Wonderful customer service. Got in and got out pretty quick with the paint I needed.

There is a lady Lynda at this store, she is the most knowledgeable and expert about color analysis Ive ever seen. She is dedicated and patient with every question you might have and has an incredible eye for details. Thank you Lynda. I just purchased paint and got a free education about understanding and reading color codes.

$90 for a gallon of paint, slow and subpar service. Not a good experience at all. Great color choices though, but other paint places can match them.

Excellent service and knowledgeable/patient employees. Handled my problem and did it with a smile, even when I wasn’t necessarily pleasant. My apologies again and I will certainly bring all of my paint needs to your store.

Weve gone to this location for the past 18 years since our house manufacture used them, and they have all the paint codes. Ive used Sherwin Williams, for 30 years.In the past the service was decent, and they were helpful.Our last experience with Ahmed, was horrible. not helpful. always said what he couldnt do. It felt like one roadblock after another. Some of the things he said was an outright lie. it was like he didnt want to help, and just looking to leave. he was disinterested, looking away, and drifting off, requiring us to pull him back.Went to a different Sherwin Williams location, and no problems. They even did what he said he was not allowed to do.

Most Sherwin Williams stores are top notch. But the manager at this store has issues. If you can avoid him its a good store.

Horrible buying experience here. I ordered a quart size paint, but when it was ready to pick up I found that they made a gallon can. I told the salesperson that its not the right size of my order, and he asked a long blond hair guy (another salesperson or manager because he wore a different colored shirt with SW logo on it) with glasses about my order. Right off the bat, this guy seemed upset with this situation, saying they didnt make a mistake. Luckily, the salesperson had a hand written order which showed my order was indeed a quart size. This angry person walked away without an apology. I could fire back at him, but the salesperson was so nice saying he is sorry for the mistake. I like SW paints but will never come back to this store.

Short on time we were unable to get a color match for drywall we brought in but we able to get assistance from Linda for color-matching. For some colors they didnt have the base paint available, but she and the other gentleman working there worked to get a close match so we wouldnt have to drive elsewhere. I would definitely come back again for advice and paint supplies.

This is a paint store, they only sell paint so they are experts. Linda at the Folsom store is their design consultant and is herself an artist. She knows color and texture. She can assist customers in their design choices with the utmost confidence. You wont get that level of help from the big box stores or from the contractors paint store.

Excellent customer service and great selection. Prices are very competitive and the painting supplies are the best.

Linda was very helpful. She is creating a color match for me. I look forward to getting started on my new painting project.

Very expensive paint though very good. By 7 Williams brand masking tape which is the best in the market at the best prices and you cant go wrong

This store needs more training, especially with customers service, including a manager. I come to this store couple of days ago and ask guy at the register to help me figure out the product for my project based on the pictures, and he shut me up right away saying I cant help you, and no one can help you . He didnt even try. So I was upset. I come to pro paint shop for advice on the paint product and they said they couldnt help me. So I called the manager( he claimed to be Cordero Hernandez). He came out and help me on the product first. But when I told him they need do more training to improve skills of the workers, he start to cover up his employee, saying that He is his best worker. He didnt apologize and start be rood to me. And basically refused service on me claiming that they are so beasy. So I have to drive to different locations where I was perfectly served with the same question.

I was able to email a picture of my previous paint code decal for a refill which was convenient for a quick pickup. The paint is worth the money...

They matched the gray I was looking for perfectly. Later, I found a blue and again, perfect match. All my painting needs were met. My new paint store.

I have always loved sherwin Williams paint. I have used your paint in the past, the Duration & it always covered in 1 gallon. This time I bought your Emerald Interior Latex. I had a very nice sales guy & he said 1 gallon will paint my small room. I painted over a light latte color, have 2 windows & closet & door & I painted all day & it did not cover well with the 1 coat/1 gallon of paint. The room is the size of a small office room. The next day I contacted Sherwin-Williams. I spoke with Levi & explained the situation & he said come on in. When I went back to the store, Linda had been made aware of my problem. I showed her pics & explained my situation & they comped me a gallon of paint. The 2nd coat made all the difference in the world. Not sure why I encountered this problem. However Folsom Sherwin-Williams provided me with excellent customer service. Overall, The Emerald paint did not drip at all, great texture & looks great now.

The staff and the manager are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Ive turned to them for many projects, and I recommend this store highly. Also, the place is clean and organized, which goes a long way with me.

It was a very great experience. Matched my paint perfectly! Brought in a quarter sized chip and Bingo match was done that day! The user who had a bad time, they most likely went in at the last minute and didnt have what the Professionals needed to help them assist him/her. Just bring in the nessisary items if its a match and give it time. Just because you are in a rush doesnt mean they have to be. 😀
