So fun and so many things to do! Each little room has multiple self-serve activities and there are probably a dozen or more rooms. Lots of windows and doorways so it’s easy to find your kids. Bring socks!! (For the adults too!) Great place for a birthday party or just to get out of the heat. My ice chai was delicious.

Ive taken my grandchildren to both locations. My last visit I was charged a tip that I did not authorize. The only contact I had with the staff was when I paid upon entry. I had no experience with the staff to decide whether or not I would tip them... When I noticed on my credit card statement I was charged 30 something dollars for an hour play I emailed the owner. We corresponded back and forth through email nothing was resolved. Basically I was just told she saw the charge on my credit card. Nice place but at 30 something dollars for an hour? After thinking about it I dont think it will be part of our journey to return. I saved the emails they were very pleasant but no resolution.

I liked it my kids loved it I took so many pictures every room was something different. The food was not that great. But for moms who in school or just need a time out take them here I recommend it its a fun place for children of all ages and its very clean

So clean! What a great 2 hour block of scheduled play. The kids had a blast, i got some time to work with the free wifi and a chai latte (the most delicious! )

Let me start off by saying this place is totally overpriced. It looked like someone had thrown together a few toys in each room with some sort of theme. Felt like an overprice bootleg Chuck E. Cheese. I read the reviews after I went and realize the owner seems to be very passive aggressive with any negative response. I probably wouldn’t have gone had I read the reviews. If things go as planned I’m sure I’ll get some kind of apologetic or justification email from the owner either way save your breath we won’t be back. Nice staff, good coffee and a great environment for kids to pretend and play. My child 1.5 years and had a blast in all the different, small theme rooms.

This is great place to have fun with your kid. Its super inexpensive and all the different activities keep the kids interested. I really like that most of the activities are practical life activities.

I’ve taken my daughters to busy kidz a few times and they absolutely love it. My older daughter loves to draw and paint and they have so many fun things that she loves to do. If you haven’t taken your smaller kids here it is perfect for preschool age kids! Thanks for having a fun place for Kids to play!

I really enjoy bringing the kids to Busy Kids--Im able to read or get a little work done while the kids play. Unfortunately, I noticed today that the owner was not enforcing masks, not even for parents/adults. The owner and the employee cleaning/serving were also not wearing masks. If I had known ahead a time, I would not have made a reservation. I look forward to our county numbers reducing so mask mandates arent such a concern.

This place is inside of an hotel inn. So technically its not a kids playground.

Only for kids ages 4 and older, which is disappointing since they have toddlers all over their social media. Would rather give my business to other play places around the area that allow toddlers.

I have been to the facility for the last couple years at least a dozen times. My grandchildren love it!! It is a great concept. I have always been very happy and wanted to support the company until this last time on 6-10-19 the last I visited. I checked in with my three grand kids and they put on there socks and went to play. I sat in the front area reading my book as usual. 90 MINUTES later the person working approached me and said I had to have socks on to stay. I was totally caught off guard because All the times I had been there know one had ever said that to me, only to the kids and to be in the play area. She continued to raise her voice and kept repeating her self. I tried to explain I had been there lots and never had been told I had to have socks on and I was sorry. She kept arguing with me it was the rule and always had been. I asked what she wanted me to do and she would not answer. I asked her if I should just leave and she said yes. So I took my kids and left and will not be back not because of rule, even though I find ridiculous, but because how I was treated and how embarrassing it was. The other mothers where shocked and told me so. Just so unprofessional!!!!!Just want to update my review. I was totally impressed when I received a response from the owner, Jessica right away about my review. She went above and beyond to make it right. I just want to say thanks so much for caring and reacting to my experience. So many people would not of said anything and just do not care any more in this world. It was refreshing to see some one who cares. Thanks again and the party was AWESOME!!!!

Our son loves to come here. We started when he was 16 months old and had his 2nd birthday party here. Little coffee cart to help parents wake up or stay awake.

So so fun. Great place. Clean environment and super fun for kids! My only complaint is that they have a monthly membership instead of an annual pass. I would love to get a family annual pass.

We just celebrated our kids’ birthdays at BusyKidz in their semi private room. It was such a great budget friendly deal! We celebrated during open play hours so the kids got to play with new friends in addition to their party guests. It was on a Friday evening, so it wasn’t too busy. The kids love the pretend play. They have an awesome new pilot school room. Our party guests also enjoyed mingling in a separate room and being able to see their kids play creatively. It was a great experience for a great price.

Great interactive place where parents can chill a little or play along! Outside coffee is allowed but why not get it there. My 3 yr old had a great time playing in the different areas. Looks like they can change things up easily but not sure how often it happens. Monthly fee for unlimited trips that would be great for people that lived close enough.

