Sorry if I missed up on this review. I was happy bus. That I was trying to write a review for what you need to write a review for sentry storage. I really like the manager and the chill vibe that he gots. This storage place is not like all other, like if you are late on your payment you will not get locked out of your storage unit right away but eventually you will.

Helpful staff and clean lot.

Steven has been amazing to work with for the past 5 years. Always so helpful and the facility is amazingly clean always. I have recommended and will recommend to my friends.

Love the staff. They are very helpful. The prices are about the same as everywhere else. The gate is only til 7pm tho... My only complaint. They need to make it 10pm

The On Site Manager (Folsom Dam Rd location), Steve, and office help, Roger, are so helpful and polite . The property and Unit provided was clean and well maintained. Every question was clearly answered and their combined skills and knowledge ensured that I had answers well before I even knew to ask a question..I Highly Recommend to Anyone in need of some extra storage space their services.Thank You for making a possible very stressful situation into one that left me with a Big Smile knowing that my possessions were good hands for safe keeping..

I am very lucky to have found Sentry storage I had very bad experiences with the past storage units I have usedSteve and Rodger are amazing people they make things work for youthe prices are reasonableand the place is very clean and safeIts very convenient to my daily schedule because I go buy it once or twice a day if I need something I can just pop inThe best thing about it is just Steve and Rodger they have great customer service and go way out of their way for everybody that walks through their doors

Steven is a fabulous manager! He goes out of his way to make sure your storage needs are being met..no stone unturned to find a solution.Highly recommend this place and pretty much due to Steven, and if he is not there, Roger steps up to the plate.Thank you for all you did while I used a storage unit.

I have used many storage places throughout my life ....this place is by far the most amazing!and its simply because of the customer service, the people that work there are awesome. Steve the manager keeps the place immaculate! And as far as like a landlords go, he is so accessible and just plain friendly 😊 check em out!
