a question in regards to what I may need they give me honest advice. I recently took my car in because I felt like there was something wrong with my transmission. They forewarned me it may be the worse case scenario (new transmission). Sure enough it was. I received a rebuilt transmission with any new part they could have used and another mechanic (the best in the shop that Chris assigned this project to). I did not pay a dime! Yes, I have a warranty BUT most mechanic shops would have added something that wasn’t covered to make money. My car runs so smooth (They know it’s my baby) better than when I first bought it.I have never taken my anywhere else and never will. I give them a 100%, 5 Star rating and that very rarely happens.
My sales guy, Justin, was helpful and no pressure. He happily showed me every vehicle I wanted to see. He went above and beyond to make my car purchasing experience as easy going as possible. Myfinance guy, Jeff, was friendly and knowledgeable about the loan process. He did not pressure any additional purchases although I purchased a warranty because it was a great deal. Highly recommend both of them!

Shopping for a new Nissan Pathfinder and could not find one available in stock, so look for one in transit. But the one we were interested in came in and went before we could see it. Sales Kevin Ward helped us by locating about her possibly in the area. Meanwhile we shopped the lot and he suggested a new 2021 Murano Platinum AWD available to us. Having a2007 Murano we looked and test drove it. Great features, performance, and comfortable too. Sat down, no pressure, and a fair price negotiation. Finance director, Jeffrey Unger then explained all the paperwork involved and signed us up for the rebate and low interest rate. Overall one of the best automobile dealers and sales staff we’ve dealt with. Completely satisfied and will definitely recommend Nissan of Folsom Lake to anyone anytime.

Aaron Kuper, my service Advisor was warm and helpful from the moment I called into the Folsom Nissan Dealer. I was on the road having transmission problems and he answered some basic questions on the phone. Upon my request he set up a service appointment asap. Once I arrived at the service department Aaron patiently answered my questions and explained options. When I needed more time to decide on whether or not to complete the transmission repair, Aaron emailed and texted the estimate promptly and worked with management to get me the best price they could offer. I never felt pressured, I always felt that my concerns were heard and respected.

I had a visor on the driver side that wouldn’t stay up. I went to a different Nissan dealership and was told the part was on back order and that they would call me when it came in. They never called. I felt like a burden to them. When I called Folsom Nissan, they were extremely helpful. The parts dept. and the service dept. worked hand in hand to make sure I was taken care of. Chris made me feel very welcome and took care of problem as well as a couple of recall items that needed to be addressed. Amazing customer service all around. Thank you!

This was our first time to Nissan Folsom having just moved into the area. Service was excellent. This was also the first time I needed my extended warranty. It was hassle free. My current vehicle is in great shape but will definitely visit Nissan Folsom when shopping for a new vehicle.

I made an appointment because I had to miss work to do this. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half for the software update (it was a recall). An hour and a half later they still said it would be at least another 45 minutes. That they got busy. So that means they had just started it after I had been sitting there an hour and a half already. Isn’t that the purpose of an appointment? I ended up sitting there for three hours, missing work and having to cancel two work appointments. If you can’t honor my appointment then tell me when I get there, offer me a ride home. Don’t be completely disrespectful of my time and my job and just say, yea we got really busy. Because my appointment should have priority over other things that did not have an appointment. I missed half a day of work for something that was supposed to take an hour to an hour and a half.

Kevin (the Manager) is a real jerk. Spoke with him once almost a year ago and when I tried to engage in another conversation, per recommendation of Nissan corporate, his attitude was that I was some sort of problem customer and that I was bugging him. Literally did nothing to try and resolve my issue and basically told me to pound sand. Ive bought 3 high-end Nissan sports cars (two 370Z Nismos and a G37S) and this will be my last.
This was my 3rd purchase from Future Nissan of Folsom and will not be my last. I’ve been to those places where you get the car salesman that never leave you alone, but that’s not this place. Never once did we feel pressured or like we were making a split second decision. They let us have time to think, to look, and never made us feel like we had to give them an answer immediately. This is definitely the place I wanna continue to buy my cars from, I would recommend it to anyone. The experience is what buying a car should be like; short, simple, and I got a great car without any hassle. Used the Capital One AutoFinder to find a new car that I liked as my previous car was financed through Capital One. Josh had the car I was interested in pulled up and ready for me when I arrived for my appointment, and took my final paper application to submit it to Capital One. Once the terms were approved, the trade in was agreed on, I was in and out in a Jiffy.Driving from San Francisco, CA to Folsom, CA was worth it.

From the beginning salesman was great, but finalizing the deal with the car since was used and paid cash in finance and it is understandable they need to make extra sales on maintenance and warranty the finance person it did insist on getting them since I didn’t want them other than that everything when smooth. And I am happy with the purchase.

We were reminded of a crack in the front control arm of the car, which seems like a more serious issue with the structure of the car and something that might be a defect. We’re being told it’s not covered, even though we have an extended warranty on the car. First, what’s the point of having an extended warranty if it’s not going to at least cover structural issues. Second, we shouldn’t have to call Nissan ourselves to find out if our warranty will cover. I was duped into spending a ton of money for the prepaid maintenance and the extended warranty but it hasn’t really covered anything. I feel ripped off, and I regret it every day.

I cold called Future Nissan in Folsom because Roseville Infiniti NEVER even called me back about a possible maintenance. I spoke with Edgar and he welcomed me to drop my car off. Edgar even sent photos of the needed extra replacements and were sent to me via text that afternoon. I had it back and finished by the end of the day as he said it would even with those extra things needed to be done. Edgar was fantastic throughout and is an excellent employee along with the mechanic who spoke to me before I left. As a first time experience, I will for sure come back to Nissan in Folsom for future maintenance!

Went in for schedule mantinace for my Rogue. It was fast friendly service. Answered all of my questions and let me know what to expect on my next service.
We took the Nissan Sentra for 55000 miles Multi Point inspection and oil Change. Without telling us, Nissan Folsom was going to add a Motor Oil Additive. Nobody asked for this additive!!! When we asked the Service Agent to remove this additive, she changed her body language and no more friendly anymore.
I was in and out of there so fast, I didnt even get to get into my book good. FNF always provides me excellent, and thorough service. Everyone is pleasant, and after every visit, I leave with the confidence that the job was done right the first time. Props to Jeff L.♥
Service Manager and Consultant Addison Hussey, who assisted me throughout, provided me the specific needs of my vehicle 2018 Murano, no more and no less. After determining during a road test that the collision sensor was not working properly, Mr. Addison impressed upon me the importance of this safety function. He afforded to provide me a courtesy vehicle so that I did not have to wait needlessly. He estimated that the repair would be done by 3:30pm...he communicated with me via text and as expected, about 5 hours later, the vehicle was ready. Just know that I live out of town and about an hour drive to Future Nissan of Folsom. Its great to know that my vehicle is in good hands.

Was greeted immediately by service tech. Service tech was very friendly, professional, and informative. He arranged a Lyft for me which was a pleasant surprise because I thought I had to wait for my car. He gave me an overview of things to watch out for and likely to be addressed at my next service.
I really like customer service. I usually make an appointment for service and takes around 1 1/2 hours. Plenty chairs in the lounge, free coffee while waiting, tv on, free WiFi, shuttle service. I have prepaid service but to n honest I would never do it again. It does not cover everything and it is pretty pricey my my for oil change.
