This is like a candy store for licensed stylists, and I love discovering new favorites when I stop in for old standbys. Cant wait to be able to browse the aisles again once this quarantine business is over.

Unsatisfied with customer service.Last week I had placed an order over the phone at the Fond du Lac store. One of the items I ordered was purple shampoo and paid over the phone and picked it up the next day. When I got home, I noticed it was purple conditioner. I have plenty of conditioner and do not need this product. I called the store and asked for an exchange because they gave me conditioner instead. She told me they are not accepting exchanges or returns at the moment because of COVID-19. I would normally have no problem waiting till this is over to return the item however, it is an extra $17.50 out of my pocket. My hours were severely cut due to COVID and I cannot afford to lose extra money right now.Yesterday (04/15/20) I had placed another order over the phone and one of the items I had ordered was the 10BP Goldwell colorance tube. When I picked up my order, I checked the order before I left to make sure it was correct. She gave me 10BG instead of 10BP. I called back right away before I left and told her I received the wrong color. I told her I am still outside the store, can she please exchange it for the correct color that I ordered. She told me they dont even have the 10BP in the store. This made me very upset. I should have been told this, not given a substitute that I cannot use. It would have even been better if it was removed from my order and credited the amount back to my debit card.I have been shopping at Cosmo Prof since I was in beauty school in 2014 and have not had any issues before. I would like this resolved or I will be forced to find a new store to give my business to.

I NEVER have a smooth transaction at this store!!!!

This place is awesome. I do all of my salon shopping here. If they dont have it, theyll find it.
