I just left this Starbucks and feel inclined to write a review. I ordered a drink and ordered extra coconut milk. When I got my drink and asked them to add the extra milk because its missing, they refused and said they can only put in 4oz. I stated that I purchased extra and they continued to refuse. Never had a Starbucks refuse to serve me what I paid for. The two girls working there were unwilling to help ameliorate the situation. Terrible customer service and experience.

High-priced coffee with more attitude than value unless you need water or a toilet. The bathroom is closed here, so only the WiFi was of value on this visit.Get Ugandan, Nepalese, and Blue Mountain!

Something odd happened. I ordered a drink using the points that I earned. All the baristas went to the back. And no one was starting on the order. It felt very odd. A few customers came in & they appear started on their drinks. I am still waiting. My drink was made. The Barista held it in her hand....looking at me. I assumed it may be mine. I walked up & she explained that they had to ask about the espresso shots. Apparently they had went in the back to discuss my order. I was perplexed. Then I looked on the label. It said 12 shots of espresso. Oh my. It was a mix up. No wonder the baristas were looking at me. I only wanted 4 . Wasted my points. Off to another Starbucks because this drink is not consumable I guess. I was trying to order 12 pumps of Chia & 4 shots of espresso online with oat milk. But there was no option for oat milk. Moral of this elongated story: always ask the barista to repeat your order. I normally drink half & save the other half. I work nights.

As a frequent Starbucks user (more like addict) this is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. Very nice and quick. Especially if you are shopping in Palladio, this is a quick little stop to get yourself a nice drink.

Horrible! I went with my little brother and ordered a KIDS hot cocoa, only to receive a super hot drink! It was super hot to the touch when I got it and I asked it to be remade and was told to just let it cool down !! Not ok at all. The service is not good and this isnt the first time here either. I tried to give them another chance but this was a no go. Not to mention my drink was made wrong as well, it was missing shots (you could tell by the color since it was near white rather than having 4 shots), and they refused to remake either drink. I will stick to my normal location

There is a car show “cars&coffee” on Saturday 7am-10am at this parking, Starbucks serves great coffee and good service that early in the weekend. Come visit

Went in the afternoon so the were out of my first choice. But, the service was fast and friendly.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. Had a huge issue with them making my kids temp hot cocoa for our six year old extra hot and burning his mouth. Mistakes happen, but their response to the issue is what made me leave a 1 star review.

As a person who came from West Sacramento, this customer service was absolutely stellar. Polite, and generous, greeting us with an intention to serve us. But, even though I told him specifically to put light ice in my drink, he mustve forgotten and gave me a cup full of (almost half when I finished my drink). It wasnt until later on, I realized this. It was the only blunder I saw, and its okay (to err is human), but employees there were pretty positive and full of energy. Loved it!

I enjoy this particular Starbucks’s on Riley and Wales. Whenever I put in my mobile order it’s always ready. Employees are always so friendly.

Plenty of comfy chairs. Large island booth has ample seating. Newer store. Has a fly issue due to local agricultural surroundings. Delightful staff.

Ordered a drink that came out quickly. However, I ordered a sandwich and 10 minutes later I had to go up to the counter to ask where it was and the guy was so cheery about having forgot it. I guess he wasnt hungry so it doesnt matter.

This Starbucks seems a bit cramped and yet doesnt feature much seating. Though, drinks and food are consistent with other locations. Best if you order and then walk around the Palladio.

This location is in a pretty place. The Palladio is nice to walk around, and the shops are very diverse. Good place to do many things, and its in a nice area. Would definitely come back here, and recommend it!

Needed to add money to phone. Had $100 wanted toPut $40 on phone and was told they didn’t have change. Obviously a bold face lie since I could see the Till. Don’t like being lied to and have to wonder about the integrity of the barista now.

Didnt have the smores drink available today but i still liked the caramel one i had to substitute for it.

Its always dirty. The manager is weird. If you order expensive drinks they will treat you nicely otherwise they dont care for your business!

Worse customer service from the shift manager. Called for order travel size pack,was on the hold for 9 minutes after she took the phone and right after I was complain for long wait time she pretended she couldnt hear me. So I was already by the store, so I came inside stayed in the line when I got to the register I told her whole story and She even didnt apologize just told me its going to be another 15 min.

Do not go if you’re in a rush. Baristas have poor attitude. Apparently if you hand them cash you can cut the entire line. Then when they’re giving you your food, instead of giving it to you in your hand, they’ll slam it on a dirty wet counter. Poor customer service.

This place is pretty nice but if you want quiet there are better Starbucks especially considering that it is always busy. This place is the only Starbucks I have been to which gave me free refills with my Gold Status.

This Starbucks has a great outdoor patio with a really chill atmosphere great for having coffee and sitting in talking for a long time.

I like this location. The workers are very pleasant and there are indoor and outdoor seating available. If you like to get work done at starbucks this location might be a little too tight for some people especially during busy times of the day. Parking is a little difficult to find in front of the coffeeshop, but there is plenty of parking elsewhere.

A standard Starbucks in terms of decor, drinks, and lighting.Parking can be hard to find, as can indoor seating since its in a popular shopping center - - theres lots of outdoor seating, though, which would be nice I warmer weather. It you can get a seat, its an ok place for working, but its not my favorite Starbucks for remote location work.The one time I went, someone on staff played like an hour of Taylor Swift straight. I was going crazy...definitely off-brand from the usual SB music offerings.They also have a problem with keeping their bathrooms stocked with toilet paper. Its a super popular location, so both times Ive been there, the main bathroom (the one people can walk straight into) has been out of toilet paper. I notified the baristas both time, and both times, it took them a long time to attend to the issue, so people kept using a toilet paper-less bathroom.

Do all Starbucks give you a full cup of ice in an iced drink?

Always really slow and unorganized. I rarely ever post negative ratings but Ive tried this one at least 10 times :( in past 3-6 months. Nice staff though.

I sent a mobile order through and made a mistake. My daughter went in to ask for the correction and was completely ignored for several minutes while other customers were being talked to. There was no acknowledgement and when finally acknowledged my daughter was just spoken to very rudely. While my daughter was still there waiting, I called to provide feedback. I spoke to Hanna, the shift supervisor, who seemed understanding. However, after that call my daughter was subjected to stares by the employees and alot of whispering. Instead of taking my feedback, Hanna chose make the issue into us being difficult. I will be providing additional feedback to John the store manager and Corp. This Starbucks is not customer friendly at least the night time staff is not. They need some serious training in customer service.

Overall its not a bad place. But I wish that the staff was a little more happier and able to have a conversation.

Great crew, always very friendly. The location is convenient for a quick break while shopping, a fast pickup on the way to eork, or a leisurely cup of coffee.

Slow slow slow service. I place a mobile order (latte and sandwich) while at home (!!!). Put eyeliner and mascara on. Then put shoes on. Grab my lunch bag and leave the house. Arrive to Starbucks - mobile order still not ready. ?!?!?!? No, there was no line. Also, sandwiches are often burnt.
