Bought our 2020 Honda CRV Hybrid (Touring) here and they gave us a great deal with our trade-ins. We also saw them work with a couple who had challenged credit and they were very considerate of their needs, going over different ways of financing with them without the high pressure of most dealerships. The service department is friendly and their express service is the fastest Ive ever seen in my nearly 50 years. Will definitely miss this place now that were moving to Reno.

I brought my 2014 Corvette in to Folsom Chevrolet for CEL- bad AFM valve left muffler. 3 trips and 2 weeks later got correct muffler. Right muffler AFM valve failed at dealership upon my pickup of car. One month later they found and installed muffler. Workmanship was fair but not good. See photos of misaligned rear mufflers and missing bolts on rear valance.

Great mechanics. Customer service is improving. Just expect to be there for longer than quoted even with an appointment.

Extremely unhappy with the service received at the KIA dealership service department.. they only did the bare minimum on my multiple recalled car to not get sued.. and the problem still persists, I dont even think they did anything while they had my car.. will report to Kia overseers to hopefully get my recalls fixed correctly

Came here a few days ago. I wanted to trade in my car for a newer one. I met Paul, Ivan and Steve. They were super amazing helped me pick out my new car that I love a lot. They gave me a lot of advice and taught me new stuff about the car and gave a great deal. Im super thankful for you all. I would highly recommend coming here and buying a car from them.

I came in to look at a used Lexus. They had just received it. When I took test drive the price sticker from their purchase was on dashboard for around 18,900. There was also a sticker on window that there was a three month warranty on the car.They were charging 21 something for same vehicle.I asked about them working with me on price. Zack was all smiles and reassured me that if course they would.They didn’t, at all! In fact, I ended up paying, after paying 3,500 for an extended warranty was $27,000!Also, they offered me no warranty of their own.But, that’s not why they get one star. I’m an adult that was aware of what I was signing up for. I thought their double talk and empty promises was sleazy but was something I could ignore because I chose that I wanted the car and I could afford it.Here’s the real problem, they flat out lied and misled me over the credit. I came in there fully pre approved from my credit union. I told them numerous times I was going to use my credit union. They still had me fill out a credit app twice because I put down my po box on the first one. I asked several times why I had to do this. They said it was to confirm my ID??I found out that they had put a hard request on all three credit firms!! This is on my record on and it affected my credit rating! They lied through their teeth about checking credit! I can take all the smiles and empty promises because I knew what was going on and had the power to bail if I wanted to. But, when you unnecessarily lie to me I find that totally unacceptable. What they did was legal but, I’m going to shower the internet with my story. Beware there are plenty of dealerships why go to one that you can’t trust!!

Went with my daughter to buy a used van shed found. She worked with Jay and finances with David, both really wonderful to work with. Got everything ready. Was not pushy or pressuring throughout. Explained everything and actually found her a better deal financially than the one originally agreed upon. Further found her a great warranty, added in car theft device that was one up front fee for life for a price that only rsised her monthly about 6 dollars. They made the whole experience positive and we left with smiles and a very nice van. Dreaded the whole thing to start with, but totally took that away. Great people to work with and stand by their words. Advertised with wireless headphones and they are ordering them exactly as was supposed to be there, no questions asked. Again Great Experience all around. Highly recommend them

Bought two cars over the past 3 yrs from here. The first car they where awesome the second not do great. Offered a whole lot and did not deliver. My car is great and I love it just not happy with the way they didnt follow through with what they told us we were getting. When I tried to get it resolved no one would call me back.

I have been bringing my cars into The Folsom Auto Mall Service since I moved into the area in 2000. This time, my service advisor was Michael Leis and he has been the most friendly and attentive service advisors Ive worked with in a while. He greeted me with a smile and treated me in a professional manner but also as if he had known me for a long time (even though this was my first time working with him)! I really dont like rating an entire auto mall together as one dealership can be very different than another.I visited several dealerships and browsed the lots.Kia had very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff and not very pushy but they had few cars to look at as ford and Toyota took up the majority of car space.As auto malls go this one is on the small side but they have many, many used vehicles that may fill your automotive void.Its worth checking out if you live in the area and dont want to travel too far.