The rooms were super cute and looked like they would be fun but by the time we arrived at 11:30 the place was trashed. While it seems like a good concept, who is encouraging children to share or be nice? Not the parents who are sitting out of sight. We had to leave because there was so much bad behavior from kids and no one paying attention😢The price is very high especially compared to other facilities that are cleaner, friendlier and offer almost the same play.

Took my grandson there today for the first time. It was quite at first, but then it got really busy and in about an hours time was completely trashed. My compliments to the staff, who where going around reorganizing and picking up as fast as they could, while serving coffee to the adults and making sure everyone was wearing socks. Not an easy task, but it kept thing enjoyable for everyone. Bravo! Fun place for creative play. But, not a place for parents to lose interest in watching their own kids.

Oh I love busy kids. I think its really one of the cutest kids places in the greater Sacramento. It encourages imagination play.

I love this place. We go often to play and have had a birthday party there. Its clean, the people are nice, the kids can run around and are safe so you dont have to follow them around the whole time. The party they did for us was easy and well done. They offer a lot to make it as easy as it can be. All in all a great place!

Great anniversary party! We thought it was free but we ended up having to pay... Not a big deal though cause it was plenty of fun. Nachos, cotton candy, 2 bounce houses, train ride... kids had a blast!

This place is great. Theres a lot of imagination play here and my little girl loved it. They have snacks and drinks they sell plus the chai latte is pretty dang good. The only thing I would change is that there was only 1 staff member(Tasha) on hand and there were between 8 and 10 families there, they definitely need to add more staff. Tasha was overwhelmed but still did an amazing job and had a great attitude. Thanks for all the help and keep up the great work.

A great place to take the little ones. The play town is awesome, there are so many rooms to explore with different themes, and the kids can take the toys wherever they want. There is a wooden play structure in the middle, as well as a real piano in one room. The art room isnt always open, but when it is they have various mediums available with parental supervision. There are a couple tables in the front where the parents can hang out while the kids play, and there are some outside tables. The coffee at their snack bar is excellent and there is also drinks and snacks for the kids. There is only one bathroom, but a second changing table in the same hallway. Cubbies are available to leave your things, as shoes are not allowed but socks are required. The parking lot is behind the Arco and fills up quickly.I recently went to a character event (Mickey & Minnie for Valentines), and while it was organized chaos it was still fairly easy for me to get my kids pics with the characters after storytime. They also got tiny cupcakes and could make a card with glitter and stickers. It was quite a full house but everyone is respectful. The staff are helpful and quick with making drinks.I take my three kids as often as possible, they love it!

Its a moms paradise ... Do yourself a favor and go! To expand slightly ... Comfy seating, coffee bar, hours and hours of kid entertainment, escape proof play!! The only thing I have to check is my ocd when it comes to organizing toys... I may have fixed the store a time or ten 😂 I mean veggies should not be in the dress up room! Staff is friendly and thank goodness does do periodic toy sweep- owner is super sweet. Worth the drive!

BusyKidz is a great place to bring your kids to play. It is divided into a dozen or so small rooms with different play experiences. Kids can explore and imagine in each space, and even create in the art studio when it is open. There is a coffee bar for parents to order custom drinks, and you can even order lunch for your children. There is a nice area for parents to sit while children play, but adult supervision is required and not the job of the employees. At peak times, it can feel pretty chaotic. Plan to be more hands on when there are many friends playing. When things are calmer, I love letting my kids roam the rooms alone so I can catch up on work emails. There is free WiFi access (though dont count on fast speeds when there are many parents present). The toys are cleaned and maintained regularly, and new things are added each time we come (about once every two months). We love BusyKidz!

I’m not entirely sure how I could survive without this place and the team that runs it (completely serious). For Bird’s whole life she’s had to sit and wait for her sisters classes to be done. My husband found Busy Kidz and suggested we get a membership so Bird had somewhere to wait twice a week. Never did I think I would be so grateful to be at a kids play area twice a week. Every single person that works there is a pure pleasure. The events they hold are adorable and not over the top. The gift for members is such a sweet treat that really drives home the owners care and the price of going and the prices at the cafe are absurdly good.Thanks for being this mamas village ladies ❤️

The place is great for kids to spend time with other kids to play. They had an open house last Saturday and the kids had fun with the train ride, the games and just playing inside the facility. Nachos for everyone while you can buy ice cream, drinks. Everyone had fun.

This place has a socks required policy for all adults as well, which is great if you are actively participating in the play area. My kids are big and independent enough to play on their own. I chose not to buy their ridiculously priced pair of socks, so I was forced by the rude in-charge to sit outside the facility in the scorching heat while my kids played inside. The owner should display a sign Socks required beyond this point right outside their door.In reply to owners response: I was not allowed to sit at the table because I was sent right out the door after I already paid for the admission. The policy of parents requiring socks is not even mentioned on your website under Plan Your Visit so that is your way of surprising people and putting them (and kids) in an unpleasant situation while extorting money from them.

