Dont come here if you need service in the morning. I went to get a drink to go before work and they had one women doing EVERYTHING in the bakery. It took over 10 minutes when I realized not only was she doing drinks, she was getting pastries too, with no help ever, so i left without my drink. They set her up for failure and thats not fair for her or me.If the labor shortage is affecting the store, there should be a sign for customers that certain parts of the day will be slower.

Love their Ramen bar - everything is so fresh!The bakery is also beautiful and theres a great little cafe where you can grab a smoothie, coffee or chai and hang out. 😋

I prefer the Bel-air in Cameron Park, but I live closer to this one. Store is nice and clean, and staff are helpful.

Guy working Chinese is in the back by the door clipping his nails into the trash. For around a minute, lost in his thoughts. Finally comes over and asks if I want anything waving his filthy hands open palm as if hes displaying some smorgasbord of clean appealing delicacies hes proud to serve. I want nothing you disgusting savage.

Weve been shopping here for years, since location opened. Need something not on the shelves? Ask and you can probably have it special ordered. Fantastic meats, fish and my produce. Staff are friendly and helpful, store clean and well stocked. Remodel is...interesting. Not a fan of public open serve food options as I find this unsanitary. Otherwise this would be a 5 star.

They have just renovated to try and upgrade Whole Foods style. Unfortunately they have not trained their staff for the changes. My Mother was charged $27.00 for a salad at their new salad bar! Apparently they weighed the stoneware plate along with the salad! Suggestions would be to have a cashier next to the food area, and to make modifications to properly charge for the salad bar.

More of an upscale grocery store. Pretty shopping center and Bel Air looks pretty with its ivy growing up the walls. Be prepared to pay more to shop here than other grocery stores, but it’s not usually very busy so that is a plus. Cashiers and mangers are friendly and helpful. Nice Deli counter. Also, self check out is available which can expedite your check out. For me, this is a store to grab a quick couple of items if I’m close by, but not a place I would do a full weekly grocery shopping.

A typical chain grocery store. The staff is more friendly than most. The groceries are better quality but with a price to match.

New interior is great. More room. But I think some food items have less selections than before. New freezer units are eadier to use and see selections. Lots of price reductions going on now

I called and asked where can we recycle plastic bottles and receive our money back and the Manager didnt know where and didnt provide any information to help customers get their money back. Yikes, very nice nasty on the phone as well.

Right now the store is undergoing a remodel so its a little hectic, however, they have staff at key areas as standby to help you find what you need. This store is always clean and staff are super customer oriented. Prices are above average so I often purchase the Relays brand and Im not sure how I feel about it, perhaps a tad bit manipulated?

Their new indoor play center for the little ones is very well done. Its nice to be able to drop the grand kids there for an hour while I shop and they have a blast playing in a safe environment

This is a top notch market. Produce, meat and grocery departments are quality. But pricy then most markets. Very good customer service. Very clean and maintained.

I usually shop at Raleys on east Bidwell due to it being closer to me, however recently I heard about the new community area located inside Bel Air. This place is AMAZING! If you have small children I highly reccommed you check out the FREE play area. You cannot leave your children unattended while you shop but it is a fun place to grab lunch and play, especially when its raining. They even have a workout room you can use. Its located back by the produce. Just check in at the desk or ask an employee for assistance.

Buying bags at checkout is annoying and demeaning,.... had to ask for one! Your knucklehead marketing peeps should just comp them for your customers. Good PR, great imaging with your base and that if your competition.

I had a very racist experience at this Bel Air in Folsom. My friend and I went there to get sandwiches for dinner. We go to the Deli department and ordered our food and decided to walk around while we wait. My daughter wants cupcakes, but I didnt want to buy the whole pack. The manager, Laura, offered to make a single cupcake which I really appreciated, but my daughter changed her mind once I gave it to her. Shes four so she changes her mind quick. To preserve the cupcake, I put it in the freezer and we went to the checkout to buy our sandwiches. The manager asked where the cupcake was and I told her my daughter changed her mind and I put it in the freezer. She gets upset with us and tells me to go retrieve it insinuating that I ate it and didnt pay for it. I was very embarrassed! My friend and I tried to explain my daughter changed her mind and she continued to belittle us and then had the audacity to claim we were threatening her all because we asked why she was being so rude. I never met this woman before and neither has my friend so I dont understand where the un-business like behavior came from but I will not be going back and I suggest anyone not go back as well. I feel she thought we stole it because Im a white woman and my friend is black and my daughter is mixed. People change their minds on products all the time and put them back. I should not have been forced to retrieve a cupcake my daughter wasnt going to eat especially if I am a paying customer.

Shopping for my coming Grandsons Baby Shower I was looking for Ballons at the Party Store, Safety Pins at the Craft Store, Gift Bags at the Hallmark Store, and then I needed some food and drink for the Party as well. The Craft Store was out of Safety Pins, the Hallmark Store was packed with one person working, the Party Store was very expensive for the ballons, so I decided to walk a couple of stores down to Bel Air to see what they had. I got everything there with great service and paid half the price for the ballons!

They have a good selection of reasonably priced organic produce, sustainably raised meats, and a seemingly endless beer and wine section. The staff are friendly and take the tume to ask how your day is going. If youre not in the mood to talk, there are four self-checkout registers as well.

Quality groceries for sale at the Broadstone Marketplace! Even bigger and nicer than the average Bel Air store. Recommended.

Was advertised by Nissan as being a free CHAdeMO high-speed DC charging location, when in fact it was $9.99 for a 30-minute charge which will only send a Nissan Leaf about 60-miles down the road, making electric travel cost the same as petroleum travel.The market has a Bank of America ATM and a pharmacy. The changing station has two CHAdeMO pods (flat-rate) and one L2 charging pod (low-speed - but free). Bel-Air is in an outdoor shopping mall with a diverse selection of storefronts and eateries.
