It says its in Folsom, but its at the very end of Greenback and Madison. Lots of variety, from interior decor to grocery items to seasonal dodads and candy to candles. A great secret is to go there for Patio furniture! Please dont tell anyone! Everywhere else is either sold out or super expensive. I found a round glass table and 4 high back woven chairs for $180! Love Big Lots!

This is a pretty big Big Lots! Very clean and I found alot of deals here. The employees are very helpful and pleasent. I like to come here for the good selection of furniture.

Clean well lit, friendly staff. Had purchased Dog clothes at the onset of the COVID 19 outbreak. Turns out, they were too small & exchange policy was put on hold due the pandemic. Fast forward, mid October I took the goods back and was refunded the full purchase price. I bought my pup larger clothes for winter. Good store, good people.You shop there and see!

I have not been here in years. I was surprised at the change. Some decent looking furniture, probably better quality than walmart. The holiday decor sucked me in though. Some cute, cute stuff.

Good selection of food and home goods

Nothing special, just killing time with my 3yr old son. The line at the front wasnt moving because of normal checkout issues so an employee was nice enough to take me over to the furniture checkout to keep things moving. Unfortunately this isnt normal any more which makes it worth noting. I wish i had gotten her name.

My husband and I were looking for the TV foldable tables one evening. We decided to go to Big Lots.. why not!! Cindy I think her name is she was awesome. She approached us and helped out. No tables were out on the floor, she looked into the system and it indicated a few back in the warehouse. She was so kind by bringing them out to us. I was thankful and glad we decided to shop at Big lots. Thanks Cindy!!

Very nice the people there that work there

I find great deals at big lots. One of my surprise finds was McCafe decaf coffee for my home and work. I picked up several boxes because it is hard to find on sale. We found some very nice pillows at a good price, and today I decided to be a rewards card member. Happy hunting at big lots.

Looking for infant clothes and etc. I found nothing. Other than that store was very clean and tidy. Shelves were not fully stocked.Homeless people were asked to leave the front entrance of store. I was quite impressed the management was controlling this for a shoppers experience. Kudos for that.

Big Lots always has some bargain that. I didnt know I needed! My mistake is not getting a basket or cart when I walk in the door because I always have at least an armload of items to buy. Plus, the cashiers are always pleasant and helpful.

Place is pretty legit. Cheap random food, good prices on couches plus beds. You know what youre getting going in this place. And as a recent bonus theres a discount spot next door for all sorts of trivial items.

Store has ample room for their display of products. The store has a variety of good products for home. Store is very clean and the customer service is great.

Big Lots has come up a bit, nicer things to purchase. And the customer service is great.

Purchased an outside Christmas decoration only to find out after I got home they sold me the display BOX and not the actual item. Brought it back hoping to just purchase the display but they wouldnt and Ive been trying for the last 3 weeks to get the decoration. Still no shipment of it and they still work sell me the display. Manager is very rude. Ive been extremely nice and understanding but they have done nothing to be accommodating for their mishap.

You can really find some unique items for a fair price! And this location has recently updated their store, making it a more pleasurable experience while shopping.

While this Big Lots location isnt as large as several others that Ive visited, they still pack a lot of great deals in this store. The employees are very nice and helpful and the store is organized and clean.Im always amazed when I leave there how little money I spent for so many food and household items.

I get all my batteries AA and AAAs, only cost $3.50 for 20 of them and I use three to four hundred a month for my business so its a great deal. Pretty much everything there that I get is about 50% cheaper than other places. People that work there are nice too.

I don’t know when big lots thought they were comparable to Macy’s but their prices are way too much for most things. They’ve got some variety but I don’t know about the quality of their stuff. I guess it’s next to impossible to find a good deal anymore. People don’t just want to make a buck....they want to make a whole lot of bucks. Greed is excessive EveryWhere!

Customer service on the phone was so-so. But Ms. Kimmy was a great help! She works in the furniture department and knows her stuff. We bought the Harlow 5 piece dinning set and we have yet to assemble it.She helped us carry it to our car but realized it was waaay too big so she took the whole box apart and placed the pieces bits by bits in the car.We don’t live in the area so it was a drive for us since this was the only Big Lots that carried the dinning sets.Would definitely recommend this place!

Has typical Big Lots items but customer service is very good. People are willing to help in areas like furniture even if they were just covering for the normal clerk. Speaking of furniture, it is comfortable and not too pricey.

Its a nice store they are popular they sell out fast of some items I get Mouth Wash $1 I even brought on Family and Friends day Brut Deodorant two for $1.80 was a dollar with Savings stores is close in area to Wal-Mart, WinCo can make one trip do for all

Young man named Troy is very helpful and kind. They have some very Nice people working at this location. Nice clean store. Lots of products. They even have Christmas decor already. Update.. We bought one of the canopys during the early summer sale, there was a problem with one of the zip around shade panels and I submitted a claim to the sunjoy warranty company. It has been well over 1 month and we have yet to receive replacement parts.

Good buys if you know your prices. Some of their sales are great. Furniture is priced well on most items and ones on sale are great.

Customer service over the phone was horrible yet took a chance after speaking to the furniture sales rep. Once we got there the Service wasnt any better. Same associate that we spoke to over the phone and just as rude in person. We drove from Placerville to Folsom and before making the drive spoke to her letting her know we would get there 5 minutes before closing actually made it there 10 minutes before. Then when we get there she says Nope cant do it I already closed the register with an attitude?! We were attempting to make a $600 purchase on a mattress. Heck we could have loaded it ourselves.

I have recently visited 2 different stores. One in Placerville and this one. Both experiences were lacking customer service completely. My goal was to purchase a bed frame and mattress. I walked around and sat on every bed. I also sat on almost every couch and chair. I looked around and saw employees talking, walking, arguing, and a couple were irritated. Not once did anyone approach me or offer to help me. One employee behind the register welcomed me in the store. This was nice but I had been there for over 30 mins already. I will purchase my furniture elsewhere. Its a shame because I was also interested in a new couch set.

Alway love Big Lots! They have the best prices for the same quality. I always check here 1st & they usually have what I need.

Usually well stocked. You can find good quality items for a cheap price most of the time. However, the items change frequently so you may not find what you are looking for.

Like a yard sale on steroids, this place has decent deals on some regular and some weird stuff. Watch for sales, then sharpen your elbows for battle!

Warning: Do not purchase the folding camping chairs with footrest, I purchase 2 of these for $18 2 weeks ago and 1 already ripped so I returned both of them but they only refunded part of what I paid because they lowered the price on them which I find ridiculous. The store employee stated there is a law that says they are not entitled to give me my full payment back which is BS

The shelves felt empty and the prices most things where more then target. Felt clean and staff was nice and even asked if they could help me find something.
