Came here to ship an important package, Rick explained how it would be tracked/verify if it was delivered. I then was able to find out about the business products they offer, specifically the free standing banners that are very reasonably priced. Great experience and I look forward to seeing what the banners look like.
I went to FedEx today and had 5 big bags to be shipped. The store manager Rick graciously offered help and helped me load the cart from my trunk. I will highly recommend this store.
Do not use FedEx for shipping valuables. I shipped my 65” Samsung 8500series curved TV from this location. Jason and Nate helped me. I should’ve know better after one of them tried to pick it up on their own and nearly dropped it. This was the second time I used FedEx. The first time being a few years prior where I shipped a TV that was damaged. I have relocated back to Florida for work and decided to give them another try. This time I have yet to receive my package. The 65” rooms tv was wrapped in its original packaging due to it being barely used. The responses I have received from the trace department were “ we should do better” and “you will never see that package again”. The lack of empathy is shocking. I could completely understand if I was able to replace the item but after researching I am unable. Do yourself a favor and do not ship via FedEx!
This store is located in the heart of the busy Target Center of Folsom where it is always busy and every person driving into the parking lot is in rush to go nowhere. This store is no exception with the Mexican restaurant next door and busy at lunch time. Parking is your standard parallel tight space. I had already been around town trying to drop of my pre-paid FedEx (biological) package for my husband that the so-called FedEx center for Walgreens near the Folsom College couldnt accept. I was haggard by the time I walked into this store. The first thing the employee says to me as I walked up to the counter, we cant accept those packages behind the counter. Put it in the box at the entry. This is my first time here, I didnt know that. Im a little flustered and whirl around confused and see the small box by the front entrance that I passed by on my way in. I hear him say BEHIND my back, pull the lever down and put the package in there. Then, as an afterthought, thank you, as I reach for the door to leave. I didnt bother to look back at him. I just wanted to cry at that point having spent a frustrated hour trying to drop off this stupid package. As a Registered Nurse, I now understand how a patient feels as if someone in the medical field had just shouted out to everyone in the waiting office that you have AIDs and stay away from her! Thats how I felt dropping off the package, even though it wasnt even mine. All he had to do was greet me with a simple hello (which he didnt bother with), come around from behind the counter, escort me to the drop off box, quietly ask me to put it in the box, and say goodbye. That wouldve taken him, what, 5 minutes out of his busy day? He had absolutely no empathy. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is for all of the tirelessly dedicated drivers that Ive run into have been so amazing. Just not so, for the store the employee.

I stood in the Packing line for 10 minutes, never got greeted by the one person serving customers at a snails pace in the print line. A simple, Hello sir someone will be right with you. would have sufficed.Finally someone else signed in and helped me out, but I cant speak highly for their customer service skills either.I used to live downtown in the FedEx store off Folsom Blvd used to be three times busier, and would get you in and out incredibly quick, so I know what good customer service looks like - this place simply doesnt have it.
I had to overnight some paperwork and Danny helped me out. He is best and would return just have a chat with Danny. It’s people like him that’s make the businesses worth returning to!
Great staff, always helpful and Ive never had any issues. Use this location and FedEx for both personal and corporate work.

Been here three times and each time it’s the worst customer service. No hello or how can we help you. The employees talk down to you or with my last visit say nothing at all. Avoid if you can.
Very poor customer service always making you buy a box to ship even if your box is fine. They shipped me an item in a box. I opened teh box it was the wrong thing brought back to store and they said it could not be shipped in that box! That if I wanted to ship this product I had to buy a box from them. When I explained they delivered it to me in this box, the older gentlemen quickly changed and said yeah it must have shipped from the manufacturer that way. To which I said so they can ship it like this and its ok but I can not? He then said they would accept this package but they would need to make the box as inadequate. Any time I have shipped from the Folsom FedEX my boxes always have a problem even when I just bought a brand new box from home depot before going. I will never use this FedEx again as their you must buy a box policy or whatever they use is theft flat out theft.
Laminates are more expensive than Staples and take days longer, you cant just call and ask a question without navigating a useless phone robot, and their printing service kiosks are either broken or horribly stupid that staff will have to operate it for you.Go somewhere else.
Christine and the whole staff were extremely helpful shipping my package across the country. The service was quick and a calming.
Very poor customer service, very rude and they act like you are putting them out. I was shipping a package and the supervisor or Manager ask what was in it and I told him it was rocks not breakable and I ask him to scan and give me a receipt and he said I would have to wait and went into the back room and I finally left after 20 minutes. This is not the first or second time he has done this. If he doesnt want the job quit. I now go elsewhere where they know how to treat people. I will never go back if he is still there. A lot of people talk about how rude he is. Dark hair glasses. He even told the other person working not to scan it and he would get to me.Wow management needs to send in undercover people and see what he is doing to your business...
Not impressed by the service at this office. I typically pre-pay my packages to be sent and always expect to get a hard time by the staff here. They seem to have a need learn what is inside the package and will typically comment about something wrong with the way the package was taped, choice of box, amount of filling inside, etc. As a contrast, the folks at UPS and even USPS are a pleasure to work with.
I don’t really care much for FedEx, but when you need to overnight stuff, they are still the go to. I almost had to pay $80 to send a set of keys, but DAVID there swapped them out into another envelope and saved me over $30. Regardless of the company, those kinds of things go a long way for a jaded customer like myself who has lost faith in brick & mortar establishments. Thanks David! :)
1/5 for general lack of effort. Dont expect too much assistance from staff here; customer service goes as far as ohh yeah, I dont know or you probably wont find it.. money is best spent elsewhere. **stood in line for 27min while employees were at lunch.Always an issue shipping here. I hate it. Would gladly ship anywhere else if my company had an account with another service.
There is not enough help at this location. Every time I come her I am standing and waiting for service for 15 to 20 minutes.i cant stand for that length of time without having back problems. There is no chair to sit on while waiting. There is a handicapped sign, but have never seen anyone around to help. There is usually only one person working.
The man in the purple shirt who seemed like he was the manager was super rude.
Most staff working there are nice and knowledgeable but the old gentleman working there and the lady (I guess the manageress) are so rude and unfriendly!!
I had several different items to duplex and Dustin Miller was extremely helpful. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was making a drop off and the employee started shaking my box and asked me what was in it. I told him it was none of his business and that there was nothing in the box that violated laws or FedEx shipping policies. He refused to take it. I took the box to the El Dorado Hills FedEx with no problems. Since when does a shipper ask you what is inside your package? The USPO asks only if there are hazardous materials.
Unfortunately, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After driving a phone call confirmation and a 20 minutes drive out of my way to go to this location, the person I dealt with was not only unpleasant but also left me with my scanning and copy issue unresolved.
They have the least helpful staff... when I wanted to find the status of an item, they made me login to a nearby computer, pay fees and get the tracking number to check the status... the employees are rude to customers and provide least assistance... I would stay away from this fedex location...

Never have problems i use this office for shipping my ebay stuff. They never hassle me, they dont even mind if i set the package down and leave. The roseville office rejected my package i took it to folsom. Zero problems they were like it looks fine to me.
Great staff and always helpful. They get busy in the afternoons but all FedEx locations get busy later in the day.

Wow, just went into this Fed Office to have them print out a small sticky label to put on an envelope and the charge is $25.00. It would have taken 60 seconds. Completely empty store, really too bad.
Not many people all the time, its quite. You get to wait a little if need assistance.