Salesman did an ok job about explaining the new Pilot but the test drive WAS WAY TOO SHORT and I couldnt get a real feel for the car. I ended up purchasing from Shingle Springs Honda which was more competitive price wise. I also was able to take that long test drive I wanted to get a better feel for the car. Sales person did and excellent job there.

Unfortunately, the service took two and a half hours for oil change. People that work there are extremely relaxed about not wearing masks.

Great service...all around. Wish there was some way for them to digitally keep the service coupons they send out to me. I always leave them at home.

We never felt pressured in any way at any time.Matt was very transparent about the business, sales quotas, warranties, and the used car policy. This made us feel very comfortable.This was the last dealership on our list, and Im glad we went. We took the car for a test drive and bought it the same day. Couldnt be happier so far.

Made several stops at different dealerships. Everything from the Ford Dodge and Chevy dealership looking for a 1 ton truck. No one seem to have anything larger than a half ton truck what a waste of time.

I wouldnt suggest car rentals there go elsewhere. Ive done business with them for years until I rented there a few weeks ago. The new guy Chris is a joke no customer service skills whatsoever. We reserved a mid size car only to receive a compact vehicle and he would not deduct the difference in price. Never doing business with them again and will tell everyone I know not to go there for car rentals. Please go elsewhere its not worth the problem to give them any business.

Dont waste your time with Gmc dealership here. Go to Thompson Gmc dealership in Placerville. I was told to come down and if I had a written quote from other dealership(Thompson dealership) they would beat or match the price. Lairs! I went down there wasted 2hrs. Met Marty there he has the worst customer service. He doesnt know anything about the products he is selling. Went down to Thompson dealership got better price, better price for my trade in and got to experience great customer service.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Arrived 10 minutes early. I was in & out within an hour. They also rotated my tires and did safety check.

Folsom GMC always great service. Real Pros. I would recommend the dealership to anyone with a GM car or truck!

Being wheelchair I felt very out of place I was trying to buy a 3500 Dodge Ram and I couldnt get up under the truck and the guy couldnt help me and I just felt very uncomfortable the man was very very nice there was something that was missing in the place that I I guess they just dont do anymore it were the big leaflets with all of the facts on them all I have is a phone so thats all the internet that I have and trying to see something through a phone about the information on the truck is why even bother looking so I really miss having that brochure with all of that information in there but I would have to say that the gentleman were very polite they were not pushy as I was expecting but they were very very nice

Folsom Chevrolet may have changed my mind.Ive bought two used cars from them and both times I was treated very well.I didnt always get what I wanted, but it was an acceptable transaction both times.The service department is, in my humble opinion, Simply Amazing. Folsom Auto Mall gets 3 Stars ONLY because of the Excellent Customer Service that Hyundai and Honda has to offer. The other car dealers in that mall are rude, disrespectful and aggressive. I recommend only dealing with HONDA AND/OR HYUNDAI.

I own two Nissan. I needed a special service on my car. They did the service and fixed the electric problem that prevented the headlight from working. I really love their service department. Everybody is friendly and the work on my cars is always done to my satisfaction.

This is my spot for anything car-related that needs fixing. Always friendly service, and they have a nice little waiting room you can chill in (seriously - bring a jacket - it gets cold there in the winter) and get hot chocolate / coffee / snacks, for free.Adjacent to the waiting room is a neat little shop that sells car accessories & knick knacks.

Folsom Lake Honda gives great service! We have bought our cars and had them serviced there and would not go anywhere else. I call Brett Hoskins my car doctor, hes always upfront when it comes to servicing my car and never disappoints.

Staff is awesome always nice, Cesar Marquez is a great guy, he will go out of his way to please the client, makes sure youre happy with the vehicle youre buying!!! Folsom Lake Kia needs more sales agents like him

I toon my truck in for maintenance.. checkin took way toooo long and the new advisor never checked on me and I was there for 5 hours. I will bring my vehicle back but i will make sure to ask for Dave or the other advisor. They checkin on their customers and they know what to do
