Went in to ship a box yesterday. Dimensions were 24 (23.7) x 11 (11.3) x 8 (8.3). My bathroom scale said 4.8 pounds. They printed a shipping quote that said my box was 25 x 13 x 10 and 5.781 pounds. The weight Im not worried about as my bathroom scale could be off but my measurements are not off. To the manager of this store, feel free to see who was working on 9/2/21 at 1:35PM. It was a young woman. She is ripping off your customers. Ill go to fedex over by the Target.

Long story short, if you want a positive UPS experience, I wouldnt visit this location. Genuinely never thought I would be the type of person to write a negative review but others should be aware of the treatment I received. The two female employees essentially ignored me when I entered the store and continued having a (quite frankly, loud and vulgar) conversation, and only paid attention to me at the counter once they saw my stepfather behind me. Both attendants then proceeded to be extremely condescending to me. They laughed at my questions, and made me feel stupid in a way that I obviously wasnt expecting when I walked into a UPS store. The interaction ended because a man walked into the shop and the attendant in front of me completely turned her attention from me to him. They answered one of my questions but left my ultimate issue unresolved. I wont be going back to that location 🤷🏼‍♀️

Im thrilled with the service I receive at the UPS Store in Folsom! I use the UPS Store for all my business needs, including deliveries and mail. And the staff is attentive and courteous to all my requests. Thank you, everyone!

Terrible service! I came in because I needed my wedding invitations overnighted and paid $50 for that service. Four days later and the invitations still haven’t arrived. I literally could have put these in the outgoing mailbox and they probably would’ve arrived sooner. I called the store and spoke with the store manager who said she couldn’t offer a refund for that service because it wasn’t a guarantee?? Then why did I pay for the overnight service??? This store is garbage. Should’ve gone to FedEx.

Will never come again, this place is an absolute rip off. I dont mind paying for good services, but 1 dollar for a cheap quality black and white print out page is more than ridiculous, I recommend FedEx or any other print/mail shop in folsom over this scam place of an establishment

This place has apparently just raised a lot of their prices for simple services, services that should be a quarter of the cost elsewhere, along with their unhelpful staff, i seriously dont advise anyone coming to this UPS, especially this location

If you want bud customer service then come here. They will make sure you don’t get any help.

Very good service after 9 months of visiting two, or more times per week.Copy work, using the photocopy machine, never a wait.Shipping off ebay returns or boxes to family very efficent, courteous staffers alwsys willing to help customers. Even notary work is fast hete!!

Only giving 4 stars because the worker there was very pleasant and helpful. He gives excellent customer service.Unfortunately something that costs me 15$ with other services costs me 60$ to ship here at the cheapest and thats not counting packaging and insurance. Its quite expensive!

**Reducing 5 star to 2 star***Store closes at 5PM. I was turned away at 4:52PM !I saw an old lady being turned away.Simply said : we closed.

Just went for a live scan fingerprints. Real convenient, expensive it was $70 dollars but was very fast.

I needed to print something.i was having a lot of difficulty. ANTHONY was extremely helpful. He saved me time and money and did it with a smile. I would definitely go back there for the customer service.

The wait was terrible. I got here at 12:35, I was 2nd in line. Now Im next (12:50) and there are 5 people behind me. Two people got out of line and left. Not sure whose idea it was to let someone go on lunch at the busiest time of the day, but people do use their lunch breaks to do things like drop off packages.The store was messy in regards to the number of packages that were awaiting shipment behind and to the side of the counter (so many returns from the holiday season). Piles of boxes everywhere. The customer counter, which you can use to fill out shipping labels and such, was clean, but there were so many people in line, it was hard to get to.Gave them an extra star because they sell Papyrus greeting cards and their selection was great. Also because the one girl who was working the store by herself handled all of the obvious youre the only one working questions, pleasantly. Obviously she was the only one working, but she was working hard and trying to move the line as quickly as possible.

This place is GREAT. Fast, friendly service, and you get the tracking numbers on-the-spot (unlike some other outlets).Staff is always cheerful and ready to help.I once shipped a package and getting back in my car the manager (?) came running up to return a few dollars, as I had added some postage already that he had not seen. Now thats honesty! Well done.

This UPS store isnt very good. They wont let you use your own paper and have no self service printing. Every other UPS store and FEDEX has self printing and lets you bring your own paper. They wanted to charge me extra for all of this, doesnt make sense when I can go to the UPS store down the street and get this service. Get it together.

I asked to speak to the owner and the manager was very rude. She would not put me in touch with him.

I have been going here for years, I even have a PO box here (that I am canceling) always treated respectfully until today! I had a complex notary situation obviously beyond Lauras skill level it would have been ok if she told me she was inexperienced I wasn’t asking her to do anything unethical but what upset me was how poorly she handled the situation. She wouldn’t listen, was demeaning and rude. I left and went to More Than A Mailbox where Ashton was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do! In Folsom, I recommend staying away from this UPS Store and go to More Than A Mailbox for all your notary needs!!

Definitely one of the best UPS locations Ive been to. I ship stuff pretty frequently, and every time the staff here has been super nice and helpful.

This store has become my absolute favorite! Jeff is wonderful at what he does, has excellent customer service and is always willing to help. I highly recommend for any print project or shipping.
