Quick lube doesnt seem to train their young staff very well. I used to go but after preforming my own oilchange and finding that my filter was wrenched on so tight I had to destroy it to get it off I decided to not go back (they are only supposed to be hand tightened ). They had also swapped my summer tires this last spring and my aftermarket valve stem covers were wrenched on so tight they actually are garbage now not only cosmeticly but completely destroyed the inside. Very disappointed in the amount of care they give to customers vehicles

I was very pleased with my service. I had an appointment and unlike most places, they actually got it in at the scheduled time. They got it done pretty quick and reset my oil meter and all the things a good shop should do, with a complimentary car wash. The guys at the front desk were very professional and nice. Ill update my rating if anything changes, but so far, Im a happy customer!

Used automatic check in, and an hour later, when service should have been completed, went into building to check in. Asked to have windshield wipers replaced and they weren’t. Poor overall experience. Considering finding new places for service.

We had such a nice experience with quick lube. They were very professional and kept me posted on what was going on with my tires. They explained possible warranties with my tires and helped me every step of the way. It was a pleasure dealing with Kalen.

I HAD A PROBLEM, WITH THE QUICK LUBE DEPARTMENT. KALEN THE QUICK LUBE MAMAGER REACHED OUT TO ME AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE. HE DID IT IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND GM QUICK LUBE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

I called less than an hour before they were closing and they told me they would take care of me that day. I was in and out in a half hour and the staff was amazing. Friendly, helpful staff. I like the inspection process that goes along with the oil change... an ounce of prevention in catching issues before they become problems.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Friendly folks to check you in and out. Excited to see my little truck too. Service guy commented he loves basic little trucks with 5 speed manual transmissions.

Good price and work. Dont understand why they call it a quick lube, first time I stopped there they said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I made an appointment for the following week and it still took an hour to get the work done. All I had done was an oil change and tire rotation.

They take their time and do a great job. Not like other places that just rush you through. Been taking my vehicles here for a couple years now and have never been disappointed.

Holiday FDL Chevy/GMC accommodated me with a last minute appointment change. The following day went in for oil change and tire rotation and while I waited was treated with fresh coffee and a cookie! 35 minutes later I was down the road. Thank you. Reasonably priced. Well done and good job.

I dropped in without an appointment, they fit me in for turn signal bulb replacement. They politely informed me that my wait might be an hour, 30 minutes later work was complete and I was on my way.

It was fine. Gave a free car wash but the tale gate was not washed. Other then that it was ok.

I made an appointment for 10:30, was told it would take 45 min. to an hour, and ended up taking 1 1/2 hours. I was never updated why it was taking so long either, which I felt would have been the courteous thing to do. Whats the point in making an appt. if they dont do them when scheduled? This isnt the first time Ive had issues with your Quick Lube Center.

Use this service infrequently when you went to making reservations. Worst mistake every. Was really convenient when is was truly a quick lube. You should go back to that. It even cost you a sale on tires on my last truck because it is so difficult to get in.

After the oil change he went through each point of the inspection explaining everything to me for peace of mind. The manager of the Quick Lube is great as well - you can tell they care about their customers at Holiday Quick Lube. Its because of the customer service in the Quick Lube Im buying my first vehicle from Holiday Automotive. Congrats guys - job well done!!

Technician didnt put new date/milage change date sticker on windshield. Office technician spends more time doing paperwork than it took for shop tech to change the oil.

The folks working the Holiday Quick Lube are top notch, however the hours posted are not correct and its becoming really annoying to find people in line way before the 8AM official opening. Saturdays are the worse at the Holiday Quick lube because they simply open the doors 30 minutes (or less) prior to the actual opening time, which creates a back log. As I type this there was already 7 people in line and its not 8AM! The wait is already 1.5 hours....So my suggestion is to simply change your official hours based on past behavior, stop making people guess when they need to be there. If 7AM is the best time, then DO IT! I believe everyone would appreciate the official hours the quick lube is actually open so they are not greeted with 1.5 to 2 hour wait which contradicts the title Quick Lube in my opinion. This is my last free oil change and I will not be back because of it.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped my truck off, I left a coupon for a free oil change in the drop box with my keys. When they called to let me know that my vehicle was ready, they informed me that the oil change was free and the tire rotation was included as well. Didnt expect that but was much appreciated!

On 11/16/2019 I stopped by the quick lube center to have my 2018 Chevy Silverado serviced. When I arrived I was informed that there was a 3+ hour wait, no courtesy shuttle, and not loaner vehicles available for use. Due to my work schedule I am unavailable to make appointments during the week as I was informed that I cannot drop my vehicle off prior to 6AM and my vehicle requires pickup prior to 6PM as the gate will not be open. At this point during my visit I went to sales to see if they had any vehicles available. Having sales grant me a vehicle to use for the few hours was the only good thing that came from this visit. 3 hours later I picked up my vehicle with what I though was an acceptable service. A couple days later I switched my wheels to the winter set and noticed the 2 grease fittings on the tierod ends were not lubed. This same issue occured on the first lube appointment my vehicle recieved at Holiday GM Quick Lube.I sent an email to Rachel at Holiday and the only response that I recieved on this issue is as follows:Good Morning Travis,We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for taking the time to give us this valuable feedback, I will pass this along to my manager.This response and service is unacceptable and I will not be going back to Holiday Auto for any service, nor will I patronize them in the future for new vehicle purchases. I would suggest that if your vehicle has any grease points that you DO NOT go here as you will not be getting the appropriate service your vehicle requires.