A little small but packed with awesome play areas. We took our students here for a field trip and they had a blast. The themes rooms are awesome. Theres a lego/block area, a little kitchen/restaurant, a vet shop, music area, mail room, laundry/house. So much fun.

Just go to the playground? I do not understand the concept of this place like really though just go to Costco and buy every kids play center and lease out a building and done! Don’t forget to overcharge ridiculously maybe need to contact BBB.....

My son always has an amazing and enjoyable experience here every time! The stuff is always so friendly and helpful. The environment is super inviting and safe for the children. I completely recommend this place over and over again!

Love this place! Perfect for all ages really, but the older kids can get a little too rough around the babies. But the staff does a great job at talking to the kids and parents if situations arise. Bring socks!! They sell them here but are rather expensive Haha. Love that they have a coffee and bar for the adults, as well as some lunch options for the kids. Definitely reccomend!

Great place! Took my son and niece for free play and they both LOVED it! Quiet, calm environment for the parents to relax and keep an eye on their kiddos while the kids get to experience a safe sense of independent play with other children their own age.

Place is dirty...parents are supposed to supervise their children but no one is enforcing this rule. So you have a bunch of kids tearing the place apart. They have a socks only rule in the play area which is great, but they only enforce this for the kids so parents can walk around with shoes. I made the mistake of wearing white socks, which were black when we left. Im sure my child had fun, however I did not and would never return.

My son LOVED it but I felt it was very dirty.

The bathroom wasnt very clean and was lacking paper towels. That being said it looked like it had been a very busy day when we went, Im sure it isnt always like this. My son (2 1/2 years old) really enjoyed himself and thats the main reason for going.

I️t is a really cute idea, but I️ couldn’t get past how dirty everything was. I️ was there right when they opened and the toys were dirty and most didn’t work. The mirrors in one of the playrooms had snot and hand prints on I️t from who knows when. Obviously nothing has been wiped down or sanitized. The parent lounge is a nice idea except parents should be watching their kids, not sitting on their laptops. The older kids run wild taking toys from and running over the younger ones with no one watching them.

It was amazing! Such an awesome idea, was so nice to be able to relax and let my kid play with so many different toys.

Great place for young children! We visited Buzy Kidz with our grandsons and they had an awesome time! We were there for over 2 hours and they were busy the entire time! Very clean, organized and friendly employer. I would highly recommend!

BusyKidz Play Town is such a super fun, educational, totally hands-on place to play! A hidden gem! The staff is always super nice and welcoming. Totally affordable prices to play all day if you like! I love how the Play Town is actually set up like a real miniature but kid size town. The Josiahs Engineering is neat with a LEGO pad on the wall. The little house with the kitchen and appliances is darling and so detailed with real life miniature items. I think my favorite business at the interactive museum is the Music Room with a piano to play to your hearts content. The way BKzPT stimulates your childs imagination is top notch and gets an A+! Hi. We took our grandkids to Busykidz and they had such a fun time. We were disappointed when the staff told us they were closing at 4:30 pm. On the website and on the front door it says 5:00 pm as the closing time. ☹

Ive been here a handful of times and its hit or miss. Parents do not watch their kids and therefore the smaller kids are pushed around by the bigger ones. Toys are destroyed, floor is coming up in places and building is overall just run down. In my opinion its not even worth the price. Dont think I will be returning.

Nice fun Place for Kids but the staff members are very mean and rude. We just finished our daughters Birthday party yesterday (5/17) and have booked the party for 1 hour 30 mins. from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM (Total amount agreed was $175). We were asked to come around 5:15 PM to start the decoration/set up and kick-off the party sharp at 5:30 PM. My Husband and I reached there at 5:15 PM but could not enter the premises until 5:25 PM or later since the other party was not fully over and the clean up was still going on. We literally started our party at 5:45 or 5:50 PM and were suppose to get full 90 mins after that which takes us to around 7:20 PM. Around 6 PM, one of the staff member came to me and said we only have 1 hour left and need to wrap up everything by 7:00 PM. When I told her that we started 20 mins late and should get until 7:20 PM, she said it was her fault that she could not complete the clean up faster but as per rule we will not be allowed any minute after 7:00 PM. This in no world made any sense to me but I did not wanted to argue with her and spoil the partly. So, I told her that she can take whatever money she want but should not bother me anymore. I guess THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE :-)....We finished the party at 7:20 / 7:25 PM and they charged me full for 2 hours ($219)....I think the owner of this place would be very happy to steal extra $44 from my pocket where I should have been charged ONLY $175....I am sure this $44 will make them RICHER.....I AM NEVER GOING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN NOR I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS PLACE FOR ANY PARTIES.....I THINK I HAD ENOUGH THE FIRST TIME...
